• Sonja (10/5): Es war alles tip top und sehr schön! - Sehr tolle Wohnung, sehr gut organisiert, sehr gute Betreuung!! Sehr gute Lage, mitten in der Stadt … durch die Lage war es nachts sehr hellhörig, trotz oberstem Stockwerk, weil die Stadt einfach lebt 😁, aber mit Oropax kein Problem … Es sind sehr viele Stufen, für uns war es kein Problem, man hatte es auch oft schon gelesen, aber mit viel Gepäck wäre es ein Problem.
• Paula (1/5): Departamento engañoso en un 5to piso sin ascensor - La ubicación Era un piso 5to sin ascensor y no decía nada la publicación al respecto. Cuando nos comunicamos con el alojamiento pidiendo por favor que tengan en consideración que estábamos con una persona mayor de 86 años no nos dieron ninguna solución. En la cocina también hay hormigas.

• Arton (5/5): It was an okay stay! Being in the center of everything it definitely needs upgrade - Great Location! The beds were comfortable, but definitely need an upgrade. Stairs were very uncomfortable to go up and down to the 5th floor, especially with two small kids and luggages. There was a very loud noise in the bathroom above the shower. It went on all night and all day. Very uncomfortable!

• Nicolas (9/5): - Nice view, in the center of the city so you can go easily to all places just by walking, even close to the train station! It has 6 floors you have to climb in stairs, also there were some ants in the apartment so is important to keep all food in the fridge
• ANANTÁ (3/5): NO elevador ojo! - La Ubicación NO tiene elevador. Subir 5 pisos con maletas y niños pequeños es una pesadilla. Hubo una mañana que no tuvimos agua en el apartamento así que fue un gran inconveniente.

• Dilanga (8/5): Very good - Very centrally located, right next to the duomo. Everything is right there so you are paying for the location. The place was very spacious large outdoor balcony big bedrooms for Italy, large sitting/living area and a fully equipped kitchen. They went a step further and got me a kettle as I needed it for tea, they went out of there way to help make my stay really comfortable. Highly recommended property. So it has a view of Florence, a good view that comes at a cost of 4 floors of stairs. This is part and parcel of travelling and staying in a heritage building in Italy.
• Lisa (8/5): Nice rootop in the middle of Florence. - The apartment has everything needed and the rooftop terace is great! It´s very loud outside at nights in the streets, this is not the owners fault but worth knowing.
• LEE (10/5): Best for family travelers - During my family trip to Florence, we had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel that exceeded our expectations. Although we booked through Hotels.com, a professional manager facilitated our seamless check-in and -out processes and promptly addressed any issues that arose during stay. The hotel was very clean and well-appointed, featuring 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining area with 6 chairs, a separated living room from dining area, and a terrace outside. The inclusion of appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine greatly enhanced our convenience and comfort. Strategically located, most major attractions were within a 10-20 minute walking distance. Since hotel located to the left of Axial Maxim Hotel, the property was easy to approach via Google Maps. Just look for a Venchi chocolate shop; the hotel is situated same building. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Duomo allowed us to enjoy its magnificent view directly from bedrooms. The nearby Carrefour Express made it convenient to quickly obtain any essential items we needed. Since it is winter, we were concerned about heating and hot water, but the systems functioned flawlessly, keeping us warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was the absence of an elevator, as the hotel is located on the 5th floor, which required some effort to access. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall exceptional experience.
• Andrew (2/5): 5th Floor, No elevator - Property is on the 5th floor with no elevator. Nowhere in the property description does it state this. It is also located on one of the main shopping and entertainment streets in Florence. It is loud all day and all night long. Hotels.com was zero help in trying to straighten out the problems with this ‘hotel’.
• Cathleen (10/5): Loved our stay here! Would definitely book again! - Beautiful property! Loved the updated design with classic details. The outdoor terrace was lovely and a beautiful spot to enjoy the sun. Location was perfect - on the main thoroughfare right between the Uffizi and the Duomo, easy to walk everywhere. Wasn't aware there were 96 stairs to the property, but it wasn't a problem for us.
• Thomas (5/5): Great apartment and location - terrible service. - The apartment and the location were great. The staff. These people shouldn’t be in hospitality - I’ve never experienced anything like it before. First they wanted to charge extra (in tiers) for checking in later that 8pm. That didn’t apply for us as we arrived on time, but the correspondence we received before hand was borderline rude as they encouraged us to change our plans for the day to avoid the extra fees. If you don’t want to check in travelers after 8pm, you need to be in a different industry. They offered no help or advice regarding parking - actually we were told it’s not their job to do so (while in the same breath saying they are just a concierge - a hospitality role they probably should look at the responsibilities for). They offered a washing machine but told us we needed to buy our own detergent, and there were two layers of staff to speak too, who seemingly didn’t speak to each other causing confusion and doubling up of information we had to provide. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered anywhere in the world, which is a shame because the apartment was nice and location excellent. Wouldn’t recommend people stay here on account of the staff though.
