Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y están impecables, lo que hace que la estancia sea de lo más agradable. La calidad de todo el hotel es de primer nivel; realmente sientes que vale cada peso que pagas. ¡Totalmente recomendado!. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia se vio empañada por el trato de algunos empleados. Noté una clara diferencia en la atención hacia los huéspedes mexicanos en comparación con los extranjeros. Es inaceptable sentir esa exclusión o discriminación en tu propio país; el trato debería ser igual de hospitalario para todos. Me sentí muy incómodo por esta actitud y es algo que el hotel debe revisar urgentemente. Espero que tomen cartas en el asunto, ya que la calidad humana no está a la altura de sus instalaciones. Quiero mencionar que mi experiencia fue agridulce. Por un lado, recibí un trato maravilloso por parte de la mayoría del equipo, pero lamentablemente hubo unos tres empleados que mostraron una actitud discriminatoria. Sentí una clara diferencia en la atención hacia los mexicanos comparado con los extranjeros, lo cual me hizo sentir muy incómodo. Es una lástima que el excelente trabajo de unos se vea opacado por el racismo o trato preferencial de otros.

- Cristhoper (8/5): 50/50 - El lugar muy bonito, el hotel en sí muy bien, la comida rica, el personal ameno ( algunos ) , la limpieza muy bien! Ya lo conozco, pero no volvería ! 1. El colchón es algo incómodo, se hunde a la hora de dormir y pues no es tan agradable! 2. Lo que me disgustó por completo, es que cierran el Buffet después de las 4:00pm y para las cenas son solo los restaurantes específicos, donde hay que hacer una fila y una espera para cenar desde los 30 minutos, hasta 1:30 minutos, adicional el restaurante Mexicano ( muy básico en platillos, para el lugar que es, me hubiese encantado el buffet para cenas de igual manera ! 3. Los bares de la piscina los tenían cerrados, como en los horarios donde más uno quiere consumir, entns me pareció un poco aburrido en esa parte ! Ya conocí el hotel, lo recomiendo por lo positivo mencionado, pero también les indicaría los puntos negativos para que valoren el lugar!

- Katherine (7/5): It was good enough for me to want to come back! - The all inclusive resort was amazing and the pool/bar staff were very attentive. Food is great quality. The room was incredible and so was the view It took over an hour to get our bags to our room- all we wanted to do was get to the pool but we couldn’t get changed. Then on our first night all restaurants were full so we couldn’t eat anywhere other than room service. Check out took 35 mins which is ridiculous and they got the charges wrong on our room

- Sheila (10/5): Fabuloso - Excelente hotel. Muito bom para passar uns dias de férias em sossego O hotel é 5 estrelas, desde a limpeza aos funcionários, muito atenciosos, senpre prontos a ajudar. A menina da receção foi excecional, muito simpática e fez-nos um upgrade de quarto. O pequeno almoço era muito bom, tipo buffet. Os restaurantes excelentes. Fomos ao italiano e ao do peixe, ambos com bons pratos de qualidade muito boa. Recomendo sem dúvida este hotel

- rob (7/5): - Staff at bars and restaurants are fab. Take smaller dollar bills as a tip although not expected is a nice thank you. Some staff don't smile but hey they may be pouring thier thousandth taquila that day. We paid extra on arrival to get the quiet roof top pool and so pleased we did. It's definitely a younger party scene so although we had a good time we enjoy a quieter relaxing holiday so would not come back. In our 20s and 30s this would have been the place to be

Particularly liked the coffee dock & xhale rooftop pool. Ocean views were amazing. Staff contsantly upselling VIP packages, harassing us in the lobby while I was visibly unwell. Peak hours were a disaster for restaurants, hot water in rooms & wait times everywhere. Lack of support for me while I was very very unwell during my stay.

- Cristina (9/5): Great Experience Overall with Minor Drawbacks - I recently stayed at Breathless Cancun Soul and had a great overall experience. One of the highlights for me was definitely the pool — it’s beautiful, lively, and a perfect place to relax or socialize throughout the day. I highly recommend future guests take advantage of the SPA. It’s a great way to unwind and really elevate your stay. Another standout was the variety of cocktails available — there are plenty of options, and it’s fun to try different ones during your visit. The recreation activities were also a lot of fun, especially the beach volleyball, which brought a great energy and was a nice way to meet other guests. Food-wise, I was very satisfied. The breakfast and lunch buffet offered a great variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. For dinner, there are several restaurant choices, which keeps things interesting and allows you to try something new each night. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a fun, relaxing, and well-rounded vacation experience. While I had a great overall stay, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. One of the main downsides was the wait time for dinner — there was almost always a line to get a table, which could be a bit frustrating, especially after a long day. Additionally, although the recreation activities were fun, they tended to be the same every day. A bit more variety would make the experience feel more dynamic for guests staying multiple days. Despite these points, the overall experience was still very enjoyable.

The staff were amazing, took my food allergy very seriously and went above and beyond to make sure I could have something tasty to eat each day. The room was beautiful and very clean. We loved that there was a choice of pools or the beach to chose from to lay out and the day time pool events were very entertaining. Will definitely return. Nothing

Service by employees was excellent In the bedrooms the shower and toilet could be more private, there is technology which can frost the glass. Would recommend changing the toilet door to a solid door for privacy.
- Florida Princess (5/5): It was a great resort which needs proper management. We liiked it, but we will not be back. - Spa massage therapists were amazing, and hammam experience was great. Silk City restaurant had the best view and food. The room was very spacious and had beautiful lighting which changed colors. We loved exhale club RT pool. Drinks were good. We never had to be told in restaurants to come back in 2/5 hours. We tried three resturants, all had empty tables. In steak/fish restaurants we were told that if we pay $100 for a bottle, they will sit us. This is extortion. Unacceptable. Also nobody ever knew what time shows started and we were told on two occasions that there will be buffets outside before the shows. The club level reception area was closed for 2-3 days due to door mulfunciton. The grill in club level RF level was not working but the waiter offered to bring food. We waited for over an hour for a burger. There was no other lunch food except grill and buffet. In other resorts especially with a club level, there was at least one more restaurant for lunch. There was only one person when we checked out and we had to wait. The it took 20 min to go over charges, some of them were wrong. For example, we were charged for hammam after massages even though we were told that it is free with any procedure. A lot of times there was no bottle water in restaurants and bars and the only other place was the nook cafe, which in the evening did not have water either. We were lucky to have a fashion show, but the rest of the shows were very short and we had nothing to do in the evening. Pillows were aweful, lumpy and very hard.

Everyone made you feel like family and like you were at home. Beautiful views and great location, The activities were kind of boring and they often played the same music on repeat.

The sand was immaculate and the beach was extremely clean. You literally just walk out from your hotel and you’re right there. The location was everything and it was way close to Cocoa bongo The property tries to upsell you after you’ve already spent a fortune on your room and the inclusive package, do not fall for the sales pitch. You’ll end up spending two hours being pressured to buy into their unlimited vacation program, which is not worth it. Everything was good about this property, except for them trying to sell like it’s a in infomercial!

If you have an allergy they took extra precautions to make sure you’re good ! Overall the resort is amazing. However we were in the top package we didn’t get a tour of the resort or much explanation on how the resort works, some of the staff were not educated enough to know how to answer questions.

Good room service actually quicker and better than the service in the restrooms. I liked the French restaurants. It’s the only one that lives up to this type of star rating. I travel a lot for work and have been to Mexico 4 times so had high expectations of the food. Service is so slow that my meal would be gone or cold by the time a drink arrive and I’m a slow eater. I stayed for 3 nights, paid a lot of money to be looked after while traveling alone, I solo travel a lot. Not once was I offered a drink around the pool. I had to wait for 25 minutes to get a drink at the pool bar why the staff kept pushing in line with drinks orders. There were no Sun beds available most days. Food was mostly poor quality and focused for Americans rather than good Mexican food. Music was house music or old white peoples cheesy music. They would not let me have a shot at the pool bar because someone who I have never met was sick in a different pool. Very much felt like the fun police.

- Jürgen (10/5): Tolles Hotel in Cancun - Tolles AI Hotel, modern, ruhige Lage, tolle Badebucht. Sehr amerikanisch mit immer wait to be seated. Markengetränke sind auch dabei. Dine around in verschiedenen Restaurants. Einmal mussten wir ca 90 Minuten warten bis wir beim Italiener rein durften. Zu wenig Restaurants waren da geöffnet. Ma bekommt einen Pager, wann man dran ist und kann in der Zwischenzeit an die Bar gehen.
