• XIAODONG (9/5): Bon emplacement, très bon rapport prix qualité - L'hôtel si situe entre Shinsaibashi et Umeda, très pratique géographiquement, en même temps le quartier reste très calme le jour ou la nuit. La chambre est assez grande (par rapport à la taille de chambre d'hôtel au Japon), lumineuse, bien conçue. Le staff de l'hôtel est accueillant et souriant.

• ALBERT (10/5): נהננו במלון קורדיה - מלון קורדיה בהחלט מומלץ על ידנו. נמצא במרחק הליכה של 4-5 דקות למטרו שייקח אותכם לכל מקום באוסקה. אזור שקט אך מכיל מספר ברים וכמה מסעדות מצויינות. צוות המלון מאוד אדיב ושרותי. הניקיון ללא רבב וארוחת הבוקר גם אם לא מאוד מגוונת , טעימה ומאוד הוגנת ותואמת את הציפיות אך לא מעבר לכך. הכל בתמורה מצויינת למחיר. אולי שיפור קל בארוחת הבוקר.

• krista (9/5): Comfortable, great amenities - We found this hotel to be the best valued and nicest of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Japan. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had lunch at the hotel when we arrived, and it was great to relax and have a delicious meal without having to go looking for a restaurant elsewhere. The breakfast had a lot of tasty options, and the beverage station in the lobby for refreshments was a nice touch. We were only in Osaka for one night, and found the location to be very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was also super helpful. The breakfast is also top notch. The room was a bit too tight unfortunately, the bed was comfortable while the pillows a bit less.

• Rao (10/5): - The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the station. The room size was comfortable for us, and we were able to open two large suitcases at the same time. The TV supports Apple AirPlay, which was a nice bonus, and there is also a small table behind the bed. We especially liked the ReFa hand shower — it was really good and made the stay even more comfortable. There is no bath.
• Rafael (10/5): Estancia agradable con Ubicación tranquila y bien conectado con lugres de interes :) - La habitacion era super comoda y espaciosa para lo que es Japon. El baño era amplio, con la ducha separada con puerta, presión del agua estupenda,y espacio para poner todos los productos cómodamente. TV con smart Tv. La ventana de la habitación se podía abrir un poco, cosa que agradecimos mucho para ventilar el aire de manera natural. Reponian botellas de agua todos los dias. Al lado del hotel hay un sitio para comer estupendo. La limpieza aunque la pedimos completa, no estaba bien hecha. Nos encontramos polvo en las estanterías, un dia habia parte de basura sin recoger, y cojines desordenados encima de sillas…es como si hubiesen tenido que irse a la mitad de la limpieza.

We would definitely book this hotel again, if we visit Osaka! - We were impressed from the moment we arrived at the hotel — from the beautiful modern interior design to the warm and welcoming hospitality from the staff. The hotel is located in a great area with convenient access to the train station, while still being in a peaceful neighborhood that was not overly crowded. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with a very functional layout. There were plenty of power outlets, which made our stay even more convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel provided pajamas, multifunction mobile charger cable adding an extra thoughtful touch. The hotel staff were polite, attentive, and highly professional throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary services provided for guests, including drinking water, tea, a soda bar with fruit syrup, a microwave, and free ice. One of the highlights for us was the shower, which offered a variety of settings and provided a very enjoyable experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. If we have the chance to visit Osaka again, we would definitely book this hotel again. -

• YiChing (9/5): - 這次訂了三人房 (一個是沙發床) 和一間無障礙雙人房，房間乾淨，缺點是浴室沒有乾濕分離。三人房稍顯壅擠，無障礙雙人房算寬敞~隔音好，不會聽到什麼聲音。大廳有 money exchange 機器，也有提供氣泡水 / 冰水的自取暢飲設施，可以泡茶或是醋~走到本町站算快，建議走 26 號出口 (如果沒記錯的話)。附近有一家全家便利商店，但沒有超市 (有一家 aeon 要走幾分鐘，不過很小間)。櫃台人員服務專業親切，總體來說是不錯的住宿體驗! 浴室沒有乾濕分離

Habitació gran, labavo gran i nou, bones amenities i comoditat absoluta! Està molt ben ubicat, amb bons restaurants i botigues a prop i a un passeig del Dotonbori (o poques parades en metro). Va ser genial acabar el nostre viatge en aquest hotel! Tot fantàstic!

• Eleonora (7/5): Valida opzione per soggiornare ad Osaka ad un prezzo equo. - L'hotel ha un'ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. La mia camera era abbastanza spaziosa (abbiamo soggiornato in 3) e complessivamente moderna, ciononostante c'erano degli elementi che, a mio avviso, sembravano essere stati non rinnovati, es. la testiera del letto matrimoniale, letto che era appoggiato al muro, per cui risultava difficile accedervi se non passando sopra alla persona che dormiva nell'altra porzione di letto. Segnalo inoltre che nei pressi dell'hotel ci sono diversi ristoranti tra cui una vinera franco-giapponese ottima. La colazione, seppur fresca e preparata al momento, meriterebbe qualche opzione aggiuntiva in termini di piatti proposti e un buffet leggermente piu' ricco. Basterebbe una macchina del caffe' che permetta di avere un cappuccino o un espresso e qualche ulteriore cibo da buffet (tipo pane e marmellata). Segnalo, comunque che in camera c'e la macchina del caffe', tuttavia, pur avendo le cialde, non eroga un classico espresso. La mia camera, posta al 10 piano, dava su una strada molto trafficata che la rendeva abbastanza rumorosa (per questo in stanza ci sono in dotazione dei tappi per le orecchie). Volendo essere pignoli, c'era una leggera puzza di umido in bagno che non ho gradito.

• MINA (8/5): 가성비와 위치는 정말 굿 - 무엇보다 위치가 너무 번잡하지는 않으면서도 난바와 우메다 모두 지하철역으로 두정거장 거리에 있고 쇼핑할수 있는 신사이바시도 한정거장 거리에 있어 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 친절하신 점도 좋았습니다. 그리고 요즘 일본 호텔값이 많이 올랐는데 비교적 저렴하게 미리 예약해서 가성비로는 너무 만족했습니다. 제가 이용한 가격이라면 다시 이용할 매우 있습니다. 다만, 얼마 지나 같은 기간에 새로 조회하니 제가 예약했던때보다 크게 올랐더군요. 무엇보다 층간 소음이 있어 캐리어 끄는 소리 등이 들렸고 욕조가 없이 샤워인것, 수건이나 가운대신 제공되는 파자마가 무겁고 질감이 좋지는 않아서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 또 저는 2박을 하면서 청소를 요청했는데 원래 침대에 있던 쿠션은 바닥에 내려놓고 쓰레기통은 원래 위치가 아니게 어지러이 나와있더군요..뭔가 급하게 정리한 느낌이 들었습니다.

• Chris (10/5): Easy access to trains, but away from the hustle and bustle. We will be back! - My husband had stayed here solo a few months prior to bringing our family of 4 back. The staff was very welcoming. Our kids loved the soda fountain. The rooms were very comfortable. Everything seemed to work seamlessly, including the on site laundry that you can monitor from your room TV-genius! Unfortunately the larger family rooms were all booked when we reserved, so we had to get 2 rooms, that was fine, but somehow left us with only 3 breakfasts included and no option for our 4th person to order ala carte items. In the end, the kids were ok with taking turns exploring other neighborhood breakfast spots—but be aware, many restaurants in the area don’t open until 9am or later.

The room was larger than usual, easily accommodating our 4 pieces of luggage (2 large suitcases and 2 hand luggage). The Hotel was very clean, with kind and helpful staff throughout our stay. We really loved our time here. The location is excellent for travelling by train, being very close to the station about 15mins by walk. Nothing.

• Malgorzata (9/5): Comfortable modern hotel 2stops from Dotonbori - Very good design and layout utilising every square meter of the room, very comfortable beds, and good central location, close enough tp stations, restaurants and shops but calm and quiet 2stops away from the chaos of Dotonbori 😅 Breakfast maybe not the strongest point but ok for 1-2nights stay
• Anne (9/5): Heerlijk! - Prachtig hotel met voor Japan, ruime kamers. De badkamer was heerlijk met een luxe douche. Een “soda bar” beneden om onbeperkt alcoholvrije drankjes te maken was ook heel fijn. Het ontbijt is wat beperkt maar helemaal prima wanneer je er een aantal dagen verblijft. De wasmachines die aanwezig waren reinigen niet voldoende. Deze zijn enkel om de was iets op te frissen.

• Stephen (9/5): Quiet location, close to subway, good size room. - Quiet location however very close to subway. Room quite a good size, clean and all amenities. Staff very friendly and greeted us whenever we arrived or left hotel. Laundry facility. No bar to sit and relax when returning in afternoon or for a night cap which was disappointing. Yet they have the cafe/restaurant area as you walk in which they serve breakfast and lunch at. Would be quite simple to keep this open as a bar at night.

Everything was new and absolutely perfect. 10/10 for the professional service — the room was spacious and equipped with modern technology, the bathroom was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We also lost one of our room keys, and the reception team was very kind and didn’t charge us for it. We really appreciated that. Thank you!
• Francesca (10/5): - Camera molto bella, sopra la media delle camere giapponesi per dimensioni. Ha reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Ottimo il caffè con le cialde che si trova in camera, non avendo prenotato la colazione aiutava a partire con il piede giusto! Lo staff non sempre parla un buon inglese, perciò le richieste e le comunicazioni sono piuttosto basic. In generale però tutti premurosi.

• Emma (10/5): - This was the most comfortable hotel room I think I have ever stayed in. The bed was so comfy and we got the best sleeps of our trip, we even treated ourselves to a lie in on our first night because we just couldn’t bring ourselves to get out of the bed. The location was brilliant, short walk to the nearest station Hommachi or a walkable distance to points of interest like Dotonbori in 20-30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. We liked everything
• Catherine (6/5): The room was good but the common areas basic and souless. - Down a side street, not on the main road. 3 minutes to the metro. Nice and helpful staff. The rooms were large, the shower good and the beds large and comfortable. It is a mediocre hotel with a common area that is not comfortable. No guest amenities except foe a coffee machine in the rooms.

• Astralh (10/5): Hotel ben organizzato in ottima posizione per visitare Osaka - Organizzazione e ottimizzazione degli spazi della camera, posizione strategica per spostamenti e servizi necessari tutti nelle vicinanze. Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Per chi vuole fare colazione in struttura scelta un po ristretta, idem per il buffet a disposizione dei clienti dell'hotel.

• Nadine (9/5): This is an excellent hotel in a great location! - I had a great stay, the hotel is very conveniently located near the metro making it easy to sightsee and come back, most places were 30 mins or less away. The room was great, had pajamas, a shower with jets, the breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Osaka! Would come again! No complaints!
