Steve (9/5): Great stay! - Breakfast was very good quality and lots to choose from! I included the cost of this within my booking as it seemed more cost efficient this way rather than paying per day at the hotel. I booked a double room with terrace on the roof as I had done so on a previous booking. The views are amazing over the city and you can even see ships in the distance. Its good to have a private open space to yourself. I had to do a bit of work and used the library on the top floor next to the terrace bar which was very useful and not really used a lot while I was there in May. Its a bit more costly than other hotels but to be honest you get what you pay for and this is my 2nd visit with a 3rd one booked for December so I really can't fault anything about the rooms/service and hotel overall.

The staff were very nice and helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Especially the Ozkur who was very helpful and made our stay even better! melissafU7917BX (8/5): The Best Concierge Ulgen - I stayed at this hotel with my sister and my daughter. When we arrived, the Concierge introduced himself to us.. His name is Ulgen. Because of him he had a very pleasant stay.. He went above and beyond forus pretty much daily. I was there for a medical procedure and my sister and daughter came to take care of me. He spoke English thank God. He was always happy to help us which seemed like we needed something every day. From help with ordering food, or medication, or groceries he never got impatient with us.

The location is perfect only 5 minutes walk from a huge shopping centre Emaar Square and only 20 mins from Kadikoy. The rooms are perfectly clean and modern with everything you need for the stay. We loved the breakfast in this hotel with plenty of options to choose from. However, there could be a station with fresh juices and coffee machine for improvement. The staff in this hotel is extremely helpful and polite they will help you with anything from small to big request in no time. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Onur, der uns von Anfang an äußerst freundlich empfangen hat. Er war sehr kompetent, immer hilfsbereit und hat uns die ganze Woche bei allen Fragen und Anliegen unterstützt. Man hat gemerkt, dass ihm das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Dasselbe gilt auch für Ülgen, der ebenfalls jederzeit ansprechbar war und uns mit großer Freundlichkeit weitergeholfen hat. Das gesamte Team war immer sehr herzlich, professionell und hatte stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und praktisch. Ein großer Pluspunkt war für uns auch die medizinische Betreuung: Meine Schwester hatte während unseres Aufenthalts eine Nasen-OP, und es war sehr beruhigend zu wissen, dass 24 Stunden Krankenpfleger vor Ort waren, die bei Problemen oder Fragen sofort helfen konnten. Wir können dieses Hotel mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tolle Betreuung und Gastfreundschaft!

909rhiannr (10/5): Absolutely recommend this hotel - We stayed at the Antwell Suites when visiting Turkey pre and post surgery. The hotel rooms were very clean. There was complimentary bottles of water (2) in the rooms and also shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and other toiletry amenities. There were tea and coffee making facilities, a washer/dryer, and a fridge also. There was a small, sheltered balcony on each floor for smokers and vapers or those who just wanted to wander along for some fresh air. There was also a lovely trail walk within the hotel grounds. The cafe and restaurant were both lovely and fairly priced for a hotel. All the staff were very pleasant. A special mention to Ülgen who assisted us with our luggage and arranged a lunch bag for my mum as she missed breakfast on my operation day. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He showed us how best to get to the mall and each time he saw us would make sure everything was okay. What a valued member of the team 👏 There is also an infirmary within the hotel with nurses available for those who are post op which was very reassuring. There is also a spa/sauna area (although not used, looked amazing). Would definitely recommend this hotel!

В этот раз очень хамский товарищ на ресепшне был. Ситуация выглядела следующим образом в чате с отелем пришла ссылка на апгрейд. И на сайте отеля предлагался завтрак со скидкой я нажала подтверждение, но когда я приехала в отель этот не культурный человек начал повышать голос и говорить что это ошибка и завтрак всегда по обычной цене. В итоге мы пожаловались менеджеру. И он пошёл нам на встречу и подтвердил стоимость. Но осадок остался. Потом мне также звонили и извинились. Нужно что то сделать технически чтобы ссылка не приходила автоматически чтобы избегать подобных ситуаций и не вводить туристов в заблуждение. Снимаю баллы за это.
