Achei fantástico ter caixas de som no quarto e no espelho do banheiro. Mas o melhor de tudo são os funcionários. Extremamente cordiais e simpáticos. Destaque à Claudia e à Botinha, super prestativas e eficientes. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
• Kate (9/5): Great stay for calm and comfort - I liked the area, design of the room, and kitchen facilities in the room. A little gym is avaliable on the ground floor. The bed was comfy. The fire alarm in the begiining of 3 a.m. was terrible but it's not the responsibility of hotel, just irresposible guests who smoke in the rooms.

• Susana Rosa (8/5): Recomiendo ampliamente ! - La habitación es muy linda , con una cama doble muy cómoda , para 2 personas. La calefacción excelente. El baño, limpio y bien distribuido. La habitación es totalmente silenciosa. Hay ascensor . A 300 m hay supermercados para comprar comestibles. La Kitchinette alcanza muy bien, para preparar un desayuno o una cena sencilla. No te dejan té, café, aceite o sal de modo que lleva alguna existencia. La estación de tren SIEMENSWERKE ( S- Bahn 7 ) se encuentra a 200 m de la propiedad y desde el andén del tren hay ascensor para subir y bajar en cada anden. Llegar en medio transporte público al hotel se hace complicado si no hablas idioma alemán. No hay nada que no me haya gustado, pero debo advertir a los pasajeros que vengan, que el PERSONAL no habla muy bien alemán, hablan preferentemente inglés y portugués. Sin embargo toda la gente que trabaja en el Rioca son excelentes profesionales. Está alejado del centro. Pero con el tren de cercanía se llega en exactamente 35 minutos al Marienplatz.

• Susan (10/5): - Wir durften für 4 Tage im fantastischen Rioca Munich Posto 3 verweilen und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur großartig. Top Modern und stylish eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war großartig. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie auch beschrieben. Das komplette Team von Rioca Munich Posto 3 ist grandios, sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und vor allem sehr herzlich. Das Frühstück können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Es hat lecker geschmeckt und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Lage ist auch in Ordnung. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn, Bus und S-Bahn. Per U-Bahn ist man in ca. 10 auf dem Marienplatz. Es sind nette Lokale (Sportsbar Dillinger hat uns besonders gut gefallen) in der Nähe und ein Edeka, Aldi und Rossmann nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
• Alexander (8/5): - Die Sitzecke und der hängende Sitz sind etwas besonderes und haben den Zimmer das besondere etwas veriehen. Ebenso war die Wandestaltung passend zu dem Thema von dem Hotel. Der kostenfreie Kaffee in der Lobby wurde von uns auch sehr gene genutzt. Es ist schade das es keine Kostenfreien Parkplätze vom Hotel gab. Da 15€ für einen Tag für ein Parkplatz doch etwas viel in meinen Augen ist.

• TING FEI (9/5): 對獨行旅客來說感到非常安全、方便。房間實體就跟圖片一模一樣。 - 廚房有附簡單的湯鍋、餐具，方便簡單煮東西，還有抽風設備，超讚！ 洗澡熱水、水量充足，舒服！ 靠近S-Bahn 4分鐘、U-Bahn 9分鐘，方便進市區遊玩，讚！ 房務人員很友善，三天打掃一次我不需要，但我跟他們拿到垃圾袋替換，完全OK 小可惜～房間內燈光較不足，天黑後想辦公會偏昏暗，但一樓也是有辦公區的樣子（退房才注意到😂）

Einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Kurzer Weg zu U- und S- Bahn. (2min.) Beim Frühstück stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Auch finden wir, wenn ein Hotel in Deutschland steht, sollte die Umgangssprache vom Personal auch Deutsch sein.

• Kai (8/5): Nett aber auch eben nur nett - Nettes Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre, nette Gäste, tolle Dachterrasse Sauberkeit Bad könnte besser sein. Ein Schlüssel zum eh schon grifflosen Schrank fehlte, somit ließ sich dieser nicht wirklich gut öffnen. Wasserhahn Küchenzeile wackelte hin und her. Ein kleiner noch immer zu behebender Wartungsstau.
