However, I am not able to forgive the hotel for what appeared as an attempt to break the record for the loudest music ever played. We were with a small child on a random Wednesday in April, not able to sleep until midnight from the loud music, sounds and base shaking the room. It did not even appear there was an event. Our complaints to the front desk were not being considered seriously. I was minutes away from leaving the hotel at midnight when the music finally stopped. Loud music and lack of responsiveness to complaints about it

Paul (5/5): 3 Star Hotel at best (Domt be fooled by the photos) - Nothing like the photos!! Outside pool was closed, didn’t tell us that when booking!! The reception staff, I found quite hard work, any questions asked was like an inconvenience to them. The bar staff much better!! This is NOT a 5 ⭐️ hotel. More like a 3⭐️ at very best. Looks excellent from the photos, but not that great in real life, needs a lot of repairs and general tidy up. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Luckily we had a hire car and drove 1 hour to Golem Beach most days and used another 5 ⭐️ hotel, which had an outside pool and it was OPEN 👍👍 3 of the days the other hotel didn’t even charge us to use their facilities. The people of Albania are so friendly and helpful. We loved our visit to Albania (Durres) just not the hotel. Location and facilities!! The inside pool is very small, if used by most people staying at the hotel, you wouldn’t get in!! Need to pay more attention to detail and assist guests to make a positive impact. Whenever we paid for food or drinks, we had to wait 10 minutes for the. To find the one and only card machine 🤦‍♂️ Nothing was 5 star at this hotel. Very disappointing

MARIA (9/5): Una bona acollida en un país que comença a enlairar-se. Bona experiència, molt enriquidora. - Tal com esperava, l'estàndar de 5* a Albània és inferior a l'espanyol. Tot i això, l'habitació esplèndida i àmplíssima, l'entorn molt adequat per l'estiu, solitari per l'hivern. El personal impecable i amabilíssim. Sembla una zona residencial amb vocació de resort. La neteja excel·lent i bona tecnologia a l'abast del client. El preu, insuperable. Caldria algun espai tipus cafeteria fora de l'àrea de recepció. No sabíem que les festes de Cap d'Any a Albània duren 2 dies, i pel sopar del 1r. de gener tot estava reservat pels clients albanesos que feien la seva festa, amb música a un volum molt alt. Vam haver de sopar al hall de recepció, amb força incomoditat, tot i que els empleats van posar tota la voluntat per resoldre el problema. Una altra cosa que haurien de resoldre és la falta de pressió a l'aigua de la dutxa, i alguns detalls com ara una capsa amb mocadors de paper o més tovalloles a la cambra de bany (faltava una estoreta per sortir de la dutxa i una tovallola petita d'ús pel bidet). L'àrea de Spa no funcionava bé

HR Salzburg (8/5): Mövenpick - Das Mövenpick Hotel macht einen modernen Eindruck und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind top. Die Betten sind neu. Das Restaurant ist sauber und das Servicepersonal ist freundlich. Der neue General Manager und Fiona Laci bemühen sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste. Es gibt ein kleines Hallenbad. Das ist toll für die Kinder. Der Weg zum Strand ist durch eine andere Anlage. Das Mövenpick Hotel verfügt über keinen eigenen Pool, sondern ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Der Pool war Ende Oktober bereits geschlossen. Auch die Strandrestaurants haben zu dieser Zeit keinen Betrieb mehr. Aufgrund der wenigen Hotelgäste gab es nur ein sehr kleines Frühstücksbuffet.

Christine (8/5): - Breakfast was good, the location of the hotel is good if you want to stay at the beach. The beach is within walking distance (~650m). Elements Beach Bar is nice. Hotel staff is very kind and competent. The water pressure as well as water temperature (bathroom) was unpredictable and there would oftentimes (we stayed 3 nights) be not cold water - you'd had to wait 20-30 minutes for it to turn on again.

The beach was also really nice and the beachbeds were free the restaurant from the hotel, the food is not really good but also the staff was really slow and even tho there were no customers at the restaurant we still waited like 40min for drinks and they forgot about our dessert but put it on the bill and they walked passed us many times and didn’t even bother to serve us

Pablo (2/5): Service is really bad - The room was clean To be honest, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel of this supposed quality. First, we were given a room that was not what we had booked, and of course, they couldn’t change it because the hotel was fully booked. The service has been the least responsive and effective I’ve ever seen. They pretend to offer some sort of solution to improve your stay, but in the end, these promises turn out to be nothing but empty words.

Beáta (6/5): clearly not a 5* hotel, a nice new building with nice room but poor operation - building, room, parking is solved welcoming: was not nice gym old rusty machines the hotel actually has no outdoor pool, we were sent to a pool belonging to another hotel next to Movenpick, sunbeds were ‘reserved’ without any signs, we wanted to sit down but we were sent to other beds which did not work capsule coffe machines in the room but only decaffeinated capsules provided as the normal type were missing
Filiz (8/5): - Das Hotel war sehr sauber und schön. Bis zum Strand müsste man schon ein stück gehen..mit Kleinkindern war es schon schwierig. Pool war sehr schön und sauber ! Das Meer hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war OK ! Essen trinken am Meer war schon etwas teuer Pizza Margherita ca 8 Euro und auch nicht gut. Am besten selber googeln und nach gute Restaurants suchen. So haben wir es gemacht. Mann bekommt jeden Tag frische Handtücher für den Strand. Der weg zum Strand und Pool war schon sehr weit ...mit Kleinkindern nicht so ideal . Das Personal war OK !

Fatim-Zahra (8/5): - L'emplacement et le xalmdans un parc de pins. La propreté de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Le restaurant de l'hôtel. Le personnel n'est pas très chaleureux. Pas de room service ou alors il faut payer un supplément, les jus de fruits sont industriels. Donc on est plus sur un 4 étoiles.

Vontobel (10/5): Amazing.Relaxing. Exceeded my expectations - Very clean and polite staff. Though the staff at the restaurant and pool bar are not very attentive and need more training, the food was great and they are very polite. But when compared with Luxury Hotels, they lack experience in attending to guests needs. Most of them are young and very shy. But this is minor and it did not affect my great experience there.

MA (6/5): Gute Lage und sehr teuer - Die Lage ist super. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen aber nochimmer schön. Die Kellner sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. SPA Bereich sehr angenehm,Behandlungen sehr gut. Die liegen sind leider sehr schmutzig. Im Hotel riecht es hin und wieder nach Kanalisation und die Klimaanlage ist laut. Die RezeptionIstinnen leider sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht kooperativ. Herr L.. von der Rezeption sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück ausreichend - leider alles kalt. Chaving Dishs alle ausgeschaltet!!! Kaffee von pulver Maschinen. Frische Säfte - keine. 5 Sterne??? Nein!!! A la Carte ubd Getränke an der Bar- sehr teuer.

van der Geest (9/5): Excellent faciillitiies, very well designed - Proximity to the beach with excellent beach club and lounge chairs. On arrival we were told about breakfast time to 11 but it was only to 10:30 - so we had to fight with the staff
Anja (9/5): Das Ambiente und die Lage ist sehr schön, dass ungeschulte verhalten vom Personal lässt leider einen schlechten Eindruck - Große Zimmer, Sauna & Pool, reichliches Frühstücken, schönes Design und sehr schöner Strand Bei Anreise war das Bett vom Kind nicht bezogen, kaum Möglichkeiten die Bekleidung unterzubringen, überteuerte Preise für Snack & Minibar, fehlende Hygieneartikel (Entspricht keine 5 Sterne) Personal zum Teil unfreundlich und man muss ewig Warten
Kenneth (6/5): This place has potential. But we were left disappointed. - Nice venue with potential. Nice breakfast. Exept burned sunny side up eggs. Big rooms. Big porch. Untrained staff. Several broken things in the room. Poorly maintained for a 5 star hotel. Effective AC. But very noisy. No beach towels. Since broken dryer at hotel. Stray dogs and stray cats arround and in the hotel resturant. Dog poop in the sand on the beach. We expected way more from a 5 star.
