• Jennifer (10/5): Très chouette séjour ! - L’établissement est propre, agréable et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel s’est montré particulièrement accueillant et disponible, que ce soit avant notre arrivée ou durant notre séjour. Nous les avons contactés à plusieurs reprises pour des recommandations et ils ont toujours répondu rapidement et avec pertinence. Une fois sur place, ils nous ont également donné de bons conseils pour découvrir le coin. Les chambres sont confortables et relativement spacieuses. Elles disposent d’un réfrigérateur et de la climatisation – deux éléments indispensables en été. Nous y avons séjourné le premier week-end de juin, et les températures dépassaient déjà les 30°C en journée, donc ces équipements ont été plus qu’appréciés. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment très bon, varié et copieux. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, bien entretenue et agréable, avec des transats équipés d’essuies de plage fournis par l’hôtel. Et un petit choix de boissons que l'on peut consommer au bord de la piscine ;) L'hôtel est très bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes des plages, en face d'un petit magasin, et quelques mètres à peine de restaurants, bars, etc. Un arrêt de bus est situé juste quelques mètres plus haut. L'endroit est proche de tout mais est pourtant relativement calme. La connexion WIFI est très bonne et gratuite.

Camera foarte curata, sa face curatenie la 2 zile iar prosoapele sunt schimbate zilnic. Personalul foarte dragut si amabil, ne au ajutat cu orice problema am avut. Piscina cu prosoape din partea hotelului zilnic. Mic dejun foarte bun. * apusul si rasaritul se vedeau superb de pe balcon

Um bom pequeno-almoço à piscina não usamos mas estava limpa. As melhores praias de ksamil ficam a uma média de 10minutos a pé. Tinha também estacionamento para o carro. Não tinha elevador. Mas os funcionários ajudaram a levar as malas para o 3 andar

• Sara (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto. - La struttura è perfetta. Ho alloggiato qui con il mio compagno per una settimana, la camera è grande e luminosa, dotata di un bellissimo balcone. La stanza veniva regolarmente pulita a giorni alterni in maniera eccellente e tutti i giorni venivano forniti asciugamani puliti e profumati. La colazione era abbondante, variegata e buonissima. Il personale veramente gentile, a partire dalla proprietaria stessa dell’hotel che è stata veramente molto cordiale e disponibile e per di più sapeva anche un po’ di italiano. L’hotel sembra di recente costruzione, ben tenuto e pulitissimo. La piscina è stata una delle chicche di quest’hotel e anch’essa e tutti i lettini e lo spazio intorno venivano sempre puliti a specchio. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa da questa struttura, ottima per il rapporto qualità / prezzo. Niente

Zelfs toen we gingen kregen we nog een locatie mee om eventueel langs te gaan. Het hotel zelf was goed, mooi zwembad en rustige locatie. Er is genoeg parkeer gelegenheid alleen is dit soms wel wat krap. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en je kunt zelf pakken wat je wilt. De badkamer kan misschien iets verbetert worden. De douche was niet altijd constant met de temperatuur en de wc bleef een beetje doorlopen. Verder niet heel storend.

• Patricia (9/5): Geweldig hotel - Heel leuk en mooi kleinschalig hotel, alles was heel schoon. Mooie kamer met heerlijke douche. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. We hadden een heerlijk ontbijt. Ideaal dat het buiten de drukte ligt maar wel op loopafstand van restaurants en winkeltjes. Zwembad was ook heerlijk! Onze kamer was erg gehorig, we hoorden laat in de avond nog veel herrie boven ons.

Very good location, clean and large rooms, nice breakfast and the pool as a nice bonus after a long day beach swimming. • Jose Eduardo (9/5): Buen hotel para unos días de playa - Buen hotel, aparentemente nuevo, con pocas habitaciones, como muchos otros en Ksamil. No tiene ascensor, aunque solo tiene tres plantas. Buen desayuno, que se sirve al lado de la piscina. La piscina muy acogedora y bien dimensionada para el hotel. El servicio de toallas y tumbonas en excelente. Tiene parking privado, imprescindible en Ksamil.

Die Parkplätze sind Gold wert. Wir mochten die Auszeit am Pool, um dem Getümmel an den Stränden zu entfliehen. -

• Johanna (7/5): Prima - Heerlijk zwembad en een fantastisch ontbijt buffet. Het is er super netjes en schoon. Personeel loopt de hele dag te poetsen. Geen muziek bij het zwembad (fijn!). Je loopt makkelijk naar het strand, dat overigens hutje mutje vol is. Voor leukere stranden heb je een auto nodig. Kamers oké, alleen hadden wij een 3-persoonskamer met een piepklein balkon en ongezellig uitzicht. De andere kamer voor 2 personen was heel leuk ingericht. Dus daar moet je een beetje mazzel mee hebben. Personeel gaf fijne tips voor strandjes. Het ligt dichtbij Butrint, heel erg de moeite waard om heen te gaan. Eigenaar was niet zo blij met onze 2 puber jongens die met een bal speelden in het zwembad. Ze vond dat ze teveel spetterden en herrie maakten.

Dit was niet de kamer die we hadden geboekt. Het was een hele ruime kamer maar helaas naast de parkeerplaatsen. Op verzoek kregen we de volgende dag alsnog onze juiste kamer.

The breakfast was something special, I won’t spoil the surprise, but something to really look forward to! The pool was a wonderful facility and open late into the evening, perfect for recovering after a day out. Nothing!

• shlomi peer (8/5): קסמיל אזור יפה, המלון נעים ונקי - במרחק קצר מהמלון, מסעדות ובתי קפה טובים, קסמיל הוא אזור יפה מאוד עם חופים מדהימים, בעיקר החופים שנמצאים במרחק קצר ממרכז קסמיל. מלון משפחתי, נקי, צוות חביב ואדיב במיוחד, נתנו לנו לקחת מגבות לחוף למרות שמדיניות המלון לא מאפשרת. בריכה נעימה ונקיה. המלון ממוקם רחוק מהים, ארוחת בוקר חלשה מאוד, אך לציין כי מדובר בארוחה זהה למלונות אחרים ששהינו בהם באלבניה, ניתן לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר, אין קפה איכותי, רק קפה ממיחם, רצוי שתהיה מכונת קפה טובה למלון, הייתי מצפה שיהיה ניקיון על בסיס יומי בחדרים לאור המחיר שגובים על השהות. אין מעלית, כך שיש צורך להסחב עם המזוודות לקומות העליונות. ניקוי החדר אחת ליומיים, החלפת מגבות עפי דרישה.

La salle de bain est bcp trop petite pour une famille de 4 et aucun rangement pour poser nos affaires de toilette. Odeurs d’égouts très désagréables dans la salle de bain également. Pas de volets donc bcp trop de lumière dans la chambre le matin. La clim est bruyante comparée aux autres logements (pas de fonction sleep)
• Paulina (10/5): - Kameralny hotel z bardzo miłą obsługą. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Na 5 nocy dwa razy była zmieniana pościel. Basen mały ale w sam raz do ilości pokoi. Hotel oddalony o jakieś 5 minut od centrum imprezowego i to jest ogromną zaletą, ponieważ w okolicy jest cicho.
• Neseer (9/5): Geweldig - Wij raden het aan om hier te verblijven, super schoon en wordt goed schoon gehouden. Je voelt je gelijk thuis, personeel super aardig, als je wat vraagt of je hebt wat nodig woordje gelijk geholpen. Inva en Milto waren super erg behulpzaam, dankjewel. De eigenaresse was heel vriendelijk, omdat wij de float van ons baby vergeten waren had zij eentje voor ons geregeld. Niks wat ons niet beviel, je wordt gelijk geholpen als je iets niet oke vindt wordt gelijk wat geregeld. En zijn staan altijd voor je klaar als je wat nodig hebt.
• Mariska (10/5): Heerlijk hotel op een goede locatie met heel aardig personeel. - Het was een rustig hotel op loopafstand van de drukte. Het ontbijt was goed. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Het zwembad is klein maar toch elke dag wel plek genoeg. Alles was gewoon top.
• Raik (8/5): - Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, scheinbar familiengeführt. Frühstück war ok, nett angerichtet, wenn auch das meiste kalt. Toller Pool, alles sehr sauber, sehr guter Service. Gut ist auch, dass es etwas abseits vom Hauptgeschehen und in zweiter Reihe liegt. Ideal für den, der es etwas ruhiger mag und trotzdem ist man in 10-15min fußläufig mittendrin in der City. Küchenutensilien könnten ein wenig mehr vorhanden sein.
• Van den heuvel (10/5): - De locatie net buiten het drukke gedeelte maar toch vlakbij restaurantjes en een winkeltje. Het fijne zwembad en de mooie kamer met heerlijke bedden. Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

• Adrien (8/5): Très bon séjour - Prêt du centre de Ksamil, l’hôtel est à proximité des commerces. Chambre confortable. Un petit parking pour votre voiture. Une piscine à disposition. Les hôtes sont très accueillant. Une légère fuite du lavabo.
• Bosmann (7/5): Prima gehad! - Ontzettend schoon, lakens roken heerlijk. Vriendelijke jongen bij de receptie. Perfecte ligging om veel lopend te kunnen doen. We misten n beetje de gezellige sfeer. Lachende, geïnteresseerde mensen/ personeel en eens een muziekje zou al een hoop doen. De beschreven cocktailbar ontbrak.
• Akvilė (10/5): Best recomendations! - Super friendly staff, nice and clean rooms and pool area. Good breakfest. Good location in the city :) best recomendations! Nothing, everything was more then fine!

• mada60 (9/5): Pobyt rodzinny - Hotel bardzo czysty. Panie sprzątające bardzo dobrze wykonują swoją pracę, dzięki czemu hotel i pokoje lśnią. Nasz pokój na 4 piętrze był bardzo przestronny. W pobliżu dojście do głównych plaż i deptaka. Niedaleko od przystanku miejskiego autobusu z Sarandy. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przy posiłku są również produkty gluten free. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Podczas naszego 5 dyniowego pobytu wymieniono również pościel. Pan z recepcji bardzo przyjemny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. W pobliżu hotelu znajdują się restauracje i tawerny, więc nie trzeba za każdym razem chodzić na obiady do centrum. Klimatyzacja niestety nie działała dobrze. W basenie pływały kłęby włosów.( Przypuszczam,że wpadały podczas sprzątania mopem. Sprzątanie odbywało się zawsZe przy śniadaniu, co nie było apetyczne.) Brak szklanek i czajnika elektrycznego w pokoju. Właściciele całą rodziną wciąż obecni w hotelu i lustrują człowieka na każdym kroku. Nie mówią chyba w językach obcych, bo nawet "dzień dobry" nie potrafią odpowiedzieć. Ciągła obserwacja sprawia, że człowiek nie czuje się komfortowo, mimo, iż nic złego nie robi. W hotelu było wiele rodzin z dziećmi. Dzieci bawiły się w basenie, wskakiwały do wody, rzucały piłeczką - korzystały z zabaw wodnych. Kolejnego dnia pojawiła się tablica z mnóstwem zasad= zakazów.

• Ron (8/5): - Net hotel met goed ontbijt. Niet te dicht bij het centrum (ivm geluidsoverlast) Zwemkleding werd geel van het zwembad

• Wilma (10/5): Top hotel op goede locatie! - Super nette grote kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Heerlijk ontbijt. Perfecte locatie. Niet twijfelen, gewoon dit hotel boeken!
• Hayette (7/5): Séjour agréable avec un super personnel - La piscine, avec des transats et serviettes à disposition. Le très bon petit déjeuner varié. Et la place de parking très pratique juste à côté. Le fait d être au rez de chaussée avec la seule table et chaises du logement dans le balcon à la vue de toutes les personnes de la piscine.
