- Jolana (8/5): Spojuje to nejlepší z hotelu a pronájmu apartmánu - Hotelu není objektivně moc co vytknout, personál milý, pokoje krásné, snídaně dobrá a poloha super, na pokoji kompletní vybavení, je to v podstatě byt. Pračka, myčka, sporák.. ideální pro ty, co potřebují vybavení jako doma ale chtějí služby hotelu. Restaurace je úzce zaměřená takže si zákazník nemusí vybrat. Recepce je na zvonek i ve dne, před hotelem není označeno kde je povoleno nechat stát auto než vyndáte kufry. Okna do vnitrobloku hotelu kde se opravovala dlažba, takže ráno budíček v podobě brusky. V pokoji by to chtělo utřít prach. Jsou to ale jen detaily na jinak pěkném a pohodlném hotelu.

Totalmente ajenos al ruido de la calle, a pesar de estar muy centricos, pero se oia el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado y de arriba. Uno de los dias no nos limpiaron la habitacion, y el dessyuno, para mi sorpresa despues de haber leido kas opiniones, SUPER ESCASO, a primera hora ya no habia pan, mermelada, zumo...y los camareros tardan mas de 10 minutos en prepararte y servirte el cafe

Our compact SUV Toyota Yaris Cross fit in there but anything bigger you d have to park elsewhere. Top notch aparthotel for a pleasant vacation stay.

- Peter (8/5): Top Lage - Es liegt in einer Top Lage nahe der Altstadt, es war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war immer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das es Frühstück erst um 8 gegeben hat und sie auf die Minute genau aufgesperrt haben. Die Wände zu den anderen Zimmern sind etwas hellhörig, aber Gesamt ist es sehr ruhig.

Quality and variety. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Sauna and Jacuzzi was an added bonus. Private hire for an hour with prosecco and fruit. They also have a washing machine and tumble drier. This hotel is worth coming back for. Absolutely nothing.

Nie mniej pokoje na V piętrze z uwagi na karkołomność wejscia schodami do sypialni-porażka.Ktoś kto ma klaustrofobie wysokości w zyciu tam nie wejdzie . Ponadto hotel jest stosunkowo drogi, przy tej klasie winno sprzątać się codziennie,nie mówiąc o zaopatrzeniu lodówki, czy wody mineralnej.pozdrawiam to moje kolejne uwagi. jak wyżej

The location is absolutely perfect — situated on one of the quietest streets in the city center, truly a hidden gem in Prague. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt clean, modern, and very well organized. We would definitely love to come back in the future and highly recommend this hotel for families and couples visiting Prague.

Kahvaltısı da avrupa otellerı ıle karsılastırıldıgında gayet ıyı. Tekrar praga gidersem kesınlıkle baska bır otel aramam yine burda konaklarım. Son gece odaya oldukca yogun bır boya kokusu girdi sanırım havalandırmadan. Sadece o rahatsız edıcıydı.

- Emil (1/5): Do not book this hotel if you want to sleep at night - I liked the location of the hotel. I rarely write reviews like this, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel is in the center of Prague, but the location is unbelievably noisy. Even with the windows fully closed and earplugs, the noise is constant and unbearable throughout the entire night. During our 4-night stay, I didn’t manage to sleep properly even once. This alone completely ruins the experience. The service makes things even worse. The receptionist, Emma, was consistently unfriendly, always frowning, and spoke in a rude, dismissive tone. Every interaction felt uncomfortable. Instead of helping, she made even simple requests feel like a burden. She treated guests poorly and showed no professionalism or hospitality. This kind of attitude toward paying customers is completely unacceptable. Room cleaning is only done if you specifically request it at reception, which is already inconvenient. On top of that, we had to wait around 15 minutes just to tell them we wanted the room cleaned, while staff were busy checking in other guests — something that would have taken 10 seconds. After requesting cleaning, the result was unacceptable. The bed was simply made, but: Trash bins were not emptied Towels were not replaced Bed linen was not changed The floor was not cleaned There were even food leftovers in the room This is not cleaning — it’s pretending to clean. On the third day of our stay, despite the fact that we had already requested room cleaning at the reception, we returned late in the afternoon and found that the room had not been cleaned at all. I went downstairs to complain, and for the first time during our stay I finally received an adequate reaction. A young, polite blond receptionist — unfortunately I forgot his name — sincerely apologized. He remembered that I had personally requested the cleaning through him, seemed genuinely surprised that nothing had been done, and said that he would personally go upstairs to at least replace the towels and empty the overflowing trash

- Corey (10/5): Amazing location, fabulous breakfast, and clean, large modern rooms in Prague - Amazing location and very modern, clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is amazing and saved us a lot of trouble for food planning for the day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and great with kids. I couldn’t have picked a better spot! There’s only one Washer and dryer and they are very slow. But the facility provides washing pods!

- Stefanie (10/5): Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Parkgarage in perfekter Lage, um fußläufig die (Alt)Stadt zu erkunden. - Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die stylische Wohnung ist ein Traum, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und sehr lecker. Absolut hervorzuheben ist außerdem die super zentrale Lage und die geniale automatische Parkgarage. Der Service und Empfang war rundum sehr angenehm, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- André (10/5): - Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker.
- Louiza (10/5): Toller Ort, om Stadtzentrum zu Fuss zu erkunden! - Sehr gutes Frühstück! Alternative Milch, frische warme Speisen, Kokosjoghurt, Früchte, Aufschnitt....alles bestens! DIe Lage ist wunderbar:) Sehr ruhig! Beleuchtung im Bad ist für Frauen nicht ausreichend. Frau kann sich bei diesem Licht nicht wirklich schminken:) Wir waren mit dem Auto von 2.10 cm unterwegs, eine Garagenparkplatz mit dieser Höhe im Stadtzentrum zu bekommen war nicht möglich. Dies hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun.
- David (9/5): Agradable estancia - Este hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de la plaza principal. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y nuevas. Habitación amplia con cocina y el baño también aunque es mejorable la iluminación. Las camas son muy cómodas y el espacio es muy agradable. Muy recomendable para descansar y para disfrutar de Praga. La habitación incorporaba una cocina con nevera grande, tuvimos que desenchufarla por el ruido que hacía de noche, una vez desenchufada no había ruidos, salvo por las mañanas sobre las 8:00, al estar alojados cerca del almacén de limpieza.

- Lisbeth (10/5): Thoroughly recommend - Excellent location,large comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, lovely staff. We had to leave for an early flight and a very good breakfast box was provided. Our room had a mezzanine bed and the stairs were very steep with a gap in the middle.we are 70 and 78 so a bit more challenging than expected. We survived intact though I would suggest a room on one level would have suited us better. Our friends had one and it was very comfortable.

L'emplacement: possibilité de visiter tous les lieux d'intérêt à pied. La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil. La pièce a vivre de notre appartement n'était pas très lumineuse, les équipements de la cuisine sont minimalistes mais avec le nécessaire (nous n'étions pas venu pour faire la cuisine!)

- Rachel (10/5): - Emplacement parfait! Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées (cuisine). La literie est très confortable. Nous avions demandé un petit déjeuner sans gluten pour notre fils, et le 1er matin, on n'a même pas eu besoin de le re-préciser, ils lui ont directement apporter du pain sans gluten. Tout était parfait! Rien
