Lo staff si è dimostrato fin da subito estremamente cordiale, disponibile e professionale, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza e attenzione ai dettagli. Un’accoglienza così fa davvero la differenza e rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, con ambienti ordinati e confortevoli. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: centrale, comodissima e perfetta per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse della città. Un ulteriore valore aggiunto è la possibilità inclusa nel soggiorno di usufruire della spa per un’ora al giorno ad uso privato per la coppia, un servizio davvero apprezzato che rende l’esperienza ancora più rilassante e riservata. In sintesi, un hotel altamente consigliato per chi cerca comfort, posizione strategica e un servizio attento e di qualità.
- Konstantinos (1/5): Overall disappointing experience- one of the worst so far. - Staff came into the room when we were inside, without knocking on the door , or notifying us. Totally unacceptable and creepy. They overcharge for everything, even for water bottles which given how much we spent should be complimentary. (When you receive 2.000€ and more the least you could do is try not to be greedy). The check in check out experience was not good. The staff were visibly forced to be polite (perhaps you should not be in this line of work if you cannot be genuinely affable , do something else , not your guest’s problem ). The room (suite) had a very unpleasant odor for the duration of our stay. It reeked of something moldy or rotten. The cleaning staff were elemental at best they didn’t even change the sheets in 4 days!!! Not even trying to do a good job. Overall disappointing experience- one of the worst so far. And we have stayed and booked hotels all over the world . Avoid at all costs.

- Mariia (5/5): Good 4* property, but doesn’t have 5* service & amenities - Location & design The hotel doesn’t correspond to the ranking of 5* hotel. It’s really good 4* boutique hotel, but definitely not 5*, therefore it didn’t live up the expectations and left disappointment about the stay. Specifically: 1. the bed mattresses are not of good quality, 2. there is NO Room service 3. Bad noise isolation in the room. As the hotel is located right on the road street with high circulation, the windows don’t cancel the noise, and during the night it was not silent and was difficult to fall asleep. 4. most of personnel don’t really speak English 5. Poor breakfast selection and service. Selection of food doesn’t correspond again to 5*. We took the rate with the breakfast included, however fresh orange juice, omlettes, egg benedict, pancakes were on the extra charge (starting from 20 EUR), what is usually is a basic dishes already included in 5* hotels. Therefore, overall it’s a good hotel, but if you used to stay in proper 5* star hotels, consider this one as a 4* and then, it will meet your expectations.

When I asked for water it was put on a bill. Yet Magna spars l’hotel in Milan where I had stayed prior to coming to Florence gave us litres and litres of water at our disposal. Mind you, it is also a 5 star hotel and in Milan for that matter. After I complained the receptionist‘cancelled it.’ 2. I was looking forward to a very warm dinner with my husband. My husband wanted soup but chef could not go an extra mile to make it because it is not part of the menu. Really? I can understand if it is KFc or McDonald’s or 3-4 star hotel standards giving such a response! 3. My dinner was terrible. I requested for well done beef but was given the opposite -almost raw meat. I regretted having chosen beef. In hindsight I should have chosen lasagne instead- was it language barrier with waiter or the chef did not understand the order of ‘well grilled beef’? 4. The passages could do with marble tiles instead of dirty carpets. 5. The base of the bed could look much better if given a deep clean up 6. Female clients could benefit more if sanitary disposal plastics ( an alternative considering climate change) were provided. 7. Waiters should regularly clear up the tables not to wait until one finishes eating and leaves the table. 8. Curtains cannot fully close need fixing because the broken gadget on curtain rail need replacing. 8.This is my sincere honest opinion and I hope management of DP& Spa will take this into consideration.

- camille (10/5): Très bon hôtel - Très bel hôtel plein de charme. La chambre était magnifique, très spacieuse et confortable, avec une salle de bain particulièrement pratique. La décoration tout en blanc crée une atmosphère élégante et apaisante. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le jardin et le parking pour les voitures, ce qui est un vrai plus à Florence. Malgré la proximité de la route, la chambre est très bien insonorisée et nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Le petit déjeuné est varié, gourmand et contentera aussi bien les féru d'oeuf brouillés ou pâtisseries maison ! Le personnel était également super : accueillant, attentionné et très professionnel. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Pas de gel douche à disposition disponible à l'achat, il faut juste y penser !

Forse solo per la struttura per il resto nemmeno 1!!! - Struttura accogliente e confortevole, tuttavia anche la più bella dimora con uno staff inesperto e maleducato diventa la peggiore. Lo staff (in particolare il receptionist pomeridiano)è stato particolarmente scortese e inopportuno nel rivolgersi a dei clienti ai quali non è stato dato nemmeno del “lei”. Servizio spa discreto, nonostante siano stati richiesti più volte gli accappatoi per recarci in spa non ci è stato recapitato nulla in camera e siamo andate vestite perché la reception non rispondeva. Camera discretamente pulita, asciugamani su davanzali sporchi di capelli altrui. E per di più bagno con luce principale fulminata, alla quale non è stata proposta alcuna soluzione ne aggiustamento perché il receptionist continuava a sostenere di essere solo nella struttura e non potersi allontanare. Questo hotel è a 5 stelle??????? Ma dove????? Riguardatevi!

По приезде нас встретило красивое здание и уютная атмосфера внутри. До основных достопримечательностей - примерно 19 минут спокойным шагом. Номера оказались отличными (могу судить, так как мы снимали три), завтраки вкусные, а обслуживание очень понравилось. Обязательно сохраню это место в закладках для будущих поездок во Флоренцию. В один из дней в ванной появился запах, но так как было окно, это решило проблему.

As well as all the other staff including the reception, breakfast/kitchen and the cleaning staff. They made our stay perfect. The place is very well maintained and is so cozy we felt at home. The quality of rooms is very high and the cleaning is impeccable. Highly recommend. For sure if we visit Florence again we are staying.

Camera: suite ampia, ben arredata e con vasca idromassaggio in camera. Spa: ad uso esclusivo, fantastica, considerata il punto di forza del soggiorno. Ristorante: comodo e di buon livello, ideale per chi preferisce non uscire dall’hotel. Praticamente nulla da segnalare di negativo. La posizione non è centralissima, ma si trova comunque a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, quindi facilmente raggiungibile.
