• dov (10/5): - Great modern apartment but it was a basement apt so noisy with traffic. At night this calmed down a lot. It was also very humid so the apartment smelled musty. Slightly better after 4 days occupancy but still slightly unpleasant. Overall a great deal. We enjoyed buying local produce and making breakfast in the kitchen then eating out afternoon/evenings
• Nozomi (10/5): - It had everything I needed, was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that it didn't have windows that could be opened.

• Aiden (10/5): Nice place to stay. - Nice, ground floor apartment. The entrance is separate am from other tenants. There is a washing machine and a drying rack to hang dry. The windows open for fresh air and there is a dehumidifier, ironing board, and iron. There is no dishwasher. The apartment looks recently renovated and has a nice bathroom and comfortable bedroom. The walk from the train is uphill.
• Annita (7/5): Good - Very good location, clean, spacious. The room did not have a mirror, no hairdryer. The contact with the company owner was not 24hs and this unaccepted, since we had a problem with the key locker and could not reach anybody!

• Dimitris (7/5): Great area but below par place - The location is excellent with tons of cafes, restaurants and retail stores around. The room has good AC Essentially this is a basement so I didnt like the feeling. The entrance is weird with some random artifacts on display, many loose wires and cables on the walls and it was quite dirty. No hairdryer. The place is humid.

• Kalliopi (1/5): Overall, our stay was extremely disappointing due to poor bed conditions, inadequate repairs, and un - The location was excellent. The staff member, Mrs. Foteini, was really kind and understanding. She acknowledged the bed was in poor condition and assured us that if it couldn't be fixed, we would receive a refund. However, we overheard her on the phone with her boss, Stella, who was questioning what she had told us, demonstrating her unreasonable behavior. Stella insisted the bed was in good condition without even seeing it and refused to provide a refund. Upon arrival, the bed slats were broken, causing the mattress to fall to the floor as soon as I sat at the corner of the bed. We noticed that the slats were taped together, which was concerning. Despite our attempts to fix it ourselves, it was clear that the bed was in poor condition. We immediately called the property to request a replacement for the bed slats, but we were informed that they had been ordered a long time ago and had not yet arrived. To make matters worse, they refused to refund our money, forcing us to stay instead of seeking alternative accommodation. They insisted on calling someone to fix the bed, which involved nailing the slats in place and delayed our check-in time by two hours. We reluctantly decided to stay, but on the second night, the bed collapsed again at 2:30 am while we were sleeping. Considering that both my partner and I are slim, this is completely unreasonable. The bed was clearly not fit for use and posed a safety hazard. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory. The bed was in an unacceptable condition, the repair was makeshift at best, and the service was poor. Additionally, the property manager was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. They defended themselves by claiming the flat was not properly inspected due to our early check-in time (we checked in at 14:00pm instead of 15:00pm). They offered us a late checkout time in return (12:00pm), which we accepted, yet they arrived shortly after 11:00am, knocking at the door and waiting for us to leave in a hurry. Definitely NOT a "Luxury Flat".

• Kyriacos (4/5): Disappointing - Location was very good. No natural light coming from the windows as you are below the ground level - Not enough toilet paper for 4 days (only 2 toilet papers for 3 persons) -Bed and pillows uncomfortable-There is no ventilation. It's very loud. You can feel the strong smell of the basement! Not easy to breath during bed time because of the smell of the basement.

You have to remember to put on the hot water [Winter] or you just have to wait a bit. Nice supplies for the bathroom. There are stairs right when you open the door going down to apartment so be careful. The front entrance is pretty dark with stairs going down - just be careful and take your time. Also no natural light coming in the windows as you are below the ground level.

• Magdalena (1/5): ATTENTION. APARTAMENT IS IN THE BASEMENT! THIS IS FRAUD - Wi-fi Attention. This is fraud. The apartment is described as a ground floor apartment with a view of the city. in fact the apartment is in the basement!!! There is no ventilation. The bed in the bedroom creaks. The sofa is falling apart. You can't sleep normally. The windows are taped, there is no daylight. You can forget about the view of the city. instead, you can see car headlights at night. it's very loud. you can feel the strong smell of the basement! There is a washing machine and a dryer, but clothes do not dry due to lack of ventilation. there is no ventilation in the bathroom. this is plain fraud. After contacting us by e-mail, the owner claims that it is not possible to enter on the booking page that the apartment is in the basement. scandal!!! the current does not work well - the voltage is probably too low. when the phone is charging, you can't open the windows. the mirror was lying in the bed instead of hanging on the wall. I don't recommend it to anyone! please be careful.
• Alper (6/5): Nice and sufficient enough for our trip. - Clean, tidy, good air conditioning and central location. Easy and prompt communication with the landlord. Also easy access to the premise. There is no actual window, just small transom windows. The sink in the lavatory was not functional sufficiently. Also the bed in the bedroom makes noise as you turn right and left while sleeping.
