- Russell (8/5): Good place - Comfortable bed. Kitchen was clean and ready for use. The check-in was exhausting and not coordinated properly. The staff on the other end kept repeating the instructions to information I had already replied to on the iPad in the lobby. Getting past that everything else was good.

- 盧 (8/5): - 整體價格合理，CP 值相當高。廚房設備齊全，備有鍋子、電磁爐、餐具與菜刀等基本烹飪用具，使用起來非常方便，讓人感覺很貼心。房內還有冰箱與微波爐可使用，對於連續入住一個禮拜來說真的非常加分。 床鋪相當舒適，好睡不易影響睡眠品質。浴室空間也很不錯，馬桶大小適中，且為免治馬桶；淋浴間附有浴缸可以泡澡，水溫可透過電子面板調整，操作方便，整體使用感受相當舒適。 床頭櫃雖然設有插座，但兩個插座之間距離較近，若同時插上兩個插頭容易互相卡住，實際上較難同時使用，稍微有些不便。 吹風機可能是較舊或較平價的款式，吹風口的塑膠已有融化痕跡，使用時偶爾還會看到電流閃光，讓人感到有些不安，建議可以更新或更換會更安心。 另外，個人會希望在提供的衛生用品（如牙刷、牙膏等）中，能夠再附上刮鬍刀，對旅客來說會更加方便。

Beds were side by side with no gap Check in process was a little complex, highly recommend registering beforehand. As limited tablets to check in. Wallpaper was stained. One lift and had to wait long time to use it.

- murakami (8/5): - 地図にはのってなかったが目の前に駐車場があり、とても便利だった。事前に登録していたため比較的スムーズにチェックインできました。フロントと繋がりましたが電波が悪く画面が固まり、部屋の暗証番号が口頭になってしまいましたが、近くに人がいないかなど配慮してくれました。 部屋に関しては広く、ベッド1台につきコンセントやUSBポートがついており、家族がそれぞれ携帯等を所持しているため充電等は充実してました。 洗濯機が1階にあり、乾燥機付き、乾燥のみ等できとても助かりましたが、やはり時間がかかるため部屋に干そうかと思いました。他の口コミにあるようにつっかえ棒も持参しましたが、どう考えても設置できるところがなく。。。ドアハンドルやキッチンの引き出しなどにひっかけてなんとか干しましたがなかなか大変でした。事前にホテルへ質問で浴室乾燥もあるとの返答でしたが、浴室に棒がなかったためかけられず、ベランダもあったが棒がなく、干すところに苦労しました。それ以外は近所にコンビニもありお手頃価格で快適に過ごせました。 洗濯面以外はおすすめです。

I spoke to staff and they said this was the standard room we booked, which is fine, but not what was shown on the website. We had 4 people staying in the room and we didn’t have room to even lay our bags out. The website showed a couch, which there was not. The floors were also quite dirty. The air conditioner was dripping the entire time we were there, which was over the top of the bed, so made our bed damp and the person laying on that side. There was a washing machine which is handy but no instructions in English which made it difficult to use, and then when we washed our clothes there was no where to hang the clothes and no dryer, so I think adding a line on the balcony would be great.

The portable vacuum cleaner is handy to keep the room clean. Recommend to have details of main guest only. It took us a while to fill details of all guests. Not easy when coming off from long international flights and late check in.

Cheapest place with stayed on holiday and best value for money. We had six people in quite a small room and it was quite difficult to fit everybody in- especially with bathroom use as unlike other places with stayed the toilet and shower were all in one room.

We received no info in advance and had to videochat on a tablet in the lobby for a good while before we got the right information. This could have been done smoother. Every time we were in the lobby a new group stood there with the same problem.
- Rita (10/5): - I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting. Everything was very clear about house rules. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and would come back again! Thank you!

- Levana (8/5): - The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. There needs to be a better way to check in. Did not expect that we would not be able to get fresh towels when requested, it was a surprise when I was told we needed to be the one to wash our own towels. Other than this, overall stay was good.

- Dexter (10/5): A Great Place to Stay! - We loved our stay here. We are a family of four with two kids and the room was just right for us, it was perfect in size and spacious enough. The beds we slept in were good and it also had enough sockets to charge our devices. This one also had the amenities we need. It’s located near convenience stores and restaurants, and a train station too. I love how you can walk to Dotonbori, which was not too far (20mins of leisurely walk for us). The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again!

- Miki (6/5): - 3泊でしたが、タオルが1日分しかなかったのがとても不便でした。 冬なのに布団も一枚だったので寒かったです。（エアコンはありましたが寝る時は付けたくないタイプなので、、）
- あさみ (6/5): - チェックインの際 分からない事があって 連絡さしたら すぐに対応してくれた
- Ayah (10/5): - We had a great experience; our room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean while still being affordable. Excellent location close to shops/food and trains and easy self check-in as well. Really appreciate the clear instructions and communication from the owners. We would absolutely stay here again in the future :)
- Iyoko (6/5): - Family of 5, great location and very clean place. Only things we didn’t like was that customer who stayed didn’t follow the rules and smoking balcony and smoking in-front of the entrance and throw away a Cigarettes everywhere! No respect

- Chris (2/5): - The property has no change of fresh towels for a 5 days stay, no dryer, no ice machine, no vending machine and no smoking room inside the building. Pillows are so unconfortable and small. I would.not.recommand this so called hotel to anyone as it is not a hotel at all. Only thing is good that there r lots of restaurants, convenience stores within a few mins walk. Nothing else.is worth for the mo,

- Corrine (8/5): - Walkabke distance to train station. Quiet and clean. But the check in process was difficult as there was not enough communication hahesd of time to let us prepared for it.

- Anita (6/5): - This hotel is get what you pay for type of hotel. It is a minimalist hotel for a stay where you don't require anything really but a bed! Kitchenette was helpful, but limited supplies (not even a mug for coffee). It was booked based on the fact that I could fit 5 twin beds in one room for a family of 5! Location wasn't horrible but not the greatest either. It was a 15 minute walk to Dontonburi the busy eating area which was great! It was a hotel for us to go to USJ, Kobe and Kyoto as well so it served it's purpose.
- Victor (10/5): - The accommodation itself was excellent. The location was just a little too far from the train stations and limited in restaurants nearby. Especially for breakfast.
- Zulaikha (10/5): - The hotel stay is quite a distance away from the nearest train station. Since the hotel is unmanned, self check in will take some time as I was with a big group. Plus side is the customer support via video call is efficient. Hotel size is comfortable and the place is clean. Worth the value.
- Casey (8/5): - Concept room is huge. A welcome change from the smaller rooms we have had in Japan. We were on the 15th floor, so we had amazing views of Osaka. The bed was comfortable and plenty of room to hang out. My only knock against the property was the cleanliness. The room was dirty when we got there, linens were all clean. It looked like a rush clean job to get it ready. We reached out to property mgmt and they got back to us very quick and said they would clean it again on our timetable. Ultimately, the problem was a weak vacuum. The room got cleaned, new linens and all. But the floor was still very dirty. It was a good attempt and they were very responsive and accommodating but they need a new vacuum.
