- Sergey Sander (10/5): Top modern and functional hotel in Prague 1 next to the train station - I loved the convertion of the bank to a modern hotel. It is very functional and centrally located. Rooms are small, but the price / value ratio was excellent. We didn't try breakfast, but went to see the safe room. It was cool.

- Joanna (10/5): - Bardzo miła obsługa , lokalizacja bardzo dobra blisko centrum i komunikacji miejskiej, śniadania bardzo dobre, a na koniec możliwość zostawienia bagażu :) Bardzo polecam ten hotel bardzo mały minusik za brak jakichkolwiek szafeczek w łazience nie było miejsca na żadne kosmetyki i lodówka zamiast chłodzić grzała :)

- bayramgozluklu (9/5): Keyifli ve güzel bir konaklamaydı. - Tesisin konumu Prag 1'deki tarihi ziyaret noktalarının dışında gibi görünse de hiç öyle değil. Otele dönüş yolundaki sokaklar tam bir alışveriş cenneti, birçok yere yürüyerek 5-10 dk mesafede. Toplu ulaşımla gidip gelme imkanı çok kolay. Tekrar Prag'a gelirsem bu oteli değerlendiririm. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim Konakladığımız odada her şey çok iyiydi. Duş kapısındaki lastik conta hasar görmüş. Duş alırken suyu dışarı atıyordu. Yere havlu atıp tampon yaparak ayak altının ıslanmasını engelledik. Bunun dışında hiçbir negatif yorumum yok.

Location is a 10. - The experience at the hotel was great, from the arrival we were received by a friendly staff, we received a free upgrade and a big smile. The quality of the hotel is amazing, the breakfast was excellent, and the check out process was equally smooth and fast. The location of the hotel is exceptional... 5 min walking from the train station, and at a walking distance from all the major turistic landmarks. Nothing... everything was excellent.

- Leon (10/5): The best place to stay in Prague - Location of this hotel is amazing. It is basically a few minutes away from the main train/bus station. It is close to the old part of Prague (walking distance to all touristic locations). The breakfast was amazing. The water was leaking out of the shower cabin.

- Elisabeth (5/5): Wir hatten eine gute Zeit auch mit gewissen Mängeln des Zimmers. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Zimmer ruhig gelegen im 6. Stock zum Hinterhof. Frühstück bewerten wir als sehr gut. Freundliches Personal. Altstadt und sonstiges was uns interessiert hat war gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr gut ausgebautes öffentliches Verkehrsnetz. Die Stadt ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Bekamen eines mit Doppelbett. Das finden wir sehr schlecht wenn wir schon zwei Einzelbetten buchen dann möchte wir auch das was wir gebucht habe. Konnten das Doppelbett auseinander schieben. Es war uns nicht bewusst dass wir den Cleanservice wie oft unser Zimmer geputzt werden soll separat angeben mussten. Anscheinend hat man uns bei Ankunft danach gefragt. Haben wir in diesem Fall nicht verstanden. Das Zimmer war dürftig ausgestattet. Kein Stuhl oder kleiner Tisch zum etwas Ablegen. Zuwenig Platz zum verstauen der Koffer. In der Dusche fehlten weitere Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern.

No phone to call reception. Our mini fridge didnt work and wasn't repaired. Variable pricing- last minute room discounts meant we paid a lot more booking in advance. Room could do with blackout curtains.

- Lien (9/5): - Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Gold Bank Hotel in Prag und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Das Personal war einfach super – freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr entgegenkommend. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir früher einchecken konnten und sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten haben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, und auch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war tadellos. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: Die Gegend wirkt sehr sicher. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist spitze, man ist schnell überall in der Stadt. Ein tolles Hotel mit Herz für den Gast. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tucked far enough out of the epicentre of Prague to be quiet. Hotel very clean, modern, functional. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend Rooms were warm but windows can be easily opened. AC didnt work too well- to be expected in older buildings in Central europe.

The check-in process is a little bit tedious They want you to do it online and have everybody's passports and a bunch of information. Basically they want you to do their work it seems. The shower door leaks into the room or the bathroom It doesn't seal well.

An excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. Good wifi and luggage storage. Nothing though worth mentioning how poor the pizzeria rustica next door is; the worst pasta dish I've ever been served (M60, much traveled)

- Franka (8/5): Perfekt für einen Städtetrip - Das Hotel ist wirklich in einem wunderschönen Gebäude. Das Ambiente & die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Lage ist auch top. Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen. Das Frühstück war gut, könnte aber noch mehr Auswahl haben. Parkhaus ebenfalls gut, aber auf sehr wenige Plätze beschränkt & 15 Minuten entfernt. Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.
