• Thabata (8/5): - Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean, and many hotel supplies available daily, such as hygiene items, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Very good location, close to the stores in Akihabara, making it amazing for shopping during my last days in Japan. Also close to good restaurants and the train station. They helped us hire a company to deliver my luggage to the airport, which was very convenient and reasonably priced. The mattress was very low and not comfortable. However, we had four pillows available and a warm blanket.

• Riana (9/5): Tiptop - Nahe am Zentrum, perfekte Ausgangslage für die Metro. Viele Restaurants und Combini direkt in der Umgebung. Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit viel Kleinigkeiten im Bad (Haargummi, Kamm, Rasierer, Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta usw.). Personal war freundlich. Auf Englisch müssen sie oft eine Übersetzungsapp nutzen. Trotz Grossstadt ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer sind wie erwartet sehr klein/eng.
• Natália Tiemi (2/5): Unfortunately, the stress and poor service outweighed any positive aspects of the stay - Great location Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far more stressful than pleasant, mainly due to the poor service and lack of consideration for basic guest comfort. One of the staff members was extremely unhelpful in a very simple situation. We needed to get rid of a small damaged carry-on suitcase, so we first asked whether the hotel offered any assistance with disposal. The answer was “no”which would have been completely understandable. However, when we kindly asked where we could properly dispose of it instead of just leaving it somewhere inappropriate, the staff member rudely responded that he “didn’t know how to throw trash away.” Beyond the rude attitude, there was absolutely no willingness to help with something very simple. Only after we insisted and questioned how he could possibly “not know” did he reluctantly take the suitcase to a disposal area. It was an unnecessary and very uncomfortable interaction. Another major issue was the mandatory room cleaning policy. During check-in, we were informed, including in writing, that we could choose a cleaning time up until 1:30 PM. Due to our work schedules, we usually slept from 6 AM until around 12:30–1 PM. Even after clearly selecting the 1:30 PM option, the hotel still insisted on calling us around 10 AM on every scheduled cleaning day, asking us to leave the room for housekeeping and repeatedly interrupting our rest. This showed a clear lack of internal communication and disregard for guests’ privacy and routines. If the hotel offers guests the option to choose a cleaning schedule, the very least expected is for that choice to be respected. Overall, the experience was marked by discomfort, lack of courtesy, and far more stress than convenience. We would not stay here again, nor would we recommend it.

I will definitely come back again—whether alone, with my family, or with friends, and I’ll gladly recommend it to others. For those leaving lower ratings because of the room size, I just have one thing to say: this is Tokyo—get used to it. The Japanese have used every centimeter of space in a smart and efficient way, and considering the price, it’s simply unreasonable to complain. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and only a 5-minute walk from Akihabara. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality! -

Close to Akihabara station which is two stations from Tokyo or a short train ride from all other tourist areas. There is nothing I did not like.

Quando retornar à Tokyo, me hospedarei neste APA, apenas o tamanho do quarto me incomodou e o fato das malas não caberem debaixo da cama como sugerido. Fora isso, perfeito. The room size was unbelievably small, even by Tokyo standards, especially considering the high price. It felt extremely cramped and uncomfortable for a multi-day stay. What made the experience worse was that the air conditioning did not work properly for the first 4 days. This significantly affected comfort, and it took far too long to resolve. Overall, the stay was highly disappointing. The combination of overpriced rooms, lack of space, and poor maintenance made it a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for longer stays.
