Não sei se é mais voltado para o gosto asiático... Não sei, mas em qualquer lugar do mundo há opções "universais"... Escasso, poucas opções, suco ruim... Pior café da manhã de todos os hotéis que já ficamos, qualquer pousada tem café da manhã melhor... Bom restaurante, boa pizza. Bom atendimento da equipe.
BADREDDINE (8/5): Gern wieder - Zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen Alles rum und dran passt. Die Ortschaft ist die old Stadt Zentrum Dubai , vieles zu sehen . Gite Anschlüsse zum Flughafen und Messe von Dubai mit den SBahn... die leute sind freundlich Für Europäer Frühstück ist nicht passend, man kann gegen 30 AED Frühstücken ... Also für kurze Aufenthalten geignet

Lhotel est tres tres bien situé cartier tres animé centre commercial , bouche de metro et arret de bus a 2 pas de l'hôtel. La chambre est assez spacieuse propre. La meilleure chose etait la piscine un vrai moment de détente en plus tres peu frequeté du coup tu te baigne a l'aise. Le seul probleme que javais cest la caution a l'enregistrement.

Faisal (10/5): - A perfect hotel conveniently situated in between two very easily accessible metro stations Union and Rigga. Sat on the locally famous Al Rigga Street this hotel is a perfect destination. Food places all over the place, depending on the time of year you’ll have easy access to Rigga Night Markets. Short distance from Gold Souks, Deira and Baniyas Square. Part of the “old town” but a perfect location for a great get away. Staff is extremely helpful especially Mostafa at reception.

BADREDDINE (8/5): - Gute Lager des Hotels , U-Bahn Station zu Fuß erreichbar und somit die Verbindung zu Dubai ist gewährleistet. Jedoch kan man schlecht schlafen aufgrund der Lärm , die Fenstern dämpfen quasi nichts !! Die 3 Sterne sind dann genug . Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.

The front desk officer Roma is very professionnal and helpful. The only issue i had is the surrounding noise. Probably an outside AC fan that is very loud at the back of the property.

But I do have to say when it comes to our stay and our accommodations, what made it stand out and the main reason we were so content was because of Enock our housekeeper, he was very attentive to our needs. during our stay from 7/23- 8/2. He did a great job, and always went over and beyond our expectations. I just wanted to tell someone because I feel that type of service needs to be recognized!! Thank you Sincerely Lori Thibault

Heriberto Pontón (2/5): - This property CANCELLED our reservation the same day of our arrival because they tried to collect the payment prior to our arrival, and our card in the reservation was an American Express, and they don’t accept. Good to clarify our reservation was a “Pay at the Property” deal, which they were supposed to charge when we arrived and we would have pay with another method! THEY CANCELLED RESERVATION WITHOUT LETTING CUSTOMER KNOW!!!

Verified traveler (10/5): Good for the price - The room was very good and spacious, and staff was friendly, however I think the shower tiles were not so clean as you could see they were darker in some parts. I am very fussy with toilet cleanliness, so for me this is a point to mention. Also, the button to clean and do not disturb in our room was not working, and even after fixed it stopped working again, so staff was always confused when to clean or not our room. The cleaners did not know what toilet paper was and it was a bit frustrating as I was trying to explain and they did not understand, so I had to get the empty roll to ask them, so it would be better if they have a better training on name of things. It was funny for me but probably frustrating for the staff, to not understand, and it is a management fault. Also, they could inform us there are alcoholic beverages in the restaurants, as we did not even have a menu. Apart from that the room was nice and stay was also nice, room was a bit noisy, as we could hear everything from the room next door, also the carpet could be cleaned more often as it is dirty and full of stains. Overall it is what you pay for. I also wish the staff would show us around the common area when we arrive.

Mercedez (8/5): Short vacy - The room is OK with nice pool to cool down. Howevwr if you are a coue.dont book for a double bed or else it's 2 single bed joined together. So sometimes it's hard to be in the middle. We had an issue with the other room coz even it's already 11pm they are quarreling and can be heard in the room.
Thajesvi (8/5): Nice hotel - Pleasantly surprised. Value for money. New hotel! 3 stars but it’s promising. Nice room and helpful staff. However, attention to small details would help make it better. Hairdryer should be provided in the rooms. Breakfast could be better and provide a larger variety.
