- BeachSkiwith2Kids (10/5): Seamless - Picture stepping off a transatlantic flight. Exhausted. Motion sickness from the 80 minute trip to London in rush hour. The word “frayed” comes to mind. You enter the Pan Pacific. Surat greets you with the biggest smile, an offer for water, an offer for comfort, and the exact room that meets your needs. Such a warm greeting from Surat immediately takes the edge off. The checkin process is flawless and then the room is perfect. Well appointed, comfortable, ample size, and quiet. The perfect space to recover from the travel and prep for upcoming meetings. My stay wasn’t a long one, but the standard of service was omnipresent. Jacob kept the cappuccinos coming along side a delicious breakfast at The Straight. Alex helped me with everything I needed for my logistics from her base at the concierge desk. And every other member of service was gracious and perfect. Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful stay. When I’m back in Bishopsgate, Pan Pacific is my home away from home.

Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Very nice breakfast buffet, and pleasant space on ground level with multiple seating arrangements to order a drink or a small bite to eat. I didn't have a chance to have dinner this time. Some staff seem indifferent, but a few were particularly friendly and helpful. Victor who helped me with my luggage, and Surat, who helped organize the bill. I will be back.

We have stayed in a beautiful Suite facing The Gherkin, absolutely amazing photos, room was nice, very clean, had fantastic breakfast in room, very quick service. Spa and poo was unbelievable. - 529JR (10/5): Wonderful peaceful place - We’ve just returned from our second stay at this hotel, and once again it was a fantastic experience. As is often the case, it’s the staff who leave the most lasting impression, and on this visit one team member in particular stood out, Albert who work on the breakfast service, a true gentleman, incredibly polite and engaging, and a real asset to the hotel. The location is excellent, close to Liverpool Street Tube, The Ivy, and the Liverpool ONE shopping area, making it ideal for both dining and exploring. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. On arrival, the hotel had kindly arranged a bottle of champagne, which was a really thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. We’re already looking forward to our next visit

Due to unexpected train cancellations to Stansted, we were forced to extend our stay—what initially felt like a stressful situation quickly turned into a blessing. The night manager, Prabhash Bineathodki, went above and beyond to support us. He arranged the best possible room rate and delivered truly outstanding customer service that made all the difference. We travel frequently and stay in hotels all around the world, and without hesitation, this was the best service, facilities, and overall quality we’ve ever experienced. The team here doesn’t just meet expectations they go far beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish. This is exactly why we continue to return whenever we visit London. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

From start to finish, the service was genuinely exceptional. Every member of the team, from housekeeping to concierge, front desk and reservations, contributed to such a seamless and thoughtful experience. It’s clear there’s a real culture of care and attention to detail. A special mention to Ruben, who welcomed us so warmly and went above and beyond to make us feel looked after his kindness and the upgrade meant so much to us. Cornel, who showed us to our room, was equally fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and struck the perfect balance of being attentive without overwhelming us. This stay meant a lot personally, and the genuine care we were shown made it even more memorable. After a grueling long-haul flight, her warm welcome was exactly what I needed. She ensured my check-in was super smooth, quick, and incredibly comfortable, allowing me to settle in and relax without any delay. It is rare to encounter such seamless service immediately upon arrival. I also want to give a quick mention to Hazel for her impressive efficiency during my departure. She handled my check-out with such speed and precision that it made the transition out of the hotel completely stress-free. The team here clearly prides itself on excellence. From the moment we arrived we felt very warmly welcomed by Shahanawaz and the team, who took amazing care of us throughout the stay. We stayed in a suite, which was elegant, spacious and very comfortable with stunning city views. The room amenities were lovely — especially the relaxing bath with beautifully scented shower gels and bath salts. Dining was fantastic. The chefs at Straits Kitchen prepared delicious food our choice was - Five course experience menu , and at Ginger & Lily bar I had an amazing cocktail called “Ginger & Lily” that literally tasted like a bouquet of flowers. Breakfast the next morning was excellent with a large buffet selection — the croissant variety was especially impressive and very fancy. Overall it was a very glamorous, relaxing and luxurious experience. We loved everything and would highly recommend Pan Pacific London.

We stayed in a deluxe room on the 12th floor, and everything about the hotel felt effortlessly luxurious - the room was beautifully designed, peaceful, and had that polished feel you hope for from a top London hotel. The bed is incredibly comfy, which made it easier to relax after a day exploring London. What stood out most was the service. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional from the moment we arrived until we left. The whole experience felt personal and thoughtful, which made a big difference for a special occasion. The location is also incredible, right next to Liverpool Street station, making it perfect for getting around London while still feeling calm and luxurious inside the hotel. The pool and wellness area were a real highlight — one of the most impressive hotel pools we’ve experienced, with a real sense of space and relaxation. Breakfast was very good too, with plenty of choice and a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, this is one of those rare hotels where every detail feels throughly considered, and we would happily return.

Superb staff, excellent facilities although we forgot to pack our swimwear so didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities in the hotel. Tip take your costume or trunks. The Straits restaurant used for both dinner and breakfast has stunning views. The Experience menu is lovely and represents great value for money at £59 per person definitely a must. The Hereford short rib is heavenly and just melts away. We will be back.

I stay almost exclusively within the GHA network for my personal travel, and the team here delivered everything a Titanium member expects without a single prompt. From the efficient check-in and thoughtful room upgrade to an exceptional breakfast, the level of professionalism was consistent across every department. It is rare for a hotel to treat a short, one-night stay with this much care, but the staff honored my status and loyalty naturally. The property itself is a fantastic space. I already booked a longer stay for my next London visit. If you are looking for top-tier service and a seamless stay, this is the place to be in London.

Deserts and drinks at Lily Bar were so delicious. Breakfast has a big variety of food. Managers Aoibheann Murphy and Prabhash Burathoki were so helpful. For the last night our room was upgraded with an amazing view of Gherkin building. Thank you for your hospitality! Definitely coming back next time.

- Tatraveluk (10/5): Checked into Pan Pacific… and genuinely didn’t want to check out! - We chose to celebrate our anniversary at the Pan Pacific London, and it was the perfect setting for such a special occasion. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was absolutely phenomenal attentive, warm, and effortlessly polished. It truly felt like an elevated experience rather than just a hotel stay. We stayed in the Walbrook Suite, and it was pure luxury. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the most beautiful city views golden sunsets and misty London mornings that felt cinematic. The design perfectly blends modern British elegance with subtle Singaporean influences: warm tones, marble bathrooms, Dyson hairdryers, filtered water taps, and that understated “quiet luxury” aesthetic. The location couldn’t be better just minutes from Liverpool Street Station, with easy walks to Spitalfields, Shoreditch, and the Thames. The wellness facilities? A dream. The heated infinity pool overlooking Bishopsgate is stunning, and when you add the sauna, steam room, and relaxation pods, it’s basically a spa retreat in the middle of the City. Dining was just as impressive. Cocktails at Silverleaf (an award-winning bar with edgy interiors) were a highlight. At Straits Kitchen, the Asian fusion menu was incredible the kaya toast is a must. And the Singaporean-inspired afternoon tea with bao, matcha, and lemongrass? Such a unique twist. One thing I absolutely loved and something that isn’t the norm at most hotels was being able to order food from outside the hotel and have it delivered straight to your room. No need to go downstairs to collect it. It’s such a small detail, but it made the stay feel even more seamless and guest-focused. A really big shout out to Ruairi and the guest relations team for making our anniversary stay so memorable the attention to detail truly meant so much. Overall, Pan Pacific London isn’t just a place to sleep it’s where you reset, recharge, and step into a cinematic version of your life. Luxury, wellness, design, and truly outstanding hospitality all in one place. We cannot wait to return.

Great room, has everything you need and more. Bathroom was also great - walk in shower very roomy and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Swimming pool was slightly too cold for my liking but still a lovely experience.

- E9699IKha (10/5): the standout feature is the staff !!! - we stayed here for my partners birthday and we couldn’t have been anymore impressed. i popped in the booking that we were celebrating a birthday and we treated to a complimentary room upgrade on arrival as well as a birthday cake being delivered to the room - both were a lovely surprise. it’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel, very aesthetically pleasing. the rooms were amazing, the attention to detail was exceptional ie the dyson hair tools. the service from the staff was out of this world the best i have had in any hotel, from those on the front desk, to those in the spa and restaurants, nothing was ever too much trouble and they went out of there way to make your stay incredible. their friendless, kindness and constant tips and tricks to make the most of out of your stay they provided did not go unnoticed. would definitely recommend this hotel.
