• Frances (9/5): Clean, modern, environmentally conscious, comfortable hotel in a great location - Location - opposite Berlin Central Railway Station and walk to Brandenburg Gate, river and parks. One of our two rooms we hired was quite small.
• Bruna (10/5): Great location! - Great location, right across from Berlin Central Station. The room was very well decorated and equipped with a minibar, coffee machine, hairdryer, and amenities. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out, but we also had the opportunity to be assisted by the staff, who were very polite. Excellent choice.

• Calum (10/5): Explorers paradise, opposite train station and Hop On Hop Off busses - The staff made the experience totally worth it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I got in early and they kindly looked after my bags while I explored Berlin. Being opposite the train station which is also a Hop On Hop Off bus stop means this is perfect for exploring. I used the online check-in and check-out which worked great, the room card was issued to my phone, but my phone seemed a bit slow to trigger the lift and room. It works, just takes a bit of time.

• M.Arnela (8/5): Tolles Hotel, guter Preis - Einrichtung und Ausstattung von Hotel und Zimmer sind absolut auf der Höhe der Zeit. Die Zimmer sind mit Nespressomaschine ausgestattet. Self-Check-In/Check-out sind sehr zeitschonend. Handtücher und Bettwäsche hochwertig. Die Lage ist optimal für Reisende (genau gegenüber vom Hbf gelegen), dennoch sehr leise. Tolle Kaffemaschine, jedoch "nur" 2 Kaffee-Kapseln vorhanden. Kühlschrank war komplett leer, auch kein Wasser. Alles zur Selbstversorgung zu maßlos übertriebenen Preisen im Shop an der Rezeption zu kaufen.

Für den Preis erwarte ich zumindest Wasser auf dem Zimmer und eine gefüllte Minibar. Das Suit Pad fehlte auch. Generell- außer im Bad - wirkte es schon etwas benutzt. Kissen für 4 Sterne eher billig. Bettmatratze auch eher billig und wirkte wie aus Plastik .. schade für 4 Sterne.

Ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Hockern würde reichen. Bei der Kaffeemaschine gab es kein Zucker, keine Milch und nichts zum umrühren..

• Laura (10/5): Stylish hotel in a chill area with easy airport access - We had a great stay in Berlin. The hotel was in an amazing location — super close to the metro, tram, and train station, with a direct connection to and from the airport, which made everything really convenient. The area was chill and very nice, but still close to the city center: around 20 minutes walking to Mitte and only about 8 minutes by tram. There were also plenty of really nice restaurants around the hotel. Overall, the hotel was great: friendly staff, very easy self check-in process, a super cool cocktail bar and a really comfortable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

• stucam55 (8/5): A comfortable, well-located base for a short stay in Berlin overall. - The stay was really comfortable overall. The bed was excellent — properly supportive and made for a great night’s sleep. The blackout curtains were very effective, which made a noticeable difference. The shower was also a standout, with strong water pressure and a clean, modern feel. The location is a big plus, making it easy to get around and access everything we needed without hassle. I also appreciated having a coffee machine in the room — a small touch, but it made mornings much easier. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward and efficient, which helped everything feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. There were a few practical issues with the room layout. The bed was set on a raised platform with two fairly high steps, and there was very limited space between the bed and the wall. This made it quite difficult for the person on the far side to get in and out, especially with the wall-mounted TV positioned right at the narrowest point. The balcony also wasn’t very usable. The gravel surface meant you really needed to be fully dressed with shoes to step out, and there was no shade, so it wasn’t comfortable to use in direct sunlight. We also had some issues with the technology. The mobile key app didn’t work during our stay, although reception were able to provide physical key cards instead. The in-room tablet/app wasn’t functioning either, which limited some of the room features.

Tilgængelighed var nemt. Det eneste var meget kedeligt den sort farve som startede fra entreen (receptionen )til alle steder også værelser toilet og brugs vask. Und diese unfassbare Email-Flut vor und nach dem Aufenthalt hat überhaupt keinen Mehrwert. Zimmer ist solide und sauber, finde es deswegen so schade, dass die Kommunikation drumherum so aufwendig und nutzlos ist.
