- SACHI (8/5): 快適な滞在でした - MRTの駅からすぐで便利だった。日本語で対応してもらえてよかった。コインランドリーもあって、価格も安く使えて便利だった。 部屋も綺麗でよかった。 特にないが、欲をいえばロビーがもう少し広いといいのと、コーヒーサービスなどがロビーであったらうれしかった。

- Pei Ling (9/5): Overall, it is a very good comfy stay with staffs who are friendly and approachable. - It is clean, spacious and comfy stay. They provide mineral water during our stay. It has a divider door that keep privacy from bedroom and bathroom. No gym: slightly dusty for carpet which i think is normal as it is hard to maintain daily clean. Not much of breakfast at neighbourhood area. I think this hotel room has no sound proof, keep hearing upstairs knocking the walls so it did cause my mother to feel startled. So far, the overall stay is better than my previous stay in main station.

- Jeanette (10/5): Loved our stay will stay again if going to Taipei - We loved our stay at Hotel Gracery. I can’t say enough about the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Close to MRT station, 7 Eleven and Family Mart across the street, walking distance to some attractions and if you feel energetic you can even walk to the Taipei Main Station. Coffee and tea suppled in the room. Plenty of bottle water on each floor Laundry on the 3rd floor which is where reception is. The TV allows for Airplay so you can watch your favorite shows off your IPhone. We didn’t eat at the breakfast buffet but it looked amazing We loved everything

- 楊 (9/5): 地理位置十分方便、國際旅客也很多、從櫃檯至餐廳的接待人員都相當專業親切，客房簡單乾淨卻也舒適 - 整體算是精緻簡約的早餐，每種形式的早餐(中、西、日式、麵點、熟食、湯品、水果...等)都有設置一些，還有枝仔冰城的枝仔冰可以吃。大概是因為這裡是日式飯店，每位服務人員都能用很流利的日文接待日本房客，當然對待所有房客也相當親切，並且有提供納豆、蕎麥麵等日式特色食物，最令我印象深刻的是滿滿配料的豬肉蒟蒻味噌湯，真是料多美味。

- 신 (6/5): 위치에 비해 뭔가 아쉬운 호텔 - 교통 좋았습니다. 옆에 지하철역이 있어서 편했습니다. 객실의 욕실 시스템이 글로벌한 구조가 아닌 일본 욕실 스타일이라 매우 불편했습니다. 특히 욕실엔 타올 이나 옷 하나 걸 곳도 없어 위생적으로 찜찜한 문고리에 걸어놓고 샤워할 정돕니다. 또한 세면대는 욕실이나 화장실외부, 아예 침실쪽에 있어 뭔가 시각적으로 지저분한 느낌이었고 사용측면으로도 물이 항상 바닥에 떨어져 방안에서 발이 자주 물에 묻었어요.
