Irfan (9/5): Best sea view from the Jacuzzi - The hot tub on the balcony and the view from the hot tub to the sea! Comfortable bed and very good shower. The best about the property was the family who gave us everything what we asked for and we received the best service possible. You might want to replace the water in the hot tub. There was lots of lime/calcium in the water which was a bit unpleasant on the skin.

Colazione molto ricca con prodotti freschi. Lo consiglio vivamente è il prossimo anno credo che ci ritornerò molto volentieri.

Laura91 (10/5): Belle découverte proche de la mer! - Nous avons eu la chance d'être quasiment les seuls clients de l'hôtel (fin de saison), et pourtant nous avons eu une équipe disponible et très gentille. L'hotel était propre et bien entretenu. La chambre avec le jacuzzi est une superbe expérience, et le logement permet d'être au calme et à 15 minutes à pieds du centre de Ksamil. Très belle piscine!

Es sind so freundliche und hilfsbereite Beditzer!!!Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute ansehr wohl gefühlt! Coen (10/5): Comfortabel, schoon en hele fijne mensen - Geweldige tijd gehad. Kamers erg netjes, brandschoon en comfortabel. Gratis parkeren is ook top. Onwijs vriendelijke mensen die de boel runnen. Wens hun al het goeds 😊 Net wat verder uit het centrum (wat ook fijn kan zijn ivm drukte).

Our room had mold on the walls and was really much older then what you would assume from the pictures. Expensive for what you get, in comparison with our other 8 stays in Albania. The staff, could barely speak English, and was not friendly at all.

Jelena (10/5): Great experience at Villa Shpetimi - We had a 1 week stay at Vila Shpetimi. We liked a lot the atmosphere, it feels like home, very comfortable and welcoming. It was clean everywhere, and food was super good! Home made delicious food, for a very good price if you want to order something for lunch or dinner. Good wifi everywhere. Highly recommended! The staff barely spoke English, sometimes it was tricky to order something, but then I just used a Google translate to Albanian. Not a big problem

Le personnel se démène toute la journée et est aux petits soins. La piscine est de très bonne taille et très bien entretenue. Le séjour a été super. Je recommande cet endroit pour les personnes voulant venir à ksamil. Rien.
Esmeralda (6/5): Brevissimo soggiorno a Ksamil - L’unica nota positiva della struttura è stata l’accoglienza del personale e la pulizia della camera. Il costo veramente troppo alto per quello che offre, mi sono fidata delle ottime recensioni e ho fatto male. Piscina non pulitissima, l’acqua sembrava gialla e pertanto abbiamo deciso di non andarci, jacuzzi funzionante ma che perdeva acqua, abbiamo avvisato lo staff che inizialmente ha detto che era ok e poi è venuta a sistemarla. Avevano buttato talmente tanto cloro nell’acqua della jacuzzi che dopo 10 minuti dentro sono diventata rossa e ho perso la pelle dove mi ero bruciata in spiaggia. Colazione solo per chi non è vegetariano/vegano. Principalmente salata e ingredienti di origine animale. Parcheggio stretto. La luce in camera andava via spesso.

The breakfasts were very tasty and fresh. The people who work there are super friendly and kind. I felt very welcome and comfortable. I would love to come back one day!
Andrej (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about the accommodation was really great. Very friendly owners, clean rooms, sea view from the balcony, great breakfast, enough space to park the car... I especially liked the coffee at breakfast😋. I recommend it to anyone coming to Ksamil on vacation😊.
Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The property is clean, spacious, modern and well decorated. The staff is super nice. The value you pay is worth it. In about 8 min walk you are at the center of ksamil and a few minutes more and you are by the beach. Has parking space, mini fridge with freezer and a very special touch, mosquito nets on all windows that lead to the balcony. This is a chill and quiet hotel, many families come here, but we went as a group of 5 young people and had no problems with noise. They have a bar/restaurant on the premises with better pricing than most restaurants, however if you want traditional dishes, you have to order them in advance. Finally, it is on a hill so it has a good view into the rest of the town.

Apartment was as expected, amazing pool - Did not have time to dip in but we walked around and the property is beautiful. Very comfortable rooms, great shower. The breakfast set up in the morning was wonderful. my family enjoyed the breakfast especially a type of pastry bread (I do not know what it is called) in the basket was yummy. Definitely recommend this property to families and couples. Would love to stay here again. Not to far from the beach. Overall, excellent service! Thank you very much :)
Andrea (6/5): Very very noisy, but nice pool. - Looks better in pictures, than in real life. Room was comfortable, but we were localised under the breakfast area, and you can't sleep through breakfast. Pool was private and there were plenty of sunbeds to use and they were also free of charge. There is a lot of noise in general in the area. Its not possible to read a book by the pool as there is music playing from 6 different places at all times - but the whole town is a music disaster with party music. Also it is not possible to go to the beach at all - except if you rent a sunbed in a crowded noicy place for a day (not worth), go to a smaller town instead. - except if you go to party.

Villa is modern, elegant and very clean, plus the room with jacuzzi has an incredible view on the mountains, sea and small islands. The host family could not be nicer. Its a little further from the beach (around 20min), but has a nice and calm location, and the view is worth the walk :)

She cooks, cleans, manages the place, and everything in between. Very nice and clean pool. Quiet and cozy place, and both rooms were great. The penthouse was extremely spacious and cozy as well. The location isn't amazing. It's 15-20 min away from the city center, and the way there is very difficult if you are drunk.
Kanda (5/5): No great - Its in a stunning location, you get amazing sunset views and the owners are so super lovely, with limited English The quality of the rooms, our bathrooms stayed leaking all the stay and the English barrier made i hard to be bothered to explain, not enough staff for such a big places, the breakfast was not great quality. you could see the family running the place were always over whelmed

Excellent facilities and close to everything but far enough away from the crowds. Lovely breakfast and very tasty evening meals all homemade. Stayed 3 nights and wished I had booked longer. Will definitely be returning. That I had to leave!

Georgi (9/5): Nice place to stay in Ksamil - Very friendly and responsive hosts, very tasty breakfast/food. The pool and the entire property was very nice and clean. The communication was a little difficult at times as the hosts didn’t speak good English but even so they were trying and we managed to understand each other somehow :) The location is a bit far and part of the road is dusty and rocky so if you go by walk (which is totally recommend) you need to be prepared with comfy shoes.
