- Michele (9/5): - Tutto, la posizione in un quartiere Ginza molto bello, il personale gentilissimo, la pulizia e l'ordine maniacale. Diverse fermate della metro vicinissime. La colazione per noi italiani non è consigliata, pochissima scelta, neanche la macchinetta del caffè hanno, la colazione intercontinentale ha poca scelta, se si trova la prenotazione senza colazione ad un prezzo decisamente più basso di quello con la colazione fate questa scelta, quello che risparmiate lo spendete per fare una colazione decisamente meglio uscendo dall'hotel, questa è l' unica nota negativa che posso segnalare.

- Milena (10/5): Great hotel to stay in Tokyo! - Very nice, comfortable hotel in Ginza, a great area in Tokyo. Staff was very kind and always ready to help. Good breakfast options at the buffet. Welcome treats as well.

Hotel said they can give earliest room by 1:00pm at an extra charge of 1000 JPY each guest. We reached hotel by 10:30am and that time also they said the same. We were okay with this and said we’ll leave the bags and come back and just freshen up and go out but within 15 minutes we were told a room is ready and we can check-in. The hotel charges us for the early check-in. I think if this was a little rude and felt like hotel just wanted to make a quick buck. I guess hotel policy is hotel policy. This is the first time I have paid for early check-in. Apart from this the stay was good.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The restaurant closed too early. At nights many times I missed the soup you could get at the lobby. The auto exchage machine didn't have a "good" rate.

Upon entering the room for the first time, the curtains opening with the music is very dramatic and appealing. Did no eat there, I loved the little table of goodies they provided at night for the guests, it was a very nice touch. Also the fresh flowers in the lobby by the elevators going up to the room is a very classy touch. There are no special amenities available. You have to pay for the gym ask for lotion.

- Mirka KL (9/5): - Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse avec une belle vue. Lit très confortable. Vraiment top! Personnel avenant et aidant. Nous étions "seulement" au 4eme étage. Le bruit de la rue était relativement présent. A savoir lors de la réservation.

- Emma (9/5): Lovely hotel in great location - Nice rooms, great location. Good foyer area and bar. Mostly the staff were all very pleasant, except for one woman working in the breakfast/bar one day who seemed to serve us begrudgingly.

- Luanne (10/5): Great location - Good location at the other side of Ginza which is not so busy. The rooms are nice, modern and very clean. The front desk staff are all helpful and courteous. No driveway like the other hotels, you have to be drop off on the side street beside the hotel. It's a bit of a challenge if you have a lot of big luggage. But overall, the hotel is lovely.
