- Lynne (8/5): Good location and relatively quiet. - Good location and relatively quiet. Good value for a London property but some of the fittings were tired and ready for a refresh
- Trang (7/5): - The staff tried their best to be helpful . Location was great It’s really old, not comfortable especially the horrible pillows. I had to buy new ones. WiFi didn’t work. The wall was thin you can hear people outside. Nowhere to throw rubbish out.

- Jane (6/5): - The place had the essentials, but . . . The bed took up much of the room, so I bumped my shin against bed frame a couple of times as I moved around the bed to get to the table. Normal TV viewing was unavailable although a monitor was mounted on the wall. The bed seemed squishy and sheets were not fitted, which was somewhat uncomfortable, but did not impede sleep or cause backache. Bed pillow was smelly so I covered it with a spare towel. The kitchen was adequately equipped.

It was not a luxury, although the images make it look like one. The room was small and the bed was too. There was no air conditioning, but a fan. The windows were rusty, and the property lacked maintenance. The plus point was that it was in a good location.

- Kristin (2/5): - This property is falsely advertised. It is not new, sleek, or modern. The room is in a run-down building that does not feel safe. The flat is very far away from the lifts and there is not adequate signage about the way out of the building. The room was run down and shabby and looked nothing like the photos. There was black dust from the street accumulated in all the windows and the entire building smelled moldy. I left immediately and did not stay there and the hosts would not offer any refund.

- Diana (1/5): Bad - Location When we arrived, we had to look for our key behind an electric box out on the streets. Then, after a long day, we went to bed - we wanted to, but there was no sheet on the bed. We looked under the mattress for them and the only thing that we found was dirty sheets ready to be taken away. We had to stay awake for the whole night. We also found a lipstick that's been sitting there who knows for how long. We also got just one large towel, maybe they thought it would be romantic. ;) The wi-fi didn't work for TV, so we couldn't use netflix, which is the only thing you can use tv for. Bed was to soft, it was so annoying, that we couldn't sleep. There was no oven, despite that is written that it is. We also found some green tea in the kitchen, with exp. date in 2015. There was also limescale in the shower ...
- Sophie (1/5): HORRENDOUS - Please I advise DO NOT STAY HERE IT’S A BIG SCAM!!! We had the most unpleasant experience after leaving a very large deposit on check out we left the room exactly how we found it, we was then accused of stealing a spare ‘linen bag’ (over 24hours after our check out time) the hosts could not provide us any proof of the linen bag being here in the first place myself and my husband never seen it in the property they then refused to give us back our deposit (which may I add was £300) The bathroom was dirty the bed was horrendous, the shower didn’t work the bedding was also stained I honestly had the worst experience. Communication was terrible to the point I am having to take legal action over this appalling experience never have I stayed at a hotel and been accused of stealing mortified to say the least!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Our stay in Chelsea Cloisters - Our stay was great. The neighborhood was lovely and the apartment was clean and almost everything worked well. Only the shower had little bit of problems.
