• Claudia (10/5): Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen um Rom zu entdecken!!Klare Empfehlung für dieses Apartment! - Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Innerhalb 20 Minuten sind sämtliche Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Campo di Fiori und die Piazza Navona in unmittelbarer Nähe super um abends nochmal loszuziehen. Allerdings hört man halt auch spät nachts oder früh morgens schon die Geschäftigkeit auf den Straßen. Uns hat das nicht so sehr gestört. Tatsächlich sind die Möbel schon etwas abgewohnt. Die Betten waren sehr gut aber die Sitzbänke in der Küche und die beiden Sofas sehr unbequem und durchgesessen. Die schwarzen Flecken an der Badezimmerdecke waren nicht so schön anzusehen……..das Gebäude ist halt auch schon sehr alt.

Está situado muy céntrico, de tal forma que no tienes que coger transporte público ya que a 20 o 25 minutos andando,llegas a cualquier sitio turístico. El barrio también está genial. La amabilidad y disponibilidad del casero para ayudarte en cualquier asunto,es también un aliciente.Nos dejó productos para desayunar: yogures,mermeladas,pan tostado...etc.Trato cercano. El piso,aunque todo funciona...necesita una puesta a punto: el grifo de la ducha casi no salia el agua,el menaje de cocina es un poco escaso, las tazas desportilladas,los muebles bastante deteriorados,...Nada estaba malo,malísimo..pero las fotos reflejaban un apartamento en mejores condiciones.

Ermanno fue muy amable y nos dejó unos detalles para el desayuno Por la noche era un poco ruidoso por las barredoras y el tráfico. En la cocina haría falta algo más de menaje y en el baño haría falta un poco más de presión para la ducha y el WC. La puerta de una habitación no se podía cerrar

I letti comodi, noi siamo state li in ottobre e si stava bene forse sarà caldo in estate visto che c'erano condizionatori portatili nelle stanze. c'è una cucina attrezzata e una macchina con cialde per il caffè.C'è il wifi e funziona bene. nell'insieme è un buon appartamento qualche cosa da migliorare c'è ... il bagno sarebbe da rivedere un po' aggiungere un appendino per gli asciugamani vicino alla doccia cambiare i sanitari che sono un po' vecchi .

• Diego (9/5): - Es muy recomendable. La ubicación es fantástica, está cerca de todo, la distancia mas larga en 30'. Está perfectamente equipado.Nos facilitaron todo tipo de indicaciones sobre las zonas culturales y de ocio. Nos gestionaron los traslados al aeropuerto. Por decir algo que ayude a mejorar, le haría falta pintar las paredes. Para personas con alguna dificultad con las escaleras es un poco complicado porque esta en una segunda planta y son empinadas.

Çok yakınlarında yemek yenip akşam oturulabilecek bar ve restoranlar vardı. 50 m’de market, 40 m’de müze, 100 m’de tarih. Konum çok güzeldi. Musluklardan buz gibi içilebilir su akıyordu. 7/24 sıcak su vardı. Duş başlığı tazyiksizdi. Her konumda olan mobil klimalar ne yazık ki gürültülüydü ama tarihi konumu sebebiyle sanırım split klima şansı yoktu.
• Celia (9/5): Experiencia ideal en pleno centro de Roma - La ubicación del apartamento es ideal. Fuimos en familia y el apartamento es muy cómodo. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó y su dueño Ermanno nos esperó personalmente para hacer el checkin. Además, el apartamento está muy completo: lavadora, plancha, … La única pega es que el apartamento no tenía cubiertos y la ducha tenía un poco de falta de fuerza. El resto, es perfecto, ningún fallo.

Washing machine was essential to packing light. Bathroom was functional, but could use a spruce up. Would love to have a large mirror in the master bedroom.

Lively area with local market and plentiful restaurants on the doorstep. Very well equipped and comfortable apartment, but decoration would benefit from re- painting and hooks in the bathroom.
• Helen (8/5): Nice basic flat in centre of Rome. 10/10 for location! - Best thing about this place is the location. Next to Campo de’ Fiori square which has lots of restaurants and nice shops. 30 min walk to Vatican and Colosseum in the other direction. Although it’s in a busy location we only heard the noise from the streets when we opened the windows. Was not troubled by any noise at night while trying to sleep. Place has the basics. Kitchen with proper sized fridge/freezer and all kitchen utensils. Beds where comfy. Host met us when we got to flat and explained everything in place and showed us the key safe so you don’t have to walk around with the keys on you. Shower wasn’t very powerful which isn’t a problem if you haven’t got much hair to wash but if you have it takes a while to wash. There is only one mirror in the place which is in the bathroom. I think a definite improvement would be to have mirrors in the bedrooms too 🙂 For a city that has a lot of pick pockets I think having a Safe Box in the property would be brilliant to keep passports or cash ect so you don’t have the worry of having to carry them around with you.

• Bruno (10/5): Recommend - First, we loved the host reception. He met us at the apartment door and helped us carry on the luggages. Also, he gave us a lot of restaurants, gelaterias, pizzarias suggestions and instructions to walk around the city. The property was clean and well warmed. The Wi-Fi signal does not reach the bedrooms well. I guess it is because the building is old and the walls block it a bit. The other areas works well. As we spent more time knowing the city and walk around, the follow itens didn't affect us but the television is not a smart tv and is missing a few kitchen itens like more pans and a microwave. Overall, I recommend this property.

The location is really in the centre of everyting, it was very easy to get to the tourist spots we were interested in. We did not had to use public transport at all, everything was within a walking distance. The street is quite busy, till late evening, therefore it could be quite noisy. Closed windows helped a lot, but still we had to use earplugs to sleep comfortably.

He managed for us a taxi back to the airport at 4.30 am ! approx 50 meter at there is a shop (Carrefour Express) - Should try a meatshop called "Viola" at Piazza Campo de Fiori. maybe bathroom to upgrade

There are only two rooms, so the other three should sleep on the sofas, leaving no more available space in the living room. We spent all the time in the tiny kitchen. Booking should not appear the option of this apartment for more than 5 persons.

Well equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms, pick-up from the airport and the most important, the perfect location. During our 7 days trip we never used the public transport because everything is so close to the apartment.

Also had convenient bus stops and a taxi stand a block away. Sufficient space. Some minor cosmetic maintenance could be useful, but nothing that diminished our enjoyment. Slightly small for a family of 4 if staying a significant period of time.
• Tanja (10/5): Easy living in Campo de Fiori!!! - The apartment is right in the heart of Campo de Fiori - a district famous for its numerous restaurants and little bars. All the famous attractions are within walking distance (20 minutes to the Forum Roman and Colosseum, 20 min. to the Vatican, 2 minutes to Piazza Navona). The host Iulia was the best I have ever come across: ahead of the tour's beginning she contacted me to remind of formalities, checked reliable airport transfer for us (we were six), send daily WhatsApp messages to see if everything was okay, gave recommendations etc. The apartment itself was all what we needed and the price was unbeatable. Our expectations were fullfilled. If you have problems with stairs, you might reconsider this place as the apartment is in the second floor and the staircase is very narrow and very steep (luggage!).

• John (10/5): Great city break in Rome at Easy Life Campo de' Fiori - The apartment is ideally located, at the entrance to Campo di Fiori. It is clean, sleeps 6 and a good breakfast is provided by the host. The host was extremely helpful, contacting us each day to make sure we had everything we needed and arranging taxis to and from the airport for us. All the taxis arrived on time. This was an affordable enjoyable city break for my family of 6 and we were made to feel very welcome by our hosts. Oh I should also mention that the apartment has air conditioning, which is vital in Rome in July. :-) Nothing much really.
