К сожалению , вода в душевой плохо уходила, вытекала на пол сильно

• Amir (6/5): - Я делаю выбор в пользу этого отеля последние 5 лет и рекомендую и привожу сюда коллег и знакомых. Но последние два года постоянно что то ухудшается. Мелкие детали. Где-то не до конца убрали, чуть чуть не домыли в номере. Салат на завтраке плохо промыт и тд. Но в этот раз побили рекорд, заселили в номер с полной мусоркой в ванной комнате! Пожалуй, это мой последний раз в этом отеле. В Стамбуле очень большой выбор.

• Mustapha (8/5): - J'ai fait souffrir le monsieur de la réception à mon arrivée tardive vers minuit comme j'ai trouvé ma réservation sauf que booking n'a pas payé mon séjour sachant que booking a débité le montant de mon compte ,je lui ai même montré mon relevé bancaire avec le prélèvement en question et que ma réservation a été confirmée. Et à ma grande déception je trouve un autre e-mail où booking déclare avoir un problème pour donner suite à cette réservation.....j'ai payé cette nuitée et le lendemain le problème est toujours là et j'ai payé deux autres nuitées plus chers. Et après j'étais remboursé par booking deux jours après avec € 30 de moins pourquoi??? Et aussi le deuxième jour j'ai bien retenu le prénom de la dame AYSE qui était aussi très accueillante et aussi très professionnel qui m'a accordée un bon moment jusqu'au début d'après midi pour régler et bien sûr ma valise était au consigne et pas dans la chambre choses que je n'ai jamais vécu bref. Sachant que ce n'est pas la première fois que je réserve dans c'est hôtel. En général merci un grand merci pour tout le personnel qui était très coopérant. Rien à signaler.

• nezo2024 (4/5): Not recommended at all, try another ones with a decent staff with no technical problems at this level. - I stayed at here around mid October 2025 for 2 weeks. I have a problem with AC to be fixed at my first night. Let me describe it here briefly: - Even i set AC to a minimum temperature, the room temperature could not be less than 24 C. - I tried to turn it off but room temperature goes beyond 28 C, even i open the window. Technical team checked it but told me that they could not do anything better than this since they keep the system in winter mode. But i told them even i turned down AC unit and open the windows (which i did during night and outdoor temperature was around 15 C) the temperature goes up to the levels which you could not bear with. The problem was i suppose the hot exhaust air coming out from the overall HVAC system could pass somehow through and heat up my room as hell no matter what i try to do instead. During my second night, for no reason the AC is working in summer mode. But i turned it off. Third day is the same as first day and i requested a room change as a last resource. They told me that they could send me someone to help me and bring me to the second level which they promised that i could not have a room temperature problem there. A guy knocked my door, passed me over a new room card and told me nothing providing an excellent Customer satisfaction in a case like this. I took all of my stuff down to 2nd floor and guess what? - i open the windows and i got fresh air with no any issues of increasing temperature. - i checked the AC unit and i ler it run for an hour and set the room temperature about 22 C with no problem. I called guest service to make sure my complaints about the previous room taken into account for the sake of other guests satisfaction. I tried 3 times with no answer at around 23:00. The last try i succeed to have a conversation with a lady. I told her my complaints with no satisfactory feedbacks: - There is no come back even i tried many times to reach them out. She told me there is a shift change or whatsover. I told her it is not acceptable and as a Customer i request an immediate feedback no matter what is going with their management. I could have an emergency problem or an immediate request. - Secondly, they do not assist me to change my room to due to their problems in regards to AC, but they send me a guy, handing over a car with no look and talk. I told them that it is not acceptable. I requested a change due to their problem not due to a personal wish. However, the lady told me a procedure that i have to proceed, instructing me that i have to come over reception level and get a new card instead. I told that they already do not about this procedure because when i a made a request a room change, a guy replied me in the first place by phone telling me that they are sending me someone to help me out and not mentioned anything like that i need to. -Lastly i told them to fix the problem and ler me know when it is fixed but they told me that they could not to do so. That is not OK. I do not recommend this place because they are not capable of solving problems technically and do not act professionally towards your problems especially in terms of communication in the first place. I do not believe they have sufficient quality standards to get their issues sorted out unless they are willing to do so which was not the case i experience. She was able to take care of all of our needs Her English skills was fantastic. The few issues that came up she immediately corrected them. The hotel staff was also very helpful.I’ve also put in a request at Elithair to stay at this hotel when I return for another procedure. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the city. To Aysenur and the staff, my friend and I have really appreciated your kindness, courtesy and professionalism

Arrival set the tone: the lobby is spacious, bright, and welcoming, and the front-desk associate was both friendly and thoughtful—she considered our situation and extended a complimentary upgrade to a corner room on a high floor. Room & sleep quality: Our upgraded corner room was bright, very clean, and comfortably sized for two. Soundproofing was excellent; with the windows closed we had peaceful, uninterrupted sleep. High-quality curtains blocked light effectively in the morning. Bathroom & amenities: The bathroom was immaculate—freshly mopped, fully stocked (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.), and the walk-in shower was large with strong water pressure and consistent temperature throughout (a big deal in Istanbul, where we’ve had mixed experiences elsewhere). The room included a safe, complimentary bottled water, and a properly stocked mini-fridge—all appreciated touches. Public spaces & service: The lobby is not just attractive—it’s practical, with a café/bar setup that makes grabbing a coffee or a quick bite easy. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, welcoming, and accommodating from start to finish. Location: The hotel sits on a main road (easy for taxis) and is within walking distance of Axis Istanbul Mall; it’s also positioned for straightforward access to central sights like Taksim and the Golden Horn area. From Istanbul Airport, typical driving time is around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Room for improvement: After checkout, my wife realized she’d left a watch in the room. Housekeeping located it (thank you!), but we didn’t receive a call. A proactive lost-and-found phone or email notification when items are recovered would be a simple, high-impact service upgrade. Verdict: Fantastic value and comfort. Spotless room, excellent shower, thoughtful staff, and a convenient location. We’d gladly return and will recommend this property to friends visiting Istanbul.

They went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The room was quiet, so our baby slept peacefully. Access from the parking area was excellent, and it is very convenient for guests with disabilities.

• Mrs. Atak (10/5): - Our stay was absolutely amazing! I had called in advance to ask about parking facilities, and the front desk staff member I spoke with was very polite and kind. She even offered us the option to park in the hotel garage in case we arrived early. We did, in fact, arrive well before check-in time, and the lovely receptionist went above and beyond by offering us an early check-in with an even better room. She was truly a lifesaver! The hotel itself is spotless, and the facilities are an absolute delight. The garage is spacious, safe, and very convenient. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. We had booked our room with breakfast included, but unfortunately had to leave early and missed it — something we regretted! Hopefully, next time we’ll get the chance to enjoy it. We’re already looking forward to our next overnight stay on the 31st of August. Our time in Kağıthane couldn’t have been better. My husband and I left extremely happy and satisfied. “The only thing that could have been better was the pillows. They were too soft for our liking, and it would have been ideal to have firmer ones.”
