• Václav (10/5): Convenient Stay - I thought the check-in process would be cumbersome, as earlier reviews had showed, but in fact, it was rather easy and smooth. The host is indeed improving. Not very luxury, but the apartment has everything that one would need. Definitely worth the money. Nothing to complain.
• Gavin (9/5): A convenient base for exploring Rome (especially Testaccio and Trastevere) - A small but comfortable hotel in a great location -- convenient for Testaccio, Trastevere station, and the centre of Rome. The price is reasonable for the location, and the rooms are comfortable. Coffee (but not milk) is provided for breakfasts -- and there are bars nearby if you want to buy breakfast. There is also an elevator. Only a minor point, but worth noting the hotel has no reception and communication is by phone or booking.com messaging, so there is no reception on site.

El ruido constante de los coches pasando por el puente sin comentar que debajo de la habitación había una pizzería que cierra a las 24 horas se escucha la música constantemente la persiana metálica al cierre y lo mejor de todo estás en el baño escuchas a quien sea contar la caja del día justo en el baño toda una revelación .No vimos a nadie en todo el proceso. La habitación no está mal pero la ducha pierde agua por el plato se llena el baño de agua ,las paredes estás sucias parecen que han pasado caballos por ella en fin fotos muy bonitas que en algún momento se parecerían a la habitación que reservamos .

• Silvia (6/5): Una bella stanza che dovrebbe stare in un luogo più tranquillo - Vedi sotto Purtroppo il rumore dei clienti dei locali sotto la stanza, la.musica ad alto volume della Terrazza Trastevere + il traffico stradale ci hanno fatto dormire pochissimo. Peccato. Pulizia, estetica e cura del cliente erano perfette. Ma non abbiamo chiuso occhio.

• Stefano (8/5): OTTIMO MA POSSONO FARE DI PIÙ - Ho soggiornato in compagnia in questo alloggio per 2 notti, posso dire che l'organizzazione per l'ingresso, la pulizia, i servizi sono stati tutti ottimi, sinceramente però nell'annuncio avevo visto "cucina privata" motivo per cui avevo scelto questa opzione, però poi si è rivelata in condivisione con tutte le stanze!, farei più attenzione ai dettagli dell'annuncio. per il resto tutto il soggiorno è andato bene. Allora, l'unica cosa che davvero non è stata di mio gradimento è che durante la mattina, nonostante avessi chiuso la porta a chiave, siamo stati svegliati da un addetto alle pulizie che ha deciso di entrare nella "porta di servizio" per accedere alla stanza, che io dico, ma se è chiusa a chiave, ci sarà un motivo? peccato perchè non fosse stato per questo avrei messo un bel 10, ma sto su 8!

Moreover some coffee shops and restaurants , daily cleaning , owner is cooperative . We have to use the link to open the apartment door in every time , the room was sharing in on apartments as a hostel !

• Zenati (6/5): Struttura essenziale, comoda ai trasporti pubblici - Posizione comodo ai trasporti, ho trovato l’alloggio carino per chi deve fare un soggiorno breve ma non di piu. Servizi essenziali ,pulizia buona Pochi servizi per il cliente, nessuna presenza al check in solo indicazioni che vanno bene per chi ha dimistichezza con telefoni e connessioni internet ma per persone ( penso per esempio ai miei genitori) di una età superiore che non hanno questo risulta difficile e complicato entrare anche se basta fare una telefonata e il gestore( o chi per lui), ti segue al telefono

The room was clean and well maintained. I had read previous reviews mentioning noise issues, but I assumed it wouldn’t bother me and that I would be too exhausted to mind. Unfortunately, the noise was a serious problem. In addition to constant traffic noise from outside, there seems to be no soundproofing in the walls, and noises in the apartment are extremely loud and disruptive.

Noisy at night - the road noise was fine but it was the people outside of the apartment window and the loud, bass heavy music which kept us awake.

Lots of messages and codes in order to enter the apartment and exiting. A bit too impersonal and strange. The aparment faces to a busy road so there is a lot of traffic noise.

• Andrea (9/5): Cómodo - La habitación estaba limpia y muy completa. Muy bien ubicada, cerca de Trastevere (15/20 minutos caminando). La estación de tren y el bus están al lado. Del coliseo unos 30 minutos caminando.

• Michaela (10/5): Velice dobrá volba ubytování pokud nehledáte něco, co je přímo v centru. - Pokoj byl moc hezký a čistý. Velký výběr restaurací v blízkém okolí. Také to bylo blízko do obchodu. Chybělo nám nějaké mýdlo u velké vany. Jinak bylo v koupelně a velké zrcadlo. Možná ještě menší stolek když člověk nechce snídat v kuchyni, ale v soukromí. Jinak nemám co vytknout. Ještě možná malé upozornění na hluk z ulice a pizzerie pod námi. Nám osobně to nevadilo, ale pro někoho by to mohl byt problém.

• Jéssica (10/5): Acolhedor e custo benefício ótimo - Que lugar limpo e confortável. Fomos recebidos muito bem! Voltaria mais vezes. Melhor custo beneficio que encontrei em Roma. Achei um pouco distante dos pontos principais da cidade. Mas caminhando por 1 hora você chega.
• Sahar Shoaei & Mohammad Homayounzadeh (4/5): It was ok but It wouldn’t book this property again - The linen and towels were clean, the facilities in comms room was ok and clean I stayed here in October, and the nights were quite cold. When I asked about the heating, I was told that the central system only starts operating in November, so we had to wear several layers to stay warm while sleeping. Additionally, the room was not soundproof at all — it felt like sleeping on the street due to the constant noise from outside. To make things worse, there’s a busy restaurant directly beneath the room, which made it even noisier, especially during the evening hours.
