Erina (1/5): - Very well located @ Ponte Vecchio It was partially dirty, as shown in the pictures. The living room was messy, with a lot of junk piled up in the corners. The furniture was arranged differently from the photos, and the place smelled strongly of dampness/mold. In the bedroom, you can’t even open the window. It feels like being in a bunker. The mattress was uncomfortable. The reception/service was terrible. I had entered 9 PM as my check-in time, which was even confirmed online. Later, I was contacted via WhatsApp asking if I could arrive earlier. I explained that I wasn’t sure because of work. Eventually, I informed the accommodation that I could come about an hour earlier, but due to train delays I ended up arriving around 20 minutes later than planned, but still before the originally agreed 9 PM check-in time. When I arrived, I still had to wait another 15 minutes for Sourush. A lot of stress for absolutely nothing. The welcome was very cold, and he demanded an extra €20 from me for the “delay,” but I never received a receipt for it. What exactly was the €20 for? It’s not even mentioned in the terms and conditions. I was there before 9 PM. I didn’t argue and just gave him the money because I was alone there and the whole situation felt very unsafe to me. There was trash and shoe prints on the couch, which I immediately reported to Sourush. Stay away if you want a pleasant stay, his experience was anything but pleasant.

Robert (2/5): The low light of our tour to Italy - Of a wonderful trip to Italy this was an extreme disappointment. We had multiple problems with the apartment which started out with no one there to let us in. Multiple people sending messages they would arrive in 10 min but no one turned up for 90 min as we wait outside. No toilets provided, lights kettle did not work as the plugs different from the wall. The host simple told us to go and buy things as they would not help. It was very cold, damp and uncomfortable inside. Which we could do nothing about.
