• Caporini (5/5): - La struttura è in sé è carina e in una posizione ottimale, che ti permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti i luoghi di maggiore attrazione. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con i riscaldarmi, la prima notte ci siamo congelate perché i termosifoni non si sono accesi nonostante avessimo seguito tutte le istruzioni che ci erano state date. La problematica era dovuto al fatto che probabilmente gli ospiti che c’erano stati prima di noi avevano spostato delle manopole della caldaia, però comunque è l’host che dovrebbe accertarsi che tutto funzioni prima che arrivino i nuovi ospiti, non questi ultimi che dopo devono andare a tentoni per risolvere la problematica. Inoltre la pulizia poteva sicuramente essere migliore e una bottiglia di acqua di benvenuto l’avremmo apprezzata.
• Xenia (10/5): - Great location, close to everything - cultural interests, dining, bars, even a 24 hr laundromat! Apartment is a little dated but it does not take away much from its spaciousness and nice floor plan. We will be back to that apartment only
• Alice Micol (10/5): - Posizione centrale ma tranquilla, alloggio bellissimo, ampio e confortevole (abbiamo soggiornato in 5). Molto consigliato! Si potrebbe aggiungere qualcosa di essenziale per la cucina, come olio, sale e scottex, e uno strofinaccio per i piatti.
• Gabriel (4/5): - Es una muy mala propiedad con muy mal servicio. Solo nos dieron un control para tres aires acondicionados, todos muy viejos y sin posibilidad de regular la temperatura. Está en un segundo piso con unas escaleras muy peligrosas, no tienen servicio de check in temprano ni check out tardío, y realmente te corren del lugar sin darte opciones para ayudarte. La primera noche hacía muchísimo calor y solo se podía encender uno de los tres aires acondicionados, si se encendían dos se perdía toda la electricidad en el apartamento. En general las instalaciones son viejas y descuidadas y no tienen una buena atención. La red wifi no alcanza cubrir todo el apartamento y solo nos dieron 2 jabones para 3 personas por 3 noches. Pésimo

• James (4/5): - The location was really great. There was a cool market outside everyday and a lot of food locations super close. The people who ran the rental were also great and communicated well. However the unit itself was not well kept and kind of disappointing. I’d recommend for the location, but I wouldnt personally stay there again.
• Mario (9/5): Excellent space!! near historic center and access to restaurants and transportation. - Very good location, it is a large accomadattion, two rooms, independent kitchen dining and living room. excellent!
• Imma (7/5): Good - Large apartment and comfortable beds. great location. friendly welcome on arrival (which was later than expected due to flight delay). The bed linen for the sofa bed was disorganized and hard to find. The sheets had a stain, we used them anyway because there was only one set that we could find. The air con in the room at the far end of the apartment was noisy. the windows in the leaving room should have blinds as it hard to sleep there with the morning light coming in through the window. the door to the street was often left unlocked. we didn’t cook because the kitchen utensils looked worn out and there weren’t basic supplies like oil, salt and sugar, kitchen towel (which I have found in airb&bs) available. nowhere to leave the bags on departure (had to find a luggage storage place at extra cost).
• Georgina (9/5): Four nights self catering in Florence - Location right next to Sant' Ambrogio market, supermarket and gelateria very close by, open plan livingroom kitchen, spacious ,clean. Just 10-15 mins walk to Duomo and Santa Croce Nothing significant but there are 2 flights of narrow stairs to the apartment, coffee maker was a one cup stove top expresso , dishwasher tablets missing so bought our own, dishwasher and washing machine worked fine
• Roberto (4/5): Disappointing - The place was dirty furniture were damaged the stairs and hallway were dirty and pourly lightening. The photo on the advertising must be from a long time ago.
