Exceptional staff, Mohammad who works night shift was so helpful and patient with me, ring downtown hotel is lucky to have him as an asset to their company. Rooms were kind of dark not much light. Breakfast times could be extended.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Besonders Hassan, Mohammed und Faik haben sich sehr Mühe gegeben, um uns einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel zu gewährleisten. Das Frühstück war alles in allem in Ordnung. Ich habe Rühreier vermisst und die Fruchtsäfte waren ungenießbar. Über die Gesamtauswahl des Frühstücks kann man sich aber wahrlich nicht beschweren. Von der Massage habe ich mir etwas mehr erhofft. Für eine Massage würde ich lieber ein anderes Spa-Center wählen.

The breakfast was not a mixed breakfast style, it was delicious. The staff was very good. They are good in terms of interest, relevance and smiling face, service. We were greeted positively and seen off by Mahmut , their hospitality was good.

El desayuno hay que gustar la cocina turca, un poco diferente de los gustos europeos. La ducha es un poco extraña no hay cabezal de ducha que se puede manegar pero solo un grifo a nivel del suelo .

• Shagufta (8/5): - Such A Nice hotel and with very calm staff. We arrived late around 11 PM and were welcomed very nicely by the receptionist Muhammed. He also gave All kinds of tips on where go and didn't leave one question unheard. I didn't get the name of the guy taking care of the breakfast in the morning but he was really welcoming too! We got the room on the top floor which was Nice cause it was quiet. Last but not least the driver on the way back to the airport was in a bad mood for some reason.. i think the receptionist that day sensed it and she came out and asked if everything was okay before we took off. That was really Nice of her! Welcomed and farewelled very comfortably! It was a bit cold when eating breakfast in the morning and in the foyer if sat in the evening. But we also went in wintertime.

• MARIIA (9/5): - Отличный номер, современный, все работает без нареканий в том числе в ванной (что редко в Турции)! Тихий. Хороший завтрак. Огромная очень удобная кровать. Большая площадь. Отличное местоположение (близко все центральные крупные улицы, рядом магазины и ТЦ и в 2х кварталах трамвай до аэропорта). Приветливый персонал. Не так близко к старому городу, как, возможно ожидается. Много мусульманских туристов, возможно, кого-то будет смущать.

• Judith (5/5): Pictures do not always match reality. - Breakfast was good. The room was only cleaned on the surface. I found a used e-cigarette covered in dust under the bed. Although I handed it over to the staff and asked for proper cleaning, no one took care of it during my stay. In addition, the facilities were old, and most of the gym equipment was broken or damaged.

They were always helpful, always in a great mood, and answered any questions super quickly. Muhammed even recognized me from a previous stay, which was really nice. Мы сказали об этом при заселении, я ожидала может быть нам предложат собрать с собой еду, или заменить на ужин, или вернуть деньги, в общем сделать хоть какой-то шаг навстречу, однако в ответ последовало - увы, тогда не получится))) зато с утра человек, которого я впервые видела при выселении, который со мной никак не контактировал написал на бумажке свое имя и попросил написать о нем хороший отзыв))) Жёсткая кровать и подушки, неисправный унитаз
• Oluwabunmi (4/5): It was quite disappointing, but the location is in the busy city - The location of the hotel was okay as it was in the busy city, easy access to local taxis or Uber taxis or private taxis To get to where you want to go. The front desk staff were okay, their English manageable. There was one particular male staff member that worked during the day at the reception that was very helpful and easy to communicate with. - The walls of the rooms are verryyyyy thin. You can hear everything in the next room from phone vibrating, conversations, to bathroom flushes and showering etc. - You can hear the trams passing early in the morning and it feels like it is behind the hotel, street car horns and Mosque prayer announcements, car sirens, the streets etc. - The bathroom: The towel holder and shower rack are rusted. You only have an overhead stuck in the roof shower (no other options) with some weird colour silicone of some sort wrapped round it. The water filter of the shower head didn't seem right. The toilet was placed just by the water basin cabinet, so you literally have no room to comfortably use it + the toilet cover won't stay up - you have to find something to wedge it open. - The room: I asked for the room to be cleaned, rather than change the foot towel in the bathroom, it was simply turned over and not changed..But the beds were made, and extra towels added. - The beds: I had to change rooms as the 1st one, I could not sleep on the bed, you sit on it and you sink right into it. The second room had a hard bed - which you'll need some support to sleep on as it hurts your ribs. - The restaurant: Breakfast was verryyyy disappointing. You'll expect catering for local and English visitors alike, but no - all.locals. 1st no labelling on any thing displayed, 2nd - majority of food were exposed (aside the soup and some weird aubergine meal and something with peppers that were covered). I could only eat boiled eggs (still with shell on), bread bun in individual packs (lucky to get a fresh one) and mayonnaise. There is an exit door back of the restaurant that the staff open to go and smoke - rather than close the door, the whole smoke comes right into the restaurant - that was very uncultured and no considerations for those who can't stand smokes or who might be asthmatic.

• Matanova (10/5): - Расположение шикарное! Я легко добиралась пешком до старого города, марины, парка, находящегося у спуска к воде вдоль по улице. До ближайшего большого пляжа с видом примерно 30 минут пешком, но ходят также и автобусы, кто не любит ходить. В шаговой доступности любые магазинчики, кафе и в целом вся инфраструктура. Сам отель довольно милый, но подуставший. На твердые 3 звезды тянет, но не 4, если вы ее ожидаете. Завтраки в целом хорошие, сытные. Много видов сыра, овощей. Мне не хватило, наверное, какой-нибудь местной выпечки и сладостей, учитывая, что в Турции ее много. Здесь же были покупные вафли и рахат-лукум. Отдельное спасибо Мухамеду за ценные советы по живописным местам, которые стоит посетить и вообще за готовность ответить на любой возникающий вопрос. Уборка примерно как в Азии, очень поверхностная, даже зеркала остались в брызгах. Но я обычно ничего не жду от уборки.
