The light on the wall just fell off (poorly fixed to wall), the doorframe to the bathroom was not connected properly and complete, and there was exposed wires near another light fixture. the walls were also very thin and you can hear full conversations at late hours. It was also difficult to find at first, with not easy to see signs out front.

The terrace... was lovely for morning tea/coffee and carbs (great cafe across the street for take out). The staff was awesome, always available for questions or concerns, very friendly, professional and willing to assist when needed. The stairs we (my husband 74 and myself 70) had a hard time (at first) but by the end of our seven day stay, the stairs were much easier to navigate.

• Antonio (5/5): - Hola! colchon aceptable, las almohadas eran incomodas. el amoblamiento del baño podria adecuarse. la habitacion que me toco da a la calle, lo cual resulta molesto los ruidos vehiculares durante la noche. la instalacion de la cocina compartida era minima, sin elementos basicos, cubiertos, vasoHs, etc, sin espacios para apoyar nada. para abrir la puerta de la miniheladera hay que contorsionarse y tomarla del extremo inferior. por ultimo, dijeron que las toallas las cambiaban cada dos dias, como no ocurrio, se solicito el cambio al tercer dia, dijeron que lo harian, no lo hicieron, hubo que reiterar el cuarto dia. la ubicacion es excelente, pero tienen muchas oportunidades de mejora de las instalaciones con inversiones minimas y un poco de cariño.

The staff is very nice and polite, she also gave us a map and showed us the best spots to visit, the room was always very clean! The only thing I felt could have been better was water pressure and the consistency of warm water while taking a shower! Other then that everything was perfect, would definitely visit again!

There was a communal area that had a fridge and freezer and a coffee machine that u helped yrself too There was a few niggles, the patio door to small balcony hinge at top was broken. A pungent smell would come up from the toilet from time to time which wasn’t pleasant

• Anna (2/5): Suciedad y decepción total - La ubicación La habitación que nos asignaron estaba sucia. Las sábanas tenían un agujero, nos encontramos con un bicho en la cama y no nos dieron ninguna solución, no cambiaron ni las sábanas con la gravedad que encontrarse un insecto en el lugar donde vamos a dormir supone. No cambiaron las sábanas en ninguno de los días de la estancia y tampoco nos cambiaron el juego de toallas entero. La habitación no disponía de amenities como se indicaba en la descripción. Finalmente la atención recibida por la guest manager y la recepcionista fue muy mala y nada comprensiva con la situación sin aportar ninguna solución positiva.

• Rik (10/5): - Wij hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was comfortabel en beschikte over een fijn klein balkon, wat een leuke extra was. Het hotel is gelegen in een goede en gezellige wijk met veel leuke restaurants in de buurt. Daarnaast is de ligging zeer centraal, waardoor diverse bezienswaardigheden gemakkelijk te bereiken zijn. Al met al een aanrader voor een paar dagen Rome!

Quarto bom, banheiro enorme, tinha uma máquina de café e nao entendi como funcionava o aquecedor. Meu cartão de acesso várias vezes nao abria a porta do quarto. Por sorte vi a moça que nos recepcionou digitando uma senha pra abrir a porta, e sempre tinha que abrir com ela pq com o cartão nao dava certo. Nos 2 primeiros dias tinha alguém fazendo muito barulho no andar de cima. Parecia que era dentro do quarto. Ah. Nao tem elevador, ficamos no segundo andar mas eram 4 lances de escada pra subir e descer.

Straight out into cafes, restaurants, shops. Taxis and Tourist bus stop very close in Piazza. Staff available 24/7. Very helpful. Room very comfortable at this price. Had access to microwave, iron, welcome coffee. Be warned it was 3 flights of steps up - and staff did carry our cases up 🙏 Also note the instructions to access the hotel. It didn’t have the usual hotel front/reception and taxis can’t drop you at the door.

All the main attractions are easily accessible on foot — the Trevi Fountain is just a 3–5 minute walk away, the Colosseum is about 20 minutes, and the Spanish Steps are 5–10 minutes away. The place was clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They were always available via WhatsApp and assisted us with anything we needed, even recommending some great restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the room had air conditioning as well. Some people mentioned that rooms facing the street can be noisy, but we didn’t experience any disturbance at all with the windows closed. However, the internet connection was only reliable during the first two days. In the last two days, it was simply not accessible at all — neither on our phones nor on the TV. There are several signal boosters throughout the property, but for some reason they didn’t work properly.

Bizimle check in zamanı ilgilenen hanımefendi çok tatlıydı. Çok güler yüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi. Kibarlığından dolayı teşekkür ederiz ayrıca. Odamızda buzdolabı olması da iyiydi. 3 gece konakladık. Oda temizliği havlu değişimi vs yoktu. Terlik de verilmemişti. Asansörün olmaması da her gün o yorgunlukla 3 kat inip çıkmak biraz zor oldu. Belki giriş çıkış saatlerimizdendir ama resepsiyonda herhangi biri bulunmuyordu . Romanın hırsızlığından vs çok haberler okuduğumuz için ara sıra dış kapı ve iç kapıların açık kalması/bırakılması biraz tedirgin ediciydi. Bizim konakladığımız süre boyunca da ne bir müşteri ne bir çalışan karşılaşmadığımız için biraz tedirgin olduk açıkcası odamız hemen kapı yanındaydı çünkü.

• Katja (6/5): Super zentral, dadurch aber auch laut - Die Lage war prima zentral. Alles perfekt zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch waren die Zimmer nach vorne raus natürlich auch laut. Check-in war nur bis 17:00 Uhr möglich. Danach kostete der Check-In extra 50€ für die Mitteilung zweier Tür-Codes (wie es bei jedem Airbnb üblich ist). Das finde ich ziemlich unverschämt. Der im Preis enthaltene Transfer galt nur für die Hinfahrt zur Unterkunft. Zurück zum Airport kostete es extra 70€. Mehr als ärgerlich! Mein Zimmer war in der dritten Etage. Für mich nicht so schlimm. Wer aber schlecht hohe Treppen steigen kann, sollte zumindest darauf achten, ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage zu nehmen. Das Zimmer zur Straße war sehr laut (dafür aber sehr zentral). Mein Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür. Im Nachbar-Zimmer konnte man jedes Wort verstehen. Darauf sollte man unbedingt achten, wenn man nur ein Zimmer benötigt.
