• Eva (6/5): It’s a great location to shops, public transport and a Club. - Location - Thin bath towels - have mentioned this on previous reviews - Bed lamp has two lights but you can’t control to switch one off to only have the reading lamp resulting in the top light shining in your eyes and too bright - No where to hang wet bath towels after showering. Towels still wet in the morning - Bent toilet roll holder - roll falls off the holder when using. This is in other rooms as well. They all need to be replaced - Shower gel dispenser broken. Should be checked by housekeeping at each clean to ensure you can pump gel out for the shower
• Amelia (4/5): Disappointed - Cleanliness I was charged a $60 early checkin fee that I wasn't advised of earlier when I contacted the property before I got there and another $60 on top because only an "executive" room was available. The room we stayed in was very standard and small so i was lied too saying it's executive.

Every staff member was lovely. Room was perfect. Had everything I needed and more so it was a true home away from home. I’d recommend it to anyone. Nothing I can think of

• WoodenDuke (9/5): Great Little Stay for the Weekend - The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was neat and tidy. The shower and bath facilities were lovely. Access to the station is ideal and the shopping centre. Bit on the expensive side. But this is a minor issue.

We requested early check in, while they can't guarantee it, with a couple of phone calls on the day to follow up, my request was easily accommodated and we appreciated that as it allowed for my mother to rest in bed before she joined our evenings activities. Great price for the facilities. Close to train station.

• Mei (8/5): - Alvin always greets with a friendly smile and is always efficient in checking me in. He is very professional and has always gone above and beyond to make sure my stay is always comfortable.Thats why I always choose to stay here when I'm in town to visit. Have used the gym a couple of times and the only things I think that it needs is an industrial fan as the aircon just isn't enough for air circulation. Also would be good to get antibacterial wipes to wipe over equipment after use and perhaps a few more different gym machines to work different parts of the body. Perhaps a Pilates machine ? Overall a nice new gym.
