The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the lady chef preparing and serving the breakfast who made our day every single day! Even though we could fit and sleep well in our triple room, we felt that, perhaps for longer stays, the room could be a bit larger in size so as to be able to fit luggage etc comfortably.

The staff truly stood out—they were attentive, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. When we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, the hotel kindly upgraded us one room category, and we chose to upgrade one level further to a room with a large balcony and hot tub. This was absolutely worth it and became one of the highlights of our stay. They also left a bottle of wine in the room as a thoughtful honeymoon gift, which made for a perfect first evening enjoying a drink together on the balcony. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are very well designed, making great use of the space. They were also very clean, comfortable, and pleasant to spend time in. Breakfast was another strong point, with a good selection and the added bonus of being able to order a variety of eggs cooked fresh to order, which we really appreciated. Overall, the hotel offers a very high level of comfort, care, and service. Every staff member contributed to making our stay enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend this hotel. The only minor point is that the rooms are a bit small, but this didn’t impact our stay in any meaningful way and is easily outweighed by everything else the hotel offers. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it—10/10 when taking everything into consideration.

This doesn't feel like a regular hotel, but one where the staff actually check in and ask you what you have done and seen for the day? They genuinely want you to enjoy your time in Athens. We found ourselves constantly chatting to the team and getting their recommendations for things around Athens but also as well as having heartfelt conversations and genuinely getting to know them as people. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The room was great, bed and linens were comfortable and the location is perfect, but it was the Irene, Versha and the rest of the team that made this an unforgettable stay.

Michaela en la cocina nos brindó una atención maravillosa, especialmente para mí, que cuento con restricciones alimentarias, incluso el último día nuestro vuelo salía más temprano del horario de desayuno, y nos alistó una cajita para llevar a nuestro vuelo. Irene además, en la recepción nos ayudó mucho para la búsqueda del bus al aeropuerto, incluso dejándonos un croquis elaborado por ella paso a paso para llegar. Volveríamos de fijo!

- meital (8/5): - מלון חמוד ונקי במרחק ממש קרוב לרחוב הראשי. ארוחת בוקר כמו בכל אירופה- בסיסית אבל אחלה. שכחנו שם כרית של הילדה והם שמרו לנו אותה במשך יותר משבועיים עד שחזרנו לאתונה. זה היה ממש יפה מצידם! החדר מספיק לדעתי לזוג, אבל כשיש תינוק עם עגלה זה מאוד מסורבל- גם המעבר שם במסדרון עם הדלת הנפתחת של המעלית לא היה כל כך נוח והיה צריך ממש לתמרן שם עם העגלה.

My one-night stay at the end of February was perfect and a true pleasure, largely due to the warm welcome I received. Michaela provided exceptionally friendly service during breakfast, which was also excellent. Similarly, Irini at the reception was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. Upon check-in, I was even provided with an upgrade, and the room was just great, with a sweet little balcony. On the day of my departure, I was able to store my luggage without any issues. The hotel's location is undoubtedly excellent. I would certainly book this hotel again.

- idan (1/5): Do Not Go Near This Hotel - nothing The room was extremely small and completely unsuitable for a couple. The bed was not standard size and was positioned in a way that created a serious safety hazard. As a result, my wife suffered a severe head injury inside the room and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. Our vacation was completely ruined. Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Communication was evasive, management avoided providing direct contact details, and there was no genuine effort to properly address what happened. During heavy winter rain, water leaked into the room. The hotel acknowledged the issue but failed to provide an immediate and proper solution. I am certain the hotel will respond by denying responsibility, as they did in private communication. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking here read other reviews carefully — especially those mentioning the actual room size and the bed configuration — before making a decision. This is not about luxury. It is about basic safety and accountability. Think twice before booking this terrible hotel.

- kendir (8/5): Samimi butik işletme - Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Çeşit çoktu ve doyurucuydu. Geleneksel ve modern tarzı aynı anda bulabildik. Otelin konumu çok güzel. Maks 10dk yürüyerek her yere ulaştık. Acropolis hariç tabi. Otel ve odalar temizdi. Odalar çok küçük. 2 kişi aynı anda hareket etmek imkansız gibi. Dışarıdan çok gürültü geliyor fakat merkezi olduğu için normal karşıladık.

We arrived earlier than expected and were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to wait for check-in hours - we were able to enter our room right away. Every day, we were asked if we needed our room to be cleaned, which we really appreciated. The breakfast could perhaps be a bit more diverse, but that’s just a personal opinion. All was really good

- Elena (8/5): Nice place to stay at a top locaion - The location of the property is top-notch, it is literally in the center at a walking distance of all the tourist attractions (we did not use public transport at all). There are all kind of nice restaurants and cafes nearby and the neighbourhood is really nice! The room was very clean and we were grateful we could leave our luggage in the storage after we checked out as our flight was in the evening. The room was quite small - just to bear in mind if you have large suitecase(s). Some small things that could be improved - there is no trash can in the room, only one very small in the bathroom which is not enough. The toilet seat back was constantly closing on its own which was a bit annoying and I think it should be changed.
