- Eric (7/5): Hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly and tried their best to make our stay pleasant. - Meal options were available. Laundry facilities available. Short walk to the tram station. Catholic church is just across the street. Daily morning masses available at the nearby chapel of the nuns. There was a city restriction on keeping airconditioning temps at a certain level. We were not made aware of this. Hotel staff let us borrow an electric fan to help with air circulation.

- Matthias (9/5): Nettes Hotel, wenn man bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann. - Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, große Dusche, sicherer Parkplatz. Bahnhof ist in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Innenstadt in 25-30 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle gibt es ein paar Meter weiter. Eigentlich ist das Hotel schon schön. Es gibt allerdings Nachteil: schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist nicht wirklich möglich. Das Hotel liegt an der Einfahrt zum Bahnhof. Der Lärm der Züge ist extrem laut. Es sind nicht nur normale Zug Geräusche, es lärmt als würde eine Kreissäge Steine sägen (eine bessere Beschreibung für die kreischenden Geräusche bei ein- und ausfahrenden Zügen, fällt mir nicht ein). Der Lärm von der Straße ist auch nicht zu verachten. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass die Klimaanlage nicht unter 25 grad eingestellt werden darf/kann. Das ist eine Vorgabe der Stadt. Wer bei geschlossenem Fenster schläft, dem kann man das Hotel empfehlen.

Grande chambre . - La gentillesse du personnel d’accueil et la propreté de l’établissement Une des personne au petit déjeuner . Jeune fille brune , qui n’aime pas les Granger , fait semblant de ne pas comprendre ce qu’on lui dit et parle mal sur vous en italien avec les clients italiens. Merci aux écouteurs de traduction. Un peu déçu sur ce point car tout le reste du personnel était très sympathique . Petit déjeuner correct sauf les œufs vraiment trop trop cuit le matin.

- Fagner (10/5): Melhor hotel e mais bonito que eu fiquei em Florença com ótimo custo benefício! - Foi o melhor hotel em que fiquei durante a minha eurotrip. Apesar de não estar no centro de Florença, a localização é muito prática: a poucos minutos dali você pega o tram, que te deixa perto dos principais pontos turísticos. O prédio é novo, tudo muito bonito, limpo e organizado, com um design moderno e ambientes extremamente confortáveis. O quarto é espaçoso, com camas muito confortáveis, e super tecnológico — com cortinas automatizadas — além de contar com ar-condicionado moderno, banheiro impecável, espaço para trabalho, guarda-roupa embutido, frigobar e internet de alta velocidade. O café da manhã, incluso na diária, é delicioso e bem variado. O hotel também oferece academia e uma ótima área compartilhada. Uma experiência completa, confortável e que realmente vale a pena. Toda vez que você abria o box para tomar banho, ele batia no chuveiro e quase o derrubava, claramente um erro de projeto. O chuveiro foi instalado muito baixo e o box de vidro é alto demais, além de pequeno para o tamanho do banheiro, o que acabou comprometendo um pouco a experiência.
- NATSUKI (10/5): とても満足でした！ - フィレンツェに3泊した際に利用させていただきました。 総じて非常に満足でした！またフィレンツェを訪れた際にはぜひ利用したいです。 まず、スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした！英語での対応ですが、設備で分からないことがあっても丁寧に教えてくださります。また、学生寮と併設しているので、ホテル自体もお部屋も非常に清潔で快適でした。そもそも学生が多いからか近隣の街自体の治安が良かったこともありますが、お部屋の防音性も高く夜も静かです。安心してぐっすり眠ることができました。 また、乾燥機付きのコインランドリーも使用でき、ホテル内に併設されているのも有り難かったです！(アプリのDLが必要ですが日本のiPhoneでも使用可能です。洗濯の量によるのかもしれませんが、洗濯+乾燥で6€ほど。) ドゥオモなどの観光地までは歩きで20分ほどですが、トラムを使用すれば少し早く到着することもできます。歩きの場合は、駅に到着したらすぐに出ず、端のホームから出ることをおすすめします。 宿泊初日の慣れていない際やスーツケースがある場合は、上り坂も多いため、特にトラムやタクシーの利用がおすすめです。(私たちは初日に夜道を歩きで向かいましたが、道がわかりづらく迷ってしまい到着までに時間がかかりました。) トラムではホテル近くの駅からSMN駅まで移動でき、観光地までもアクセスがしやすいです。チケットは、乗車後の車内にある機械にてクレジットカードのタッチ決済での支払いも可能です。 ただ、慣れてこれば観光地から少し離れるからこそ治安も良く、とても綺麗な景色を見ながら散歩できるので、歩きでの移動も全く苦には感じませんでした。(画像4枚目です) 最後に、私たちが設備で迷ったことを以下に記します。 ・エアコンの調整は、私たちの部屋ではテレビの後ろに操作ボタンがありました。消し方がわかりませんでしたが、夜時間が経つと自動で消えました。 ・自動販売機は、専用のアプリが必要ですが、日本のiPhoneではおそらくDL不可で使用できませんでした。 ・簡易的なコンビニのようなところは、徒歩10分ほどにあります。充実していないため、必要ならSMN駅付近で購入していくことをおすすめします。 フィレンツェの観光地以外の雰囲気も楽しむことができ、非常に満足のいく宿泊でした。ぜひご検討されてみてください。

- Argiro (9/5): Το συνιστώ - Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με ωραία σύγχρονο design. Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρη, καθώς επίσης και το λουτρό. Το δικό μας δωμάτιο είχε και βεραντουλα με βότανα και ήταν πολύ ωραίο! Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόσχαρο. Το πρωινό ήταν λίγο φτωχό. Ο διάδρομος που οδηγούσε στο δωμάτιο μας ενωνόταν με τον ενιαίο μεγάλο του εστιατορίου κι έτσι από πολύ νωρίς ακουγόταν λίγη φασαρία, κατά την ετοιμασία του πρωινού, και το βράδυ, όχι όμως μέχρι αργά, ακουγοντουσαν οι παρέες των φοιτητών ( φιλοξενεί αρκετούς)

- Benitoandres (8/5): - Es un hotel moderno, la habitación es cómoda, silenciosa y oscura ideal para descansar El desayuno muy básico para ser buffet. Está algo alejado del centro, caminando son 20 minutos hasta la estación de trenes y el paradero del tranvía mas cerca se encuentra a 8 min caminando. Hay pocos lugares en los alrededores para comprar.
- Djanan (8/5): - Good location, for those not minding a walk (20-30 min) the historic city center is easily accessible on foot, and for others there is a tram station near (5 min walk). The room was spacious, the breakfast (especially the coffee) was delicious, although somewhat lacking in variety. The staff was helpful with any questions we had. Due to the current energy crisis, the room temp was limited to 21°C, which would generally be enough, but our room never reached above 18-19°C which was chilly. The breakfast has very limited variety for self service, mostly pastries and juices/water, for other items you have to wait at the counter to be served, which is frustrating since only one person is serving the food and making coffee for the entire breakfast area. Also when there were more than 10 people having breakfast, the self service platters would empty fast and the staff would take annoyingly long to refill them.

- OCTAVIO (6/5): No vayas con mentalidad de hotel, es una residencia - Es una residencia universitaria y no están preparados pases alojar huéspedes Suciedad en las habitaciones. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, ya que nos habían dado una de movilidad reducida, no padeciendo ninguna discapacidad y encima no funcionaba la persiana, el agua del plato de ducha formaba un charco en el centro del cuarto de baño, ya que no estancaba y suciedad de bastante tiempo en las paredes. Si eres alérgico el polvo te mata. En el desayuno no había de todo, tenías que esperar a que lo hicieran (pan, croissant y tostadas), cuando que bajábamos media hora después de la apertura. Lo positivo la amabilidad, sobre todo, del chico de la recepción del turno de noche.

- Fenja (4/5): Student residence not a hotel - Room had a nice view and you could access Florence city center walking around 20 min Overall, I was rather disappointed with the accommodation Camplus. One thing that should definitely be clear before booking is that it is primarily a student residence, and only some of the rooms are rented out to guests. Unfortunately, this was not clearly stated in the description and feels quite misleading in hindsight. The food also did not match what was shown in the pictures. Especially at breakfast, it was quite inconvenient because – apart from the sweets – almost everything had to be ordered at the counter. In the morning, when you just want something quick and simple, this can be really annoying. In a hotel, you normally expect an easily accessible buffet. While most students were quite polite and nice, some watched instagram videos and it was not a calm breakfast. Makes sense cause they live here, but for visitors it can be annoying. The rooms were okay, but only moderately clean. There was dust under the bed, which you really shouldn’t expect. In addition, we were not able to turn off the air conditioning in our room, which was quite disturbing at night. Another disappointing point was the price. It was on the same level as a regular hotel, even though this is basically a student residence. For that price, you would expect a different standard and more transparency in the description. Overall, it wasn’t a complete disaster, but it’s not something I would really recommend either – especially if you are expecting a typical hotel stay.

- Anja (9/5): Great place to stay - The property is a great place filled with great atmosphere since most of the habitants are young students. Even with that, you will have peace in the hotel, since no one is too loud - they have separate rooms for hanging, so rooms are nice and quiet. The rooms are small, but more than enough for people who are planning to explore the city and spend the least time in their hotels. I would personally liked a bit more if we had glasses and in the rooms that are not plastic, that would be the only necessary addition. It’s really a nice place, great value for the money you pay. The location is around 25 minutes from the Cathedral by foot, but the walk there goes through the park and is quite nice.

- László (6/5): Prémium Hostel Hotel, közösségi terekkel, közel Firenze belvárosához. - Jó méretű, tiszta szobát kaptunk. Az ágy kényelmes volt. Sokkal több jót nem tudok erről a szállásról írni. Illetve talán még azt, hogy kifejezetten jó volt az elhelyezkedése. Gyalog is és villamossal is viszonylag hamar be lehetett jutni Firenze belvárosába. Hát, hogy mi nem tetszett? Azt nehéz lenne felsorolni. Először is egy 4 csillagos hotelről volt szó a hirdetésben, ami viszont nem más, mint egy jobb minőségű hostel. Nagyon vidám a hely a gyerekektől, de, ha nem erre készülsz, akkor mégiscsak furcsa, hogy rollereznek és pingpongoznak a lobbyban körülötted. Nem tudsz elvonulni a nehéz nap után csak a szobádba, mivel az étterem-kávézó egy nagy játszótér.

- Marcos (5/5): - Il personale della reception è fantastico. I letti non sono comodi. I materassi a molle sono di bassa qualità. Le docce hanno una pressione dell'acqua molto bassa e la posizione è pessima se si vuole visitare la città. È lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana.
