Egal ob zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln – man ist optimal vernetzt. Ob Tram, Bergbahn, Bus oder Fähre: Alles ist in kürzester Zeit erreichbar, was das Erkunden der Umgebung unglaublich entspannt macht. Makellose Sauberkeit: Das gesamte Hotel sowie die Zimmer waren in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Hier fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl. Einzigartiger Service: Das absolute Highlight des Hotels ist jedoch das Team. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter haben durch ihre außergewöhnlich freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Art ein echtes Alleinstellungsmerkmal geschaffen, das seinesgleichen sucht. Chidozie (10/5): Super Hotel mit einer tollen Lage - Ein super Hotel mit einer tollen Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Fähre, Bushaltestelle und Tram sind auch direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sauber und es ist sehr ruhig. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
Nico (7/5): - The hotel's location is good - walking distance from Dolmabahce Palace, Kabatas Port & all manner of public transport, so easy enough to get around Istanbul, including the Sultanahmet area. Friendly staff. We should've paid more for a better room - ours was too small to put luggage anywhere except on the bed, or to even fit a chair. Maybe it is more suited as a single occupancy room? Felt very uncomfortable upon checkout when directly asked by the manager to give a "10" review - and still feeling uncomfortable now not giving it after saying under pressure that I would.....

Tatyana (10/5): Отель с идеальной транспортной доступностью - Отличное расположение - рядом причал Кабаташ, главный туристический трамвай Т1 и фуникулер до площади Таксим. Легко и удобно добраться на общественном транспорте до любой туристической точки Стамбула. Очень приветливый персонал. В день заезда предложили завтрак (не воспользовались, так как были сыты) и кофе (выпили с удовольствием). Кофе предлагали, кажется, каждый раз, когда нас видели. Видно, что персонал старается и поддерживает отель в отличном состоянии. На месте предлагаются различные варианты экскурсий, массаж, а также трансфер из аэропорта и обратно по хорошей цене. Мы не воспользовались, так как у нас была своя программа, но оценили возможные варианты. При выезде нам подарили магнитик. Все было хорошо. Стоит иметь в виду, что отель блокирует деньги на карте после периода бесплатной отмены даже если выбрана оплата на месте. Это не критика и не недостаток, а право отеля. Просто надо учитывать, потому что не все отели так делают. Я всегда выбираю оплату по приезду, что сужает количество вариантов и увеличивает стоимость, но зато повышает гибкость планирования маршрута. В данном случает пришлось срочно решать вопрос с оплатой заранее до заезда.
Podosu (10/5): - Un hotel liniștit aproape de portul Kabataș, loc de unde puteți lua transportul public către ne-numărate porturi din partea asiatica și la 100 metri de tramvai și stații de autobuz ce te vor purta în absolut toate colturile orașului. Camera micuța dar acolo nu vei avea mult timp să te uiți după detalii fiind plecat în cursul zilei și probabil vei ajunge seara târziu și vei pleca dimineața devreme😀 Băieții de la recepție, Sinan și Sam sunt foarte prietenoși și disponibili la îndrumări despre locuri de vizitat. Pentru micul meniu de băuturi ce le poate oferi preturile sunt mai mult decât foarte decente dar nu veți găsi nimic alcoolic. Pentru alcool mergeti la blue market la doua minute depărtare dacă aveți nevoie.

The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Nothing felt forced — just normal, nice people who were always ready to help if needed. The room was clean, cozy, and well taken care of. Everything was in good condition, the bed was comfortable, and it was a nice place to rest after a long day walking around the city. The hotel itself also feels calm and well-organized, which makes the stay more comfortable. The location is definitely a big plus. It’s very convenient — close to transport, within walking distance to Taksim and the waterfront, and easy to get around from there. At the same time, it’s not noisy, which we really appreciated. There were also small things that made the stay nicer — like how everything was kept clean every day and how helpful the staff were with recommendations. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want a clean, comfortable place in a good location with friendly people. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

LEILA (10/5): Mi estancia en Union Hotel Port fue simplemente excelente - Lo mejor del hotel es, sin duda, su staff. Desde mi llegada me hicieron sentir muy bienvenida; son personas extremadamente amables, cálidas y profesionales. Su trato hizo que la estancia fuera realmente especial. Las habitaciones están impecables, todo es nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Las camas son muy cómodas y la zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor: cerca del paseo marítimo y muy bien conectada con el tranvía, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse por Estambul. La relación calidad-precio es fantástica; siento que recibí más de lo que esperaba. Estoy muy agradecida por la experiencia y definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí!

The bed was comfortable, air conditioning is working fine, the bathroom was good — the hairdryer is working fine—- and honestly the hair and body soaps/conditioner smelled gread, loved them genuinely. I haven’t had any bad experiences with the hotel. ——we tried to take a taxi when we came and money wise is not worth it at all—- i recommend taking the transportation the hotel offers (we took the return one and so far we got no complaints) Didn’t take any pics, i only made a video but i see you cant post video on booking—-ill put some screenshots of it Cant complain about anything. Thinking about the price we paid… cant really complain for that amount. Every thing was great

Le personnel est très gentil. aux petits soins et respectueux. Les chambres sont très propres et les équipements fonctionnaient tous très bien. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal et accessible tant à pieds qu’en transports publics à tous les lieux incontournables d’Istanbul. It's not in the super lively cities of kadikoy or Taksim, but it's super close to the metro/ ferry lines to get to these locations quickly and easily. Staff was amazing. They made sure to help and take care of me in anyway possible. Sam was outstanding. He was always there to greet with a coffee or tea and went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience possible. He even walked with me to the metro station to show me how to buy an istanbulkart for the train/bus/ferry.

Marina (10/5): Отличный опыт! - Отличный отель с очень приветливым персоналом! Номера чистые, уборка каждый день. Всегда есть вода, чай, кофе. Кровать удобная, хороший матрас. Тишина! Ночью не было слышно никаких звуков как с улицы, так и изнутри. Отличная локация, очень легко выйти к набережной, рядом порт (Kabataş) и можно легко уплыть на пароме в разных направлениях, оплата в том числе и по проездному Istanbul cart. Хорошая набережная Galataport, множество ресторанов и хорошее место для прогулки. Да и вообще, многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, нет необходимости пользоваться никаким транспортом (но при необходимости, в отеле есть служба такси с фиксированной оплатой- очень удобно!). И станции метро тоже в рядом. Очень все понравилось, буду советовать этот отель своим знакомым и сама с удовольствием вернусь снова при следующей поездке в Стамбул! Нет

They helped us get familiar with the area and Sam even accompanied us to get our transport card! The hotel is right by the tram and only two stops from the central part.The room was confortable and clean. The staff really made the experience, they were warm, welcoming and chatty.
