• Ray (7/5): Very practicable for us as close to my daughter. - Close to my daughters house Bed too close to wall so kept awake when my husband got up several times to go to toilet. The upstairs people make a lot of noise with their keys opening their door.

• Ana (6/5): Lo mejor el apartamento, el anfitrión deja mucho que desear - Lo mejor del apartamento es el lugar en sí, está bien comunicado, la habitación cumple con su función y es bonita y práctica. El anfitrión hacía mucho ruido a altas horas de la noche, era imposible dormir con los golpes y porrazos que se escuchaban constantemente. Además pienso que la limpieza es mejorable, en tres noches solo nos limpiaron la habitación antes de entrar, así que pienso que ese es otro aspecto a mejorar.
• Lisa (8/5): Comfortable quiet and clean. - Clean cosy on drive parking was a big yes for me. No central heating, gets hot with a plug in heater but once off gets cold quickly will be a great stay in summer.

• Elena (10/5): - The location was excellent, close to the city center, and we felt safe. We arrived late at night and walked to the studio, had no issues whatsoever, the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

• Shanice (10/5): Best studio so far - Very comfortable, the owner communicated well, great parking and amazing stay thankyou. There was only 1 mug and 2 of us staying and the bed was a little uncomfortable. But minor things everything else was great highly recommended

• Kimberly (2/5): - The room is exactly as shown on the picture. And the location is good it is quiet. You will have your own parking. The blinds are awefull. The room will get really light very early. Also the bed is broken on one side making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room gets extremely hot, even tho its not too warm outside. There is an fan, but it doesnt change much.
• Gabriela (8/5): Good place to stay if you don't mind a little travel to the city. - Location - walkable distances to two train stations, bus stops, some pubs, and a few supermarkets. Popular locations are 20-40 minutes away depending on transport. TFL zone 2-3.. The area seems very quiet. There was a party nearby on Saturday night, but everything was reasonable. Sheets and towels were professionally cleaned. Access to the kitchenette (2 hobs, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and kitchen utensils) - really appreciated. The room gets really hot in the summer. The fan provided was enough for the night time (especially if added ice to the water tank), but in the morning it was getting really hot really quickly. Lack of freezer didn't allow us to keep ice in the room. The TV looses connection with Wi-Fi, maybe something to look at. The lights on the TV are a bit creepy and turn themselves on and off at night when the TV is off. Had to turn the plug off.

On the ground floor facing onto road , so slight security worries being a solo traveller, but the road was quiet.

• Stephen (8/5): Comfortable stay and happy to stay again one week later. - Clean and well set out, good bathroom. Comfortable bed and included kettle, fridge, microwave and mini oven. There was a kettle and fridge but no complimentary tea, coffee or milk.

• Rachael (8/5): Very good - Place was clean,tidy and had everything you'd need. Really liked that usb plugs were provided incase you'd forgotten yours. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Great location, very quiet and seemed very secure. Easy to access and good communication from host the day before our stay. Would stay again! Nothing really, bed was a little uncomfortable but everyone is different when it comes to that.

• Jo (9/5): Superb - Very cute and compact little getaway for a great price. Everything clean and tidy. 15minute walk to dlr and trains. A quiet road so no busy traffic. It was a perfect space for overnight stay but was a little small for me. I prefer a little more space but other than size I couldn't fault it.

Quiet friendly area yet within walking distances of many stations and major streets that had a wide variety of services. Bed, bedding, towels, toiletries were all comfortable and clean. Nothing but minor notes. There were two safe locks on the designated wall. Spent time between both and it was dark. A kind of sign or label e.g. the one with a black sticker dot, and a link to a short video on how to open the safe lock may help some guests. Suitable foldable desk and chair for those who need to continue working would have been great. The shower cubicle could do with finishing touches of mould treatment please.

• Craig (10/5): Fantastic little bedsit - good facilities - Modern clean and comfortable. A very cosy little bedsit. It is one room plus bathroom. The kitchenette is at one end with a small cooker and microwave. Crockery and plates under and a sink for washing up. Room was cold at first but the plug in radiator was very efficient and warmed the room quickly Shower was Ok but could be a little more powerful. Would have been good if the room was warm when we arrived.

Everything was great just apart from a bit of noise early in the morning and late at night from the hallway but other than that we couldn't have asked for a better stay and will consider re-booking for future visits to London

• Olena (8/5): It was a great experience - The property has everything you need, you can park your car on the drive and get a train to the city centre. The owner answers promptly. It was very noisy at night, we could hear other people, the walls are very thin, also the bed was a bit small for two people.

• Tod (7/5): Good - Quiet location. Basic facilities. Good if all you need is somewhere to sleep. No freezer, no oven, no sharp knife, no toaster.

• Ruth (5/5): Passable - Location excellent for my needs. Unit spare and utilitarian. felt rather cold and institutional. Could have used hooks in the bathroom where there is only a small glass shelf. Had to leave the bathroom door open and use the kitchen counter for clothes. Shower and bed excellent and didn't use the kitchenette which seemed stocked for light cooking with pots and fridge, dishes, utensils. Hosts thoughfully provided hair dryer and iron and ironing board. Unit so small there is no space for a chair or working table. Eating, computer etc.; everything is done while sitting on the bed. Given the small space it had everything necessary even if not that comfy. Unit ok for a brief stay and not comfortable enough for anything longer. Keys in a lockbox outside and never saw the hosts.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good value - The studio was lovely and well kept. Modern and great for a night's stay. We stayed in the summer and It is very hot inside, the owner does provide a fan which was a godsend. My only real issue was there's an excessive amount of mould and mildew in the shower. I wouldn't normally put it as a issue because mould in grout is common, difficult to remove and not a big deal but this was also on the surface of the tiles which can be dealt with. Overall it was good value for money and I would stay again.......but not in the summer.

• Carl (8/5): Tidy and sufficient for short/weekend getaways! - Clean and everything was straight forward, from key collection and checking out. Basic utensils provided and toilets were good for an overnight stay. Television was not easy to use took some fidgeting to get up and running. If you don't intend to stay in the property and will mostly be out this won't be a problem.
• Roadtrip (3/5): Appalling would not stay again - Location for London Stadium The bathroom was dirty, smelt very damp. Air con did not work. Tele only worked for few minutes then asked for password. We’re assured the driving space outside was for us but when we returned from our concert late at night someone else was in our space. Took nearly 20 minutes for owner to answer even though they could see us outside. They asked us to wash and dry dishes but did not supply tea towel. Bath and shower towels were very hard and smelt musty.

• Obianuju (7/5): On the plus, Location was quiet and accommodation is clean with everything you need for a short stay - I would have found it too remote if I did not have a car. Advert said free parking place but actually, there was only one parking space for two flats. When we arrived, it was occupied and there was nowhere else nearby to park even for payment. We stayed in our car and worked from it the rest of the afternoon.

• Kamaljit (1/5): Terrible! - Good location and parking available on driveway Sub-standard accommodation, the advert says this is a studio that is a stretch by every imagination. The room was not clean at all, floor hadn’t been vacuumed and shower wasn’t clean. I arrived at the property at 9pm and when I contacted the host was blamed for not allowing them to fix the issues by not allowing cleaners to attend the property at 10pm when I had an early start. The bedding and towels were overly scented with fabric conditioner - not suitable for someone with sensitive skin. No proper heating in the room, the night I stayed it was -5degrees and had to make do with a plug in free standing dusty heater in the room. Dusty headboard, dirty windowsill, the list goes on! When I contacted the host they became aggressive and defensive rather than trying to fix the issues for a paying customer. Do not stay here!!!! I even complained to booking.com who said the host’s behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable.

• Kirby (10/5): All amazing! - Functional tiny room with everything you need. Very comfortable, especially the bed. You find all the kitchen stuff including a microwave, a fridge and tea and coffee for breakfast. The bathroom has all you need, also a hairdryer and an iron if you need it. Wi fi connection is good and run fast. The location is a little far from the center city but with a bus you can arrive in 50 minutes.

• Russell (9/5): Excellent functional clean and warm accommodation with a very comfy bed that did the job perfectly. - It is not a massive room but it is not tiny either. It is a comfortable, well presented and well equipped space in a quiet residential area that was perfect for a solo traveller spending a night in a part of London I had never been to before. I had looked at other options closer to the venue I was attending - The Hatch club in New Cross = but they had very mixed reviews. It was worth going a little further away for something that seemed to guarantee quality and cleanliness and delivered on both. I have nothing negative to say about the Wisteria Studio. The nearest rail station is Hither Green which - if you don't know what you are doing - is a bit of an arse to find.

• Beth (8/5): Excellent value for money. - The room was excellent value for money. If you're simply looking for a bed for the night with a parking space you can't beat this for the money. It's comfortable, clean and has pretty good transport links into London (as long as you're not planning on staying out till the early hours). Communication with the host was really clear and prompt. Early check in and late check out are also a big bonus. This accomodation far exceeded my expectations. We had a good night's sleep and can't believe what good value this was for London! It wouldn't say this was a negative for us but something to be aware of... This is a room in a converted garage in a residential home. There was only 1 pillow each so if you're pinickity about your pillows you might want to bring an extra.
• Rachael (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent with quick walk to train station for access to all public transport. Everything that you could need for a mini break is in the room. We could only locate one chair in the storage under the bed. We would have contacted the owner but we were only eating quickly anyway.

• Rosie (7/5): Handy location - Location. 15 minute walk to station, shops, pubs etc. Handy to have fridge and limited kitchen. Heater didn’t work - just blew cold air. Weather was mild so we were fine. Two tea bags for a two night stay wasn’t enough.
