• Dražen (4/5): Disappointing - ants all over the place - Very good location, comfy beds, large room. The place is full of ants. They crawl all over the place, incl. the bed, kitchen and the toillets. The owners are fully aware of this and don´t care about it. One of the windows has no light shade, so people who are throwing trash in the backyard are peeking directly into the bedroom. For some reason, the broken windowsill is left laying under the window - the owners just dont care about that either. Prompted booking about the problems - they say the owner doesnt cooperate and would do anything about it (they dont care). One more thing - the indoor ventilation system is SUPER NOISY and turns on in the middle of the night(!?). Needles to say, you cant do anything about it, just wait until it turns of. The building is under renovation, which I dont mind, every building needs to do this now and then. But total ignorance from the owner about the issues is unacceptable. Never have I had this sum of bad experiences in a stay and this is my first review of this kind. Place to avoid.
• Audric (5/5): Appartement bien situé mais pas aux standards pour le prix. - Il est situé dans un quartier agréable. L’agence est disponible pour régler les soucis. Il est relativement propre. L’appartement se situe entre le rez-de-chaussée et le -1, il y fait donc très sombre. La terrasse n’a que très peu d’intérêt. Il est à côté de l’ascenseur, les bruits du couloir résonne, et il y a énormément de passage, nous avons été réveillé tous les jours vers 6h du matin. Il y avait beaucoup de fourmis malgré un dispositif anti-fourmi. La bouilloire et la machine à café étaient infestée et inutilisable. Le chauffage et la ventilation ne sont pas réglable et ont posé de gros soucis pendant 2 jours. Le canapé mériterait un bon lavage, car il comporte des taches suspectes.
• Karin (9/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden - Das Haus wird gerade renoviert, aber während unseres Aufenthaltes war kein Baulärm. Die Wohnung ist im Tiefparterre, daher Aussicht nur in Hinterhöfe. Die Einrichtung ist modern, die Betten sind komfortabel, es gibt genügend Heißwasser zum Duschen, Handtücher sind auch großzügig vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher gibt es auch und die Lage ist natürlich super! 10 Minuten zum Westbahnhof und Mariahilferstrasse! U-Bahn-Verbindungen perfekt! Gute Lokale in der Nähe! Besseres Licht in der Küche (hellere Glühbirne). Handtuchhalter im WC.

• Violeta (9/5): Apartman je za preporuku - Prostran udoban apartman sa svim potrebnim sadrzajem unutra. Lokacija takodje odlicna, za preporuku je svakako Bilo je problema sa linkom za check in pre dolaska i malo se oseca vlaga u prostoru

• Tatiana (3/5): Удобное расположение, но серьезные проблемы с утренним шумом - Удобное расположение почти в центре Вены и рядом с метро Ужастный шум от мусорщиков в 5-6 утра! Тонкие стены квартиры не давали спокойно спать в утренние часы. Хозяин сообщил, что он не может на это повлиять. Увы, полноценного отдыха не получилось.
• Tanja (8/5): Perfekte Lage wenn man die Stadt erkunden will - Die Unterkunft hatte die perfekte Lage. U-Bahn und Bus waren fussläufig zu erreichen ach einige Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es wäre schön gewesen, von den Bauarbeiten im Haus gewusst zu haben. Es wurde einen Vormittag der Strom für 4 Std. abgestellt, was auf einer Städtetour recht ungünstig ist, da es in der Wohnung im Souterrain recht dunkel war. Außerdem wäre es hilfreich gewesen die Nummer der Wohnung zu kennen um bei der Anreise direkt den richtigen Schlüsselkasten zu finden..

• marlen 1509 (4/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Schade, wirklich keine gute Unterkunft. Die Armaturen im Bad sind lose und wackeln, wo es nur geht. In der Toilette ist Schimmel an den Fliesen. Der Geruch, wenn man in die Wohnung kommt ist modrig, schimmelig. Überall sind Ecken übermalt. Fraglich warum... Die Wohnung befindet sich im Keller. Das Haus wird gerad komplett bebaut. Man lebt quasi auf einer Baustelle. Es ist super hellhörig. Man wird quasi um 6 Uhr geweckt.

• Magdalena (1/5): - Nähe zum Westbahnhof Die Wohnung hat extrem nach Keller und modrig gerochen, als wir die Fenster zum Lüften öffnen wollten war vor den Fenstern der Müllhof und direkt vor den Fenstern standen die Mülltonnen. Im hinteren Zimmer war der Geruch noch extremer und und meine Tochter hat dort atembeschwerden bekommen. Die Wohnung Top 2 war eine Kellerwohnung was definitiv nicht in der Beschreibung gestanden ist. Die Terrasse ist war in einem Lichtschacht. Auf unsere Email hat der Vermieter nicht reagiert. Wir haben am nächsten tag die Wohnung verlassen und für die restlichen 3 Urlaubstage ein Hotelzimmer gebucht.
• László Tamás (4/5): - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. A szállásadó időben kommunikál. Fürdőszoba jól felújított. Meleg kellemes takarók voltak. Tiszta friss törölközőket adtak. Földszinti lakás. Csempe burkolat van a földön, ami nagyon hideg, nincs rajta szőnyeg. A társasház kapuja mellett van a lakás ezért nagyon behallatszik a lakók közlekedése. Az ágy matraca ki an feküdve, középen taknős. A legnagyobb probélma, hogy doh és penész szagú az egész lakás, aminek a szagát az összes ruhánk és cuccunk átvette.

• Or (1/5): DANGEROUSLY DIRTY BASEMENT TRAP. MOLD, TRASH, AND COCKROACHES! DO NOT BOOK! - NOTHING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. This apartment is completely unfit for human habitation and should be removed from the site immediately. This is a damp, basement unit that was completely misrepresented. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a heavy, toxic smell of mold and aggressive mildew. It made the air feel genuinely unhealthy and impossible to breathe. This is not a holiday apartment; it's a mold pit. When we tried to open a window to clear the awful air, we found it opened directly into the building's garbage chute. It's impossible to get fresh air, and instead, you get hit with trash smells. The tiny outdoor "patio" was no better—it was completely filthy, covered in old cigarette butts, and reeked of stale smoke. It was unusable. And if that wasn't enough, when we had to move the bed slightly to plug in a charger, cockroaches and spiders immediately scattered out from behind the headboard. This is clear evidence of a major hygiene and pest control failure. Nobody should have to sleep in a room crawling with roaches. This place is dirty, smelly, unhealthy, and crawling with pests. We paid for a clean place to sleep and got a hazardous dump. Save your money, save your health, and book anywhere else. This unit deserves a zero. And if you think you can talk with the owner who will help you, think again. They are unreachable.

• Olha (9/5): Perfect location, clean and cosy apartment - Great location, very close to subway. Cosy apartment and very clean! I’d appreciate if some basic stuff in the kitchen was provided for free, such as salt, sugar, oil or even paper towels. All the rest was great.

When we open the windows we saw walls and very small backyard. We try to contact with owner but during the call , connection was cancelled. But location is very good. It is clean , but there is not park place. Is difficult to park there.

We were missing sheets but the owner answered immediately and was at the apartement in 15 minutes even in the evening. The description is exactly as said and I think most of the previous reviews are also correct. There was huge humidity in the apartement but probably it is not that bad in the summertime. I think you could change the cleaner as the floors are very greasy (not dusty).

It was warm and it had warm water all the time. The location i great 3 min to the U3 metro that takes you everywhere. The main street has everything from markets to bakeries to restaurants. It was quite and easy to enter. Very recommended for anyone. Everything was excellent.

I think the location is just perfect for the price - it's quiet and just 15-20 minutes to all the attractions and the airport is 45 minutes away (with train). The apartment is well suited for longer holidays, with clean bed linen and towels, basic utensils. The apartment is in an old house, but has been renovated. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably lit. Convenient shower, clean and newly fitted bathroom facilities, sufficient towels and toilet paper, shower gel was also provided. The apartment had a coffee machine, coffee capsules left over, and clean kitchen utensils for washing dishes. Clean furniture surfaces in the apartment. The fridge was also clean. It was quite cold in the apartment. Although the heating was working fine, the boiler was constantly running and the radiators were hot, it was not enough to keep the temperature comfortable. The floor was very cold and there was a chill from the large windows. Of course we were in winter. We didn't freeze, but it might be too cold for those who are used to living warm. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, the smell of an apartment that had not been heated for a long time or that had not been inhabited, like mould. The floors were not clean enough, we found hair on the shower wall, and the kitchen wall near the stove was covered in grease. Although the apartment had a TV with Netflix, Netflix was not working - it was disconnected because it was being used by too many users. I had to switch to my profile and watch from it. There was no dishwasher - please note.

• Abdullah (10/5): Amazing location - The location is amazing, only 8 minutes walking to Mariahilfer street. It is a quiet area as well. The host also allowed us to an early check in which was a game changer since our flight landed at 10 AM Nothing very serious it was just missing a kettle 😄
• Hui (8/5): Great location. - The self check-in and location to westbanhof/ Vienna Hbf is brilliant! Heading to main visiting location has a direct U Metro to anyway. Apartment came its lift so even you are staying upstairs, it has no problem with luggages. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machines is plus point. Comfortable Matteress and neighbourhood. Unit is with good lighting and ventilation. We had comfortable stay. Most of the facilities are exactly what the website shown but it’s incomplete. For example, they’s iron provide, but there isn’t iron board. There’s washing machine provided but there isn’t fabric detergent capsule and no clothing drying rack. It’s only a clothing hanging rack in the bath room. There is dishwasher capsule provided but there isn’t any dishwasher. There isn’t kitchen smoke extractor the insulator where we cook. So there’s some kind of incomplete.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Das Apartment war sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, der Kühlschrank war vereist, überall in den Ecken an den Fenstern Schimmel, der Abfluss am Waschtisch im Bad verstopft, Boden war nicht gewischt, die Wohnung roch modrig, liegt im EG des Hinterhauses, kein Ausblick möglich, Kommunikation wegen nicht funktionierendem TV Gerät kam nicht zustande. An sich ist die Wohnung ok, wenn man in Gästebetreuung Liebe legen würde. Dieser Vermieter ist nicht an Gastfreundschaft, sondern dem Geld des Kunden interessiert.
