Al llegar te dan un ticket para consumir un trago gratis y cada noche hacen actividades para conocer gente y compartir. Las instalaciones bonitas y limpias. Se agradece que el baño se encontraba dentro de la pieza. Quizás podrían poner una cortina o algo en los camarotes para tener más privacidad. Pero fuera de eso todo bien.

- YunJae (9/5): 모든 것이 좋았지만 매너없는 룸메에트 때문에 불편했음 - 1. 피렌체역에서 가까움 2. 방이나 층마다 출입시에 스마트앱으로 보안출입하게 되어있어서 안전하다는 느낌 받음 3. 4침대에 묵었는데 방크기가 상당히 넓고, 욕실도 큼 4. 침대밑에 자물쇠로 채울수 있는 락카 있음 1. 스마트앱으로 출입하는 만큼 아무나 못들어오겠지하는 느낌이 있지만 반대로 식당으로 갈때도 잠깐 나갈때도 항상 스마트폰을 가져가야 하는 단점 2. 4개 배드가 2개층으로 나란히 있는데 누웠을때 상대방의 얼굴을 바로 볼수 있는 형태여서 불편함. 전체 커튼으로 되면 좋겠지만 서로 마주보는 면만이라도 칸막이로 막혀있었으면 좋겠음 3. 키친 크기가 좀 작음 4. 투숙객들에게 기본적인 매너좀 알려줬으면 좋겠음. 룸메이트가 아랍인어었는데 (자기는 캐나다 국적이랬지만) 하루종일 밖에도 안나가고 룸에 있는데, 이건 자기 자유니까 뭐라할수 없는데 계속 통화함. 남 배려하는 것이 아닌 그냥 큰소리로 통화. 통화를 하루종일 함.. 밖에 돌아다니다가 피곤해서 잠깐 들어와서 쉬었다가 나갈려고 했으나 들어오면 안에서 아랍어로 통화하고 있어서 참으로 피곤했음 혹시나 테러리스트일까봐 그사람 통화할때 스마트폰으로 동시통역해서 대화내용을 들을정도였음. 알라신 어쩌고 저쩌고, 그러는데 통역이 완전하진 않았음

The concept of dormitory and individual rooms is nice so you can relax but still enjoy meeting new people in the common areas. The rooms are not very sound proof, depending on which floor you are, but overall it is a good hotel/hostel.

- Titi O (6/5): Juste pour une nuit - Bon emplacement proche du centre-ville et de la gare de train Petit déjeuner très très très moyen (inutile de le payer ici, mieux vaut le prendre ailleurs), chambre petite, WC qui coule tout le temps, très bruyant (mais bouchon d'oreilles fournis par l'hostel), lit trop petit et pas confortable , l'hostel fait aussi bar mais je déconseille d'y manger car la nourriture est très très très moyenne et chère

Os dois foram extremamente prestativos, acolhedores e fizeram eu me sentir confortável desde o primeiro momento. Estando viajando sozinha, esse tipo de recepção faz toda diferença, e eles conseguiram transformar a experiência em algo ainda mais especial e leve. Sempre dispostos a ajudar, dar orientações e atender tudo com muita gentileza e boa energia. Sem dúvida, um dos melhores atendimentos que já tive em hospedagens. Encima siempre hay cantidad de comida disponible, cosa que ayuda mucho a la hora de costear el viaje. Los chicos de la recepción son muy amables, todo perfecto. El hostel tiene muchísima onda! Tuve un compañero de habitación que roncaba. La cama era un poco alta. Pero bueno, nada que no se pueda solucionar co tapones para los oidos y paciencia :)

La atencion de las personas en recepción son muy amables y colaboradoras El personal que brinda soporte en el desayuno, no tenia la mejor actitud y en una ocasión que llegamos faltando 10 minutos para las 10 am, se molesto de una manera inexplicable

I was waiting for check in from 9:30 at the morning and when it became 3:00 pm i found that the receptionist put someone on my room and he made me wait 30 minutes till the guy go outside the bathroom and the receptionist was too rude.

- Younghee (6/5): - 위치가 역과 가까워서 이동하기 편리했어요. 부엌이 잘 되어 있고 전자레인지를 비롯해 조리 기구들이 잘 구비되어 있어서 음식 해먹기에 좋았습니다. 저는 부엌에 딸린 테라스를 좋아했어요. 호스텔에서 다양한 프로그램들을 운영하고 있어서 이런 숙소를 구하시는 분들에게 추천드립니다. 1박을 추가하는 과정에서 도시세를 분명 지불하였는데 체크아웃할 때 도시세를 내지 않았다고 하여 두 번 지불하게 되었습니다. 아침에 도시세를 냈고, 저녁에 데스크에서 문제없다고 확인했는데, 아침에 체크인 하는 과정에서 돈을 내야 체크아웃 할 수 있다는 이야기를 들어 다음 일정에 문제가 생길 뻔 했습니다. 이 부분은 불쾌한 부분이었고, 도시세를 낼 경우 꼭 영수증을 받아두도록 하세요. 더블룸에 묵었는데 침대가 작은 편입니다.

Farklı bir makine verdiler prizlere uymadı. 2 kişilik oda tutmuştuk ancak hostel gibiydi odalarda çay, kahve su gibi hiçbir ikram yoktu. Havluları kokuyordu çok kötü bir deneyimdi. Giriş katta bar var ve akşamları otele geldiğinizde 12ye kadar müzik sesi oluyor uyuyamıyorsunuz. Mutfaktaki kettle o kadar kötüydü ki içinde su ısıtıp çay bile içemedik midemiz bulandı

- Michelle (8/5): - Die Außenterrasse an der Küche ist super um morgens in der Sonne zu frühstücken. Die Zimmer (4er) sind riesig. Nur die unteren Betten hatten Steckdosen und Lampen am Bett. Ich wusste nicht (oberes Bett) wo ich mein Handy laden sollte. Teilweise fehlten Vorhänge. Das ganze Bett hat gewackelt, wenn jemand durch das Zimmer lief. Es war, vor allem über Ostern, sehr teuer.
- leonardo (9/5): Localizao e custo benéfico ótimo - Dei sorte na entrada, a recepcionista super atenciosa ( uma que tem pircing entre as narinas), esqueci o nome dela. Parabéns pelo trabalho. Fiquei praticamente sozinho em um quarto super confortável. Café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor.

The stuff were so helpful every time I asked something. Share places were always clean! There was a certain smell in the bathroom, but it might be the pipes

- Juan Pablo (7/5): Excelente, pero el final fatal - La comida y los servicios disponibles En el pre-checkin fueron super amables, me atendieron muy bien y me dejaron guardar las maletas. Luego del checkout fue otra historia: no me dejaron guardar maleta y bloquearon la llave de acceso al hostel (aun teniendo 3 horas por que hice el checkout a las 8 a.m pensando que el trato sería igual a cuando llegué)
- Elke (5/5): - Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und zu der Innenstadt/Sehenswürdigkeiten ist super. Das Frühstück war passabel. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Bad ohne Fenster. Das Zimmer roch sehr stark nach Chlor. Mit geschlossenem Fenster hat man es vor Gestank nicht ausgehalten. Die Lautstärke in dem zur Straße gerichtetem Zimmer war aufgrund der belebten Straße/Kneipen, Cafes enorm.

- Tiia (7/5): Hinta liian korkea laatuun nähden - Majoitushuone oli siisti, lakanat ja patja siistit. Huoneessa oli kaappi henkareille. Huoneessa oli jokaiselle sängylle oma laatikko, jonka sai lukita omalla lukolla. Huoneesta oli kiva näkymä kadulle. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee lähellä rautatieasemaa, mutta itse majoituspaikan katu vaikutti rauhalliselta ja tuntui turvalliselta kulkea illallakin. Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä, vähän suolaista ja muutama makea vaihtoehto. Äänieristys on huono, sillä käytävältä ja kadulta kuuluu huoneeseen selkeästi. Huoneemme kylpyhuone haisi pahalta saapumisesta lähtien. Juuri ennen uloskirjautumistani muutama samassa huoneessa majoittunut kertoi saaneensa uuden huoneen, koska olivat valittaneet kylpyhuoneen hajusta. Henkilökunta oli ollut tietoinen asiasta ja siitä huolimatta majoittanut sen täyteen kapasiteettiinsa.

- BERNARDITA DE JESUS (10/5): Excelente - El hostal es espectacular. Es cómodo, limpio y además ofrecen actividades para los huéspedes. Durante mi estadía Tommy, Ale y Andriy fueron muy amables conmigo y me atendieron con mucha hospitalidad. Sin duda recomendaría a todo el mundo este hostal!

- Andres (8/5): Inconveniente informático - Parece que es un hotel remodelado recientemente, muy bueno, el baño excelente. El desayuno muy completo. A la noche tenés un lugar para hacerte la comida, y te ofrecen fideos para prepararte para hacer un poco de economía está bueno. Volvería sin tengo otra oprtunidad Tuve, un inconveniente, de seguridad informática. Phishing, no sé si del hotel o Booking. igual página, pidiéndome datos de la tarjeta. En algún lado fallo, porque tenían todos mis datos personales

- Grace (10/5): Such a good place to stay in Florence would 100% recommend for solo travellers wanting a place that feels safe and comfo - Great location, super friendly staff, loved the atmosphere and the vibe of the place. I felt very safe here. Rooms were cleaned daily so was a nice and tidy space.

- Elan Ciara (8/5): Great locations, clean and comfortable - Great location! Clean and comfortable rooms with curtains for privacy on bunk beds. Asked for an extra pillow as mine wasn’t great and they happily provided one for me. Quite expensive to stay in a shared room in a hostel however aware Florence has become very touristy!
