Mario R (8/5): Buena ubicación, buenos servicios, apartamentos recomendados. - La Ubicación nos gusto mucho, a 10 min andando de la estación y la zona muy tranquila. Justo al lado hay un Seven 7 y un Lawson que siempre vienen bien tenerlos cerca. No hay nada que no me haya gustado, si puedo poner alguna pega es que éramos 4 y la habitación era demasiado pequeña, 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama litera pero bastante aceptables para dormir.

Also it was very close to Senso-ji pretty much at walking distance! The room was extremely roomy with pretty much 4 beds, a dining table, shower, bath, kitchen and laundry machine. The room was clean and well organized. Nothing.

Tiffani (8/5): A decent location in Ueno - MONday Apart Premium UENO was an okay stay. The location was fine. The property was setup like apartments, you are in a pretty residential area of Tokyo. They have signs asking to keep the noise down as it’s a residential area. This was a plus for us. There are two convenience stores nearby. They made it simple to get into the elevators and your room. They also stored our luggage for us after checkout which was great. The staff was pretty nice and helpful. The beds are quite firm. It was hard for me to get comfortable. Along with this the property presses up again this highway. It was hard to sleep. Bring ear plugs.

There was a cafe opening up downstairs as we were left which would be a great addition. Staff were amazing incredibly helpful and attentive. We really liked Ueno easy to get around and 10 minutes to a great park for our kids to burn off some steam.

elisabeth (10/5): A highly recommended stay, especially for families or longer visits in Tokyo. - Location, about 1 kilometre from Ueno Station, roughly a 10-minute walk. Use the Iriya exit from Ueno Station. 7-Eleven right next door, My Basket Kitaueno and Maruetsu Higashiueno supermarkets also close by. Friendly staff and very helpful. A washer/dryer in the room, laundry liquid provided by the hotel. If you run out, reception is happy to provide more. Kitchenette was very well equipped, with a hot plate/stove, portable oven, microwave, and a generously sized fridge and freezer. It also included mugs, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, pots and pans, and even a rice cooker! Very spacious room (a family of three). A top bunk bed was set up, and underneath was a seating area that could be converted into an additional bed if needed, making it suitable for up to four guests. Using access codes—one for the lift and another for the room—takes a little getting used to.

Sherry (5/5): Okay experience but would not stay here again - It was able to accommodate a family of 4, and has a dryer/washer in the unit One staff was unpleasant throughout our stay although I’d like to point out that everyone else was amazing. The day I checked in we had three nights worth of towels in our room and I found a piece of hair on one of them as well as a piece of hair in the freezer. We stayed for a total of 5 nights so we had household cleaning on night 3 and they did not leave enough towels for us, did not give us enough slippers that they replaced, and when we asked for both at the front desk the unpleasant staff member did not want to give us any at the time.

It was a bit challenging trying to remember the codes each time. Coming back with your hands full it would be hard to get out your phone to look up the code.

There are supermarkets, convenience store, many restaurants, and children playground nearby. + Staffs are friendly and helpful + Room amenities are great: washing machine & dryer, vacuum cleaner, microwave, fridge - I wish I book a larger room, since the standard room is a bit small for me and my family - No facilities, but it's okay since many amenities and nearby places that's walking distance - Checkout time (10am) is a bit too early (I wish it's 11am-12pm), and they are going to charge you if you don't check out by 40minutes after the checkout time.

Suji (10/5): 너무나 만족스러운 숙소! - 체크인 시간보다 훨씬 일찍 갔는데 짐을 맡길 수 있어서 너무 다행이었습니다. 체크인 할 때 한국분이 계서서 수월하게 체크인 했어요. 설명도 알기쉽게 친절하게 해주셨습니다. 생활 방음도 잘되고 생각보다 외풍이 안들어와서 나름 따뜻했어요. 내부시설이 깔끔하고 베딩도 잘 되어있고 불편한건 하나도 없었어요. 세탁 세제는 다 쓰도 필요시 프론트에 부탁하니까 바로 주셨어요. 역이랑은 조금 거리가 있어서 5분정도? 걸어야하지만 숙소가 너무 깔끔하고 편안했고 가격대비 너무나 만족스러웠어요. 근처에 편의점도 가깝고 현지인 맛집도 많고 조용해서 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고 싶네요~ 우에노역, 이리야역 그 중간쯤이라 위치가 살짝 애매합니다.

Francis Jordan (9/5): - Decent sized room for Tokyo. The location is awkwardly in the middle of train stations so it’s 750 meters to a stop. Not a big issue but something you should consider when traveling with unfit or children.

Shannon (10/5): Fantastic! - We loved this hotel! My husband and I splurged on the family room and it was so worth it after struggling in tiny hotel rooms elsewhere. Having a kitchen and dining table as well as laundry in the room was so luxurious! Unlike at some other hotels, they give you plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable, and for once the window wasn't frosted so we had a beautiful view of the city from the 10th floor. I also really liked that instead of an indoor hallway to get to the room, it's a covered outdoor walkway so it's really easy to step out and get some fresh air. My only nitpick was that the lobby was kept extremely warm - I would guess 80-85 degrees F. A minor annoyance but the check-in process takes a few minutes with paperwork required and we were pretty uncomfortable. I was also a little surprised that tea wasn't provided in the room, as every other hotel we stayed at provided tea bags.
