A többi katasztrófa. :( 202-es szobában laktunk 3 napig. - Rozsdás volt a zuhanyfej, a zuhanycső pedig el van törve. - az ágy borzalmasan kényelmetlen, annyira kopott, matraccsere ráférne. Nem tudtam rendesen aludni rajta - 2 személyes nagy lepedőtakarót kaptunk, külön normális takarót kéne biztosítaniuk.

Грязные тапочки в шкафу ,диффузер не работал,мыло стекало на пол ,кровати ужасно узкие ,постоянный шум из окна ,полотенца как тряпка. Когда попросили на рецепшн помочь поднять чемодан ,нам не в приветливой форме ответили,что такой услуги нет ( но ,чемодан, всё таки,подняли ) комната без окна, только в туалете маленькое.

- Alemorino (5/5): Colazione eccellente, ma camera sporca e trascurata - La colazione è stata l'aspetto migliore del soggiorno: ricca, varia e di ottima qualità. Il personale si è dimostrato molto cordiale e accogliente. La posizione è strategica, situata in una zona valida e molto comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Purtroppo la pulizia della camera è stata deludente, abbiamo trovato capelli nella doccia e macchie sulle lenzuola al nostro arrivo. Anche la manutenzione lascia a desiderare, con arredi datati e una doccia visibilmente rovinata. L'igiene e lo stato della stanza dovrebbero essere prioritari.

- Ana Belén (5/5): No volveré - La ubicación para moverte por la ciudad. La habitación no estaba pulcra. El baño era decadente, estaba lleno de hongos y el agua se salía por todas las partes del baño. Además, cortaron el agua y no había ni para tirar de la cadena del WC ni para lavarnos la cara o manos. No pudimos tomar el desayuno porque cogíamos un vuelo muy temprano y nos prepararon un croissant y agua para llevar. Elegí esta estancia como categoría Hotel y creo que de lo viejo que está debería ser categoría Hostal.

Ottima posizione e staff disponibile La camera Deluxe ha necessità di una sistemata soprattutto per quanto riguarda il bagno e le prese elettriche che non funzionano. La camera viene pulita solo dopo 3 giorni, o ogni giorno a pagamento....È solo possibile fare il cambio asciugamani. Questo aspetto dovrebbe essere evidenziato.

- Loïse (2/5): - Notre séjour a été particulièrement compliqué et décevant. Dès notre arrivée dans la chambre, nous avons constaté la présence importante de moisissures, ce qui a rendu les conditions d’hébergement inconfortables et préoccupantes. Nous avons signalé ce problème à la réception dans l’espoir de pouvoir changer de chambre. Notre demande a été refusée, au motif qu’il n’y avait plus de disponibilité. Il nous a également été expliqué que la situation était due à la pluie ayant endommagé la chambre, sans qu’aucune solution concrète ne nous soit proposée. Face à cette absence de prise en charge, nous avons décidé de faire une réclamation auprès de Booking. Le lendemain matin, un autre employé nous a interpellés de manière brusque pour nous demander quel était le problème. Après lui avoir montré les moisissures, il a répété la même explication liée à la pluie, sans davantage de considération pour notre situation. Compte tenu de ces éléments, nous avons pris la décision de quitter l’établissement un jour plus tôt. Nous n’avons finalement passé qu’une seule nuit sur place. Il est à noter que, au moment de notre départ, une autre chambre nous a soudainement été proposée, ce qui rend d’autant plus incompréhensible le refus initial. Cette expérience a été très décevante, tant sur le plan des conditions d’hébergement que de la gestion de notre réclamation.

- Petter (9/5): - Location and ease of access were top notch. Perfect for a relaxed hang around Blloku area. Easy to slip out for a good restaurant meal or an evening beer around the corner. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning was also a nice way to start the day, surveying the bustle of the street below while surrounded by greenery. Breakfast wasn't very punctual. Which seems like a spoiled thing to say, but as someone who had to be away at 8:40 I became a little pressed for time and couldn't quite enjoy the coffee as I would have liked.

Snídaně je velmi pozdě; píšou od 8. hodiny, realita od půl deváté. Jedu-li za poznáním, v tento čas chci být už dávno pryč! Teď jsem v Durres, ubytování stejné kategorie, a o 7. hodině jsem už snídal ...

But for me, the most important thing was that as a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe and comfortable. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. My room was clean and cozy. I recommend it.

- Leonardo (8/5): Consiglio a chiunque questa struttura ed un viaggio a Tirana (è già la seconda volta che mi ci reco) - Ho soggiornato in una doppia con bagno. Ambiente da ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: pulite le camere e nella mia il bagno era ampio. Colazione ottima. Lo staff (gentilissimo) mi ha chiesto se avessi voluto qualcosa di extra (compreso nel prezzo) come uova o toast. Mi è bastato il caffè, il succo di arancia, il cornetto e pane burro e marmellata (volendo si possono anche riordinare, senza costi aggiuntivi). E' disponibile anche una terrazza per fare colazione. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima: in pieno centro del ridente quartiere Blloku. L'hotel è circondato da fast food, cocktail bar, ristoranti, negozi di vario tipo. La zona è molto piacevole! Niente di rilevante da criticare.

- Klaus (5/5): Also eher ein Hostel als ein Hotel würde ich sagen. Allerdings sehr günstig. - das Frühstück war recht einfach aber hat gereicht. Eine tasse kaffe war dabei. Für weitere muss man extra bezahlen. Das Bett ist gut, auch die Matratze weich genug. Decken auch vorhanden. das zimmer wurde in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt. Es gibt im Badezimmer keine Ablage oder Stange für ein handtuch. Die Steckdosen sind ausgeleiert und man hat oft einen Wackelkontakt z.b. beim Handy laden. Das fand ich nicht gut. Fernsehen nur einige deutsche Sender, aber das ist mir nicht wichtig.

La mia stanza era molto malconcia, non funzionava una luce, le prese di corrente erano scoperte senza scatola, nel complesso funzionale ma sicuramente la realtà non rispecchia le fotografie della struttura presenti su questo sito. Inoltre ho chiesto il refill di carta igienica ma non è stato fatto. Non era prevista la pulizia della camera. Non sono soddisfatta molto della struttura perché dalle foto sembrava più bella.

The breakfast was nice and they gave us a few bits to takeaway when we left early one morning for a day trip. Good location and friendly, helpful staff. The bed was too small / short for my (tall) boyfriend. The shower was a bit inconsistent, we didn't always get hot water. The room was a bit rough around the edges - clean enough, but bits of the bathroom needed replastering for example. There was a mini-fridge in the room but it had a fluorescent jagermeister logo on the front, so not one we could keep on overnight without it keeping us awake! Just some details could be improved, but the price is very low, so we did take this into account.

- Rokas. (8/5): Great centraly based apartment if you like people and not scared of noise. - Great location in the center and restaurants area. The nice greek place to eat on the first floor already. We liked interior- because we changed room- some are quite small but some are more spacy. The breakfast is included and its really tasty and full meal. Helpful stuff. Quite great value. Quite noisy bar based on second floor, noisy street, also walls are thick- sometimes it was difficult to get asleep or waking up early. I would say the furniture and all hotel needs renovation in near future.

Confortabele bedden en lekker ontbijt met veel afwisseling. Wel spijtig dat er maar 1 koffie voorzien is bij het ontbijt en dat er voor de tweede moet betaald worden.
- Adam (10/5): - The staff was very kind, it had a nice balcony with a nice view, the bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!! Thank you for the staff! The rooms were a little bit small, but comparing for this price, it was wonderful.

- Jamal (7/5): Can't complain. Everything you need is here - It is budget stay. You don't need to go posh in Tirana. Very friendly staff Good balcony for smoke or drink Short stroll anywhere in the city, close to all amenities. Not suitable for wheelchair access. It is bit compacted residence.

- Cano (7/5): Buena ubicación, hotel bastante viejo, camas muy cómodas. - La cama está muy buena y cómoda. Y la ubicación excelente La habitación que nos tocó siempre apestaba a cigarro, porque tenía una ventana rota y daba justo a la calle donde todos fuman. La cama no tenía cabecera y las almohadas muy chicas o poner por lo menos 2 para cada quien. El baño está deprimente, decadente, terrible, se sale toda el agua y muy viejo los mosaicos y las instalaciones eléctricas.
