• Damian (9/5): Dobry hotel - łatwy proces zameldowania, basen na dachu. Dobra lokalizacja. Super duże i wygodne łóżko. Nie bardzo jest gdzie postawić drugą walizkę - jedna mieści się w szufladzie pod łóżkiem, ale jeśli ktoś ma drugą to ciągle musi ją przesuwać. Nie ma też zbyt wiele miejsca na rozpakowanie się, ale to akurat widać na zdjęciach.

Primeiro, o endereço que consta no site e como chegar. Não condiz com a realidade. Há uma diferença de uma quadra e meia. Rodei quase uma hora para achar a localização. Segundo, estava com malas e caixas. Não tem estacionamento para descarregar as malas. Tive que colocar no estacionamento. Fui a pé até o checking que fica no segundo andar. Terceiro, acabei não me hospedando. Procurei outro hotel. Concluindo. Hotel para gente jovem que anda com mala de mão e mochila. Não foi meu caso.

• layna (8/5): Bel emplacement, bon rapport qualité-prix - Super emplacement très central pour visiter Miami. L’hôtel est très beau et très moderne , limite futuriste, avec des belles lumières et un iPad connecté pour faire fonctionner la chambre. La chambre est très belle malgré le fait qu’elle soit petite, le lit est très confortable. Un rooftop magnifique avec une piscine et des transats. Nous avions payé pour une chambre « étages supérieurs », mais nous ne l’avons pas eu. Nous sommes allés à la réception pour demander un changement mais ce n’était pas possible. On nous a indiqué que les chambres étaient distribuées aléatoirement. Nous étions donc au 9e étage (sur 20 étage donc plutôt bas) et avec une vue très moche sur un parking.

Personal muy amables, te asesoran como movilizarte. Ambientación del hotel me encanto, muy original, moderno. En el piso 17 del lado tranquilo la vista que tiene desde el dormitorio es maravillosa, imposible dormir. Terraza ideal para un rato de relax, vista espectacular. Totalmente recomendable Nada para reclamar

• Madelin (9/5): Hermoso y con una vista espectacular - El alojamiento es hermoso, perfecto para una persona por habitación o parejas si no les importa que no hay mucho espacio. La ubicación es perfecta, es muy moderno y tiene una vista espectacular. Es muy pequeño y no hay servicio de comida a la habitación. Tampoco se puede planchar en la habitación, para tomar agua hay que ir a la recepción y no te envían botellas de agua en la habitación.

Our room was exceptionally clean, modern and compact. Rooms are more suited for a single person but my wife and I were very comfortable for the evening It was also very quiet Recommend

We had reserved a room with a city view and our room’s was completely covered with zero view whatsoever. The staff came off rude and abrasive as well.

• Mdgrl79 (6/5): Good location, but... - This hotel is an overall good pick if you're in Miami for a cruise and don't want to stay in South Beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants in the immediate area, and the Uber ride is a short one over to (or from) Miami's cruise port. On the particular Saturday night we stayed here, the price was pretty outrageous for what it was - but it seemed like *every* hotel in Miami, including those located right by the airport, were overpriced! There were 9 ships in port on that Sunday and also a big music festival happening right by the port...ugh, poor planning on my part, I should have researched these things! Timing/price issues aside, the room was nice & modern, although very small. Having stayed at a citizenM in Europe previously, I am assuming all citizenM hotels have more compact rooms. It's kind of ridiculous that breakfast is not included here (I paid extra during booking), because this is the kind of hotel that *should* include breakfast. I don't think what we were served was truly worth the extra cost. I appreciate a hotel that is clean, modern & hip, which, this citizenM was all three of those things. I don't appreciate price gouging, which was happening everywhere that weekend, citizenM was not alone. For the exorbitant price I paid, this one-night stay was nothing but average.
