Juliana (1/5): Não voltaria.. - Acomodação confortável, super bem decorado, banheiro um pouco pequeno, e a ducha é ok.. Do atendimento, pelo valor pago, esperava mais.. Colaboradores sao movido a políticas e parecem robôs, atendimento nem um pouco humanizado.. com exceção ao Enzo, ele sempre estava de bom humor e sempre fazia questão de cumprimentar.. Não recomendo o hotel somente por causa do atendimento, pois de resto ele é ótimo!

Housekeeping was superb. Desk worker Emily assisted with a problem, going far beyond helpful. (Thanks, Emily) The small convenient lobby restaurant prepared tasty bites, We've visited NYC several times and will definitely stay here for our next visit. The bagel breakfast ran out of food a bit early.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to Times Square and well connected to public transportation, which made getting around the city very convenient. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and I would especially like to recognize Colin, who was particularly attentive whenever I had questions and always provided clear and helpful guidance. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are comfortable and well maintained, making for a very enjoyable stay. If I may suggest a couple of areas for improvement, the information regarding the security deposit during booking could be clearer, as it was not entirely transparent when I was reviewing options on Booking (which may also be related to the platform). At check-out, guests are simply told that everything is fine, without signing anything or receiving a detailed breakdown, and I believe it would be helpful to receive a clearer summary of charges, especially regarding the deposit. In my case, the deposit was fully returned, and only a small amount (around $6 USD) was charged for a minibar item, which I appreciate, but clearer communication would provide more peace of mind. Additionally, when contacting reception for housekeeping or general inquiries, the responses were sometimes brief and could have benefited from a bit more detail. These are minor points, and overall the experience was very positive.
Tal (10/5): - חדר גדול (יחסית למה שניו יורק מציעה) מרווח, נוח, עם כל המתקנים הנחוצים. לקחנו חדר שקט ומפנק בקומה הגבוהה. והכי חשוב - פחות מ-10 דקות הליכה לטיימס סקוור ולשדרה החמישית. צוות צעיר, שירותי ומקצועי - גם כשביקשנו מהרגע להרגע לסגור לילה נוסף השאירו אותנו בחדר שלנו כפי שביקשנו. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית לכל אורחי המלון. תמורה מלאה למחיר שמשלמים. ממליץ בחום! צריך להספיק להגיע יחסית מוקדם למתחם ארוחת הבוקר כדי שיישאר משהו לאכול (קפה מהמכונה תמיד יש), ולא תמיד יש מקום לכולם במתחם.

The stuff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were small, but very comfortable and clean. The only concern was the the bathroom door, it was very hard to close it if someone was inside.

Climatisation d’un autre âge, super bruyante et dérangeante et laissant passer les odeurs de canabis de la rue. Couette de lit complètement détruite par la machine, faisant une multitude de boules désagréables. Pas d’armoire pour les habits. Chambre double lits prévue à la base pour un lit donc très exiguë et dépourvue de tablette, de chaise etc.

Alberto (9/5): Pestana Cr7 = Super recomendado - Ubicación excelente. Personal agradable y siempre dispuesto ayudar. Detalle muy bueno el desayuno que ponen hasta final de existencias. Habitación no muy amplia pero es el estándar de Nueva york, la única pega es la puerta del baño un poco incomoda para entrar o salir, pero no es un drama te acostumbras.

Personel genel olarak yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Check-in süreci hızlıydı. Fiyat/performans açısından iyi bir ter Odalar biraz küçük. Bazı saatlerde asansör yoğun olabiliyor. Gürültü zaman zaman hissediliyor (merkezde olduğu için normal ama yine de belirtilebilir).

Mas eu tinha entendido que a localização do hotel era na times square e não é, e também acho que o café da minha foi bem pouco, só tinha croissant e um bagel. Annie (7/5): Very Nice stay, but was expecting a bit more from CR brandname - Room size was nice for NYC. Wifi was good. Nice design. Very well located, close to everything! Smaller size hotel. Bed was very comfy. Big shower and nice products. Very small lobby and bar section. Breakfast is free but has not much and no quality stuff. Just bagels and croissants from the grocery. Grape jam and cream cheese and thats it. We didnt take it the 2nd day as it was not worth it, even for free. Check in was not very friendly but check out was better and staff was nice then. Key didnt work the 1st time, needed to go back to reception. Lots of construction outside so very noisy all day, starting at 7am. Not much space to put your things in the bathroom around the sink. Surely designed by men 😂 also lighting very weak for women to put make up on. Coffee machine in the room but size of cups way too small for the automatic machine (espresso) , coffee overflowing cup each time. Should offer larger cups.

Giuseppe (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno, ci tornerei. - Camera molto spaziosa e pulita (avevamo una king deluxe), posizione top a 5 minuti a piedi da Times Square. Molto apprezzato il gesto di fornirci una borraccia da poter riempire al mattino e portare in giro per la città! Nulla in particolare. Sarebbe bello se offrissero delle colazioni più complete (al momento offrono bagel e cornetti agli ospiti al mattino).
