• francesca (7/5): Rilassante - Camera bellissima pulita. Punto strategico e zona molto tranquilla . Vasca idromassaggio molto bella. La stanza non è insonorizzata e purtroppo la mattina si sente tutto sopratutto nella nostra stanza che aveva la reception proprio vicino.

• Melinda (7/5): Comfortable but not a hotel! - Room was comfortable We thought we had booked a hotel but it was more like an Airbnb - this was not clear when booking. We did not see any staff and the reception was just a desk that wasn’t manned. On first night, there was noise from above. Sounded like a child running across the apartment which continued until about midnight.

• Agathe (1/5): - Nous n'avons pas pu accéder à notre chambre puisque nous avons été contacté par l'hôtel via Whatsapp pour régler les frais via un lien SumUP. Aucun prélèvement n'avait encore été fait via Booking mais mes coordonnées bancaires étaient bien renseignées et aucun paiement externe n'avait été signifié. Les codes d'accès à la chambre ne pouvaient pas m'être remis tant que le paiement n'était pas fait via le lien, la personne que j'ai eu via Whatsapps s'est montré impatiente et insultante lorsque je lui ai indiqué que sa demande n'était pas rassurante et que nous craignions une arnaque. Pour finir, nous avons donc du prendre un hôtel ailleurs, et le prélèvement de la chambre nous a été fait depuis Booking. Le service client refuse de nous rembourser malgré les preuves (captures d'écrans de nos échanges et facture dans un autre hôtel de Rome). Méfiez-vous de cette hôtel. Le responsable échange avec vous via des vocaux Whatsapp et programme les messages éphémères pour qu'il n'y ait pas de preuves ! A fuir !

Chambre propre. L’isolation phonique entre les chambres et le couloir est catastrophique. Sentiment d’avoir très peu d’intimité. Nous avons entendu les ébats du couple voisin à notre chambre… Toilettes dans la chambre aussi très peu isolées, pas top quand on voyage entre amies et qu’on ne veut pas tout entendre.

• Luca (1/5): Mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione senza avvisarmi - Pensateci bene prima di prenotare, mi è stata cancellata la prenotazione quando sono arrivato di fronte alla struttura. Ho chiamato totalmente ignaro per sapere come entrare e mi è stato comunicato che la prenotazione era stata cancellata, nonostante mi avessero anche scritto nei giorni precedenti per chiedermi orario arrivo. Hanno dato la colpa a Booking, ma subito dopo la telefonata mi è arrivata la mail della cancellazione, evidentemente fatta successivamente alla mia chiamata. • Anabel (8/5): Todo bien, quitando la incomodidad del ascensor con un carro. - La habitación era grande, el baño muy cómodo y limpio. El acceso al ascensor es incómodo ya que llevábamos un carro, la cama era cómoda pero son dos individuales juntas. Además, no nos ha gustado que faltara el personal tanto tiempo, solo lo vimos al entrar y salir.

• Chiara (7/5): - Posizione molto comoda e sicura, la camera era molto bella e spaziosa. Il letto era comodo. Se per una vacanza concentrata a visitare la città è perfetto. Vicinissimo al vaticano circa 20 minuti a piedi La vasca idromassaggio aveva i tubi sporchi quindi non l'abbiamo potuta usare, i termosifoni erano ancora spenti e faceve un po fresco pero ci hanno dati un piumino piu. Le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate quindi purtroppo la mattina presto ci svegliavamo dal rumore.

• Susanne (6/5): Fint hotel med plads til forbedringer - God og central beliggenhed. Ingen larm fra gaden. Værelset + badeværelset renoveret og meget fint, men lyset i værelset bestod af meget skarpe spotlights i loftet (umuligt at ligge i sengen og læse uden at blive blændet), det ville være rart med et par sengelamper. Der var tekøkken på værelset, men service (tallerkner, glas mv) var mangelfuldt. Rengøring var ok, men der blev ikke vasket gulv i de 5 dage vi var der. Hotellet er ubemandet, og da vi skulle tjekke ud kl 11.00, var der ikke nogen tilstede. Vi forsøgte at ringe til det nr, som stod inde på værelset ..det var ude af drift…og de to numre, som hængte i “receptionen” var der heller ikke held med. Vi endte med at lægge nøgler og en seddel, hvor vi skrev at vi havde tjekket ud kl 11.00. På værelset står der oplysninger om, hvordan man kan komme i kontakt med personalet, enten pr tlf eller et link …ingen af disse virker. Rom er en dejlig by med mulighed for en masse gode oplevelser, som vi benyttede os af.
• Tilitha (2/5): - I never got to the point of seeing the room. I was unable to get into the property. When I messaged the hotel for assistance after awhile the man became very rude. BE WARNED! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! The experience was a nightmare. It is actually more like a hostel than a hotel.

• Roman (10/5): Great place to stay in the city! - We loved our stay! The lift made it easier to bring our luggage upstairs. The jacuzzi was very comfortable and relaxing. The room and bathroom were very modern. The hotel is right in the city but it’s very quiet inside. You can’t hear the street noise or the neighbours next to you. The only thing that was tricky is the check in, as there isn’t usually anyone there to answer the door or let you in. Make sure you message them on WhatsApp for check in instructions. The details they send you are very helpful. It was easy once we had the instructions and we didn’t have any issues after that.

La ubicación excelente, una zona muy tranquila, con muchos restaurantes y muy cerca a la estación del metro. Las atracciones principales bastante cercanas al lugar, incluso caminando. Había mucho menos gente que en el área cercana a la Fontana de Trevi, lo que nos gustó bastante.

The size of the apartment was smaller than I thought. The pictures are a bit deceiving, due to angles. Also, the pictures of "the room" in the listing may not exactly be the room your book, you'll need to look very closely to make sure you're not looking at two different rooms...

• Charlie (6/5): 3/5 stars. An honest review. - 3/5 stars. Overall, the positives of this accommodation include its cleanliness and convenient location. However, occasional power outages resulting in electrical issues, said to be due to “work on the street”, were a notable drawback. Communication with staff varied; while contacting the "main office" via WhatsApp brought pretty quick responses, the lack of on-site presence limited immediate assistance. During outages, we couldn't use appliances like the hob or kettle (as they tripped the electrics), with the response being, "it's not our fault, what can we do about it?" Whilst this may be true, it left us disgruntled and with few options. Staff presence was minimal, aside from initial check-in and sporadic cleaning. Thus, for major concerns, relying on WhatsApp communication is advised. Despite a number of inconveniences, it's a decent place, but guests should be prepared to handle issues independently.

• Glyn (10/5): Swept Away in Rome! - A beautiful and quiet location in Rome, a short stroll to the main attractions of Rome and the Rome is delightful situated in a building complex with apartments and the nostalgic hotel lift is everything! It is a modern room in a historic building surrounded by stores, restuarants and cafes with a short walk to Castel Sant'Angelo! There wasn't anything to dislike about the hotel, my only warning would be that luggage can't be stored at this destination and you need to check out and take it to one of their other hotels to store luggage post checkout, there is also no one that is situated at the desk. However, minimal things and would highly recommend if in Rome!
