The room climatization was totally inefficient and on any civilized world the thermostat expected to work properly unless if the system was broken. I requested an iron for my sister on multiple occasions with no result until I talked to a Manager days later ,the matter was quickly resolved. Some staff reeducation may need to be refreshed. Other than that all is well

- Elvia (10/5): - Family of 4 over here, 6-day stay. We had a great, comfortable stay. The hotel is quiet, clean, modern and right across from the metro station (Couronnes). There are plenty of small restaurants to eat around, we even found a chinese/thai food that we loved. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel had everything we needed, water fountains with cold water in every floor (bring refillable water bottles), you can even rent an umbrella for 2 euros in the lobby. They let us check in a little bit early for free, we appreciated that. Also when we had a problem with electricity going out in the room, it was fixed within 10 minutes. Really good hotel, we were very happy to have chosen this hotel. Will stay here again.

Well worth going for the room with balcony - lovely views across the city towards the Sacre Coeur, Eiffel Tour and Pantheon as well as the bustle of the street marker below. Only issue I have is the litter strewn area immediately outside the entrance, probably an issue more for the local council but would be worth a quick clean up by hotel staff.

- Kerem (8/5): Good and spacious room, not so good kitchen - Very spacious room with recently furnished modern aesthetics , easy to commute around , the only bad thing I would say is the kitchen / restaurant, the menu is so limited , plus the portions varies from one day to another. And also , the gym is so so small with no window. This is a nice hotel , they should have consider gym area in another part of the premises.

Es lag noch vom vor Gast dreck auf dem Teppichboden und als wir gingen war es immer noch da. Wäre mal gesaugt und gewischt worden, wäre es weg gewesen! Der Hotel Eigene Parkplatz ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen ! Super kleine, enge und verwinkelte Einfahrt! Nicht für große Autos! Zudem kostet das Parken mit 35€/Tag mehr als im Parkhaus neben an. Die Frühstücks Auswahl ist klein und sehr begrenzt. Jedoch waren die Aufgetauten und im Hotel frisch gebackenen Mini Croissants sehr lecker.

Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber. Die Fenster sollten aber ausgetauscht werden, da die Gegend sehr sehr laut ist! Fenster auf zu schlafen ist unmöglich.

- Elizabeth Cruz (8/5): A new hotel to enjoy in Belleville - We are satisfied & enjoyed our stay. Hotel personel are kind & friendly. The room is clean & comfortable. We can go around the place and find the place easily. Many shops & restaurants beside & bus & Metro are only few meters away. I can highly recommend to all my friends & family.
- Susan (8/5): - The hotel and staff were very good. Food service within the hotel was on Euro schedule, so if your stomach is jet lagged you must go out for a meal. There were lots of cafes and small restaurants within just a couple blocks. The neighborhood is pretty residential and so not the most convenient for services, but very convenient to the underground.

- Monica (10/5): Exceptional customer service - Our stay at Novotel Paris 20 Belleville was amazing. El Kaser Mahmoud & Suriat Moussa were exceptional. They were friendly, informative, and genuinely caring. They went above & beyond to help us with language tour guidance and service.We are so thankful, they both are definitely a great asset to the hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff and service was great.

Let down by unhelpful staff, slow at dealing with queries and were not very interested in going out of their way to help us especially as we had a baby. We are used to hotels with great staff that make an effort but wasn’t the case at Novotel.

- Inbal (6/5): - The hotel looks very nice, the facilities are all new and comfortable but! I'm not eating gluten and sugar and really had a problem to find something to eat on breakfast. while asking omelet or vegetables a member from the kitchen team said that they don't have eggs (!) or vegetables. It happens 3 times while we stay in the hotel for 7 nights..too bad. They really have to improve their service.

- James (4/5): - Don't accept Room 109! There was no cold water in the bathroom, meaning a scalding shower and brushing your teeth with hot water. Reported the problem, and was told by staff "Oh this happens every day in this room... but we don't know why and can't fix it permanently. Asked for a different room but was told the hotel was full.

- Angela (10/5): - We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds. The property and rooms are very clean and modern. The room was virtually sound proof. The hotel is in a cultural neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. I would stay here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable, good value and location - Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location with metro opposite hotel. Has a water station - useful for the heatwave. Bear in mind it does not really have a lobby.

- Nick (10/5): - We had a large room (with a view of the Eiffel tower) and it was clean and very modern.
- Tina (6/5): Average stay - As we were approaching our hotel we had concerns about the area. The interior of the hotel was modern and very clean. Check in was easy. Our room wasn't spacious but adequate for a short stay. It was clean. There was a small fridge, kettle with tea, coffee etc. I had assumed we would be given bottled water daily but there was only one 500ml bottle on our first day. Housekeeping came daily, with clean towels. A deposit for the room was taken at check in but was returned within a couple of days of our return to the UK Breakfast was chaotic. Coffee machine constantly needed to be filled, not enough cups. Constantly ran out of plates, crockery etc. Good variety of food for breakfast. Easy access to the Metro. Station was virtually across the road.
- Erato (10/5): - The hotel room was really modern and nice. It was clean. We did not try out the breakfast so cannot give a review on that. The surrounding area is not that great though.
- Alejandra (8/5): - Confortable rooms, enough space for families. The breakfast is ok, and metro station just few steps away. Not in the heart of Paris but near to major atractions.
- Elaine (10/5): - The Novotel hotel in Belleville was in a convenient location to visit my daughter. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. I liked the lobby area as it was a good place to meet up with family. The bar/cafe staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was small but adequately provided with all amenities.
- Charles (8/5): - Very good and serviceable hotel. Comfortable, clean, near the subway stop « Couronnes. ». My only issue was the very loud American music that was playing in the evening in the lobby and bar that contained a lot of profanity. I guess it doesn’t bother some people but I found it unnecessary and unpleasant.
