- Guest (9/5): 가족과함께하기 좋은숙소 - 조용한2군에 위치해있고 1군까지 그랩으로 15분정도 소요되었던것같아요. 숙소도보 5분안으로 로컬 쌀국수집 ,하이랜드, 스타벅스 ,편의점등이있고 그랩10분정도면 티소몰 2군 마사지샵 맛집등을 갈수있어요~ 수영장이 3군데로되어있어 붐비지않고 놀수있고 룸안에 전자렌지 포트 등이있어 아이와함께 할때 편리했어요 :) 가격대비 좋은숙소입니다 보안때문이지만 메인 입구, 중간입구, 방입구전에도 키를 이용해야 룸에들어갈수있어 조금 번거로웠어요 수영장에 비치타월정도 구비되어있으면 좋을것같아요~

- Tyler (8/5): - Apartments were very clean, quiet and spacious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Had some issues with the WiFi, which they tried to fix, but it only worked well in certain rooms within the apartment. Otherwise, a great experience.
- Janice (4/5): - The listing for the 3-bedroom apartment seems recently updated, but I felt misled upon arrival. It has only 2 bathrooms, despite booking details suggesting 3. The kitchen utensils are subpar—a dull chopping knife and minimal cookware, just plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, and one pan. The living room looks far less inviting than the brightened online photos, appearing dark and dated. The beds were shockingly uncomfortable; I’m convinced they’re just wood with a thin mattress topper. As a fit, athletic person, I needed daily massages at Aimee Spa across the street (which was amazing) to cope with the back pain. The staff was great, housekeeping was reliable, and the pool and other amenities were nice. The location is ideal, away from chaos, with a good grocery store downstairs. If they upgrade the mattresses and refresh the living room sofa area, I’d consider staying again, especially for the spa around the back of the hotel.

My only complaint is that it had only 2 pots and 1 fry pan....i had to improvise with my meal preparation. Other than that, it was excellent value for money and I will definitely be visiting again as my son now lives and works in Vietnam. Thank you to all the staff members from the porters to the cleaning staff to the front desk...you made my stay so special ❤️ Not enough cooking wares.

The thing that impressed the most is our 4-BR apartment that this kind of room are not common for other hotels/serviced apartments. The room was well designed and fully equipped, especially spacious that our family of 8 could stay comfortably. We really enjoyed the staycation with the amenities in the building: warm swimming pool, jogging path, quiet surroundings, etc. The service is excellent, staff is friendly and very helpful. We have stayed here several times and definitely would come back.

My mom is super difficult and she was making a fuss but they stayed very professional and sweet, which helped me out a great deal. I don't think any other place could provide such amazing service. The room was clean, the entire place was clean, it's in a quiet area, and the pool area is gorgeous! My main dislike with Somerset hotels in general (and a lot of others in Vietnam) is the ultra firm mattress :') Makes me so sore. You're not going to get a typical breakfast experience but the vouchers you can get from them will get you up to 150,000 VND in the Starbucks next to them.

Service has been great service of Tracy in the reception . Best hotel I’ve had in Vietnam! Thanks Tracy and reception team . We also asked for some places to visit and the team were accomodating and the service wass excellent. Tracy even offered heathly welcome drink . Now that’s experience and product knowledge! Pool isn’t crazy busy (or, wasn’t for us when we were there) and was a great size and is perfect for lazing by after a hot morning out sightseeing. the lobby also have lounge with coffee machine and tea available all the time. if you want some place for work or meeting with friends then this is the best place . Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel is not too far from the center, the space is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the food around there is delicious, there are many taxis. We really like the service, the receptionists always greet us when they meet us. We will introduce the hotel to many other friends and will return here when we have the opportunity
- N3046DIjessican (10/5): Wonderful stay - This is the second time we have come to Somerset Feliz, after 3 years of returning but the facilities and all the items are very new, we are very impressed by the extremely professional and friendly staff. You have helped us a lot during our stay here. Where to eat? Where to go? What to do? We almost didn't have to think. The swimming pool here is beautiful, there is both a saltwater and hot water pool, our children got to experience the slide right at the pool, this is a great thing. If we have time, we will definitely come back.
- M2696OJbriang (10/5): Best Accomodation Experience in Ho Chi Minh City! - The rooms are big in size and really gives you your money’s worth. The staff are very very approachable and helpful. They helped me a lot during my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I have lost my passport somewhere in the city and the hotel staff volunteered to go with me to the police and help me translate so I can get the report of loss. They have also assisted me in all the administrative stuff (printing, photocopying, etc.) needed for my documentations. Really the best accomodation experience you can find in the city.
- milkway7 (10/5): Fantastic hotel with great location - Fantastic hotel. I love the layout of the hotel as well as the decore. Very clean and looks new. The staff are sweet and super helpful. Hotel is next to a small shopping area with mini mart as well as a small food court. A couple of great Viet coffee shops across the street too. Wifi was strong and AC was great.

- Medha (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean and really suitable for family with small kids. There's a department store next door which allowed us to get provisions and cook our own breakfast. The pool area is amazing, the kids simply loved the water slide. It is about 10-20 min from district 1, depending on traffic, but if you have a car or use Grab, it is perfect.

The location is super convenient although a bit distance from D1 but still easily accessible using taxi, grab, etc. The management did a well planning for my booking due to our flight schedule and upgraded our unit to host 2 families. The room is new, spacious, clean, make you feel so comfortable either for a short and long stay. The staff are super helpful providing great recommendations as well as guiding us for the best way to travel around. Plenty choice of food with the Annam Gourmet, Starbuck, Faifo Lane, Sach Pho and few restaurants at walking distance. Facilities in the service apartment complete and exceeded our expectation. The kids spent so much time at the pool as it came with slide, massage pool, hot pool and kids' pool. Most important, this property located at less traffic area which is good place to relax and get away from hectic busy D1. Nothing!

I think swimming pool quite big, good for having relax time there. Rooms are good for having private time. Sometime internet is low but still ok. If having any unplease, just call guest service then ok.

One of my favorite brands, take a look and see what a thoughtful welcome gift it is. I have stayed at Somerset Feliz for quite some time. The security and luggage staff are dynamic and always provide dedicated guidance. The security officer named Linh is the most impressive employee. He is always smiling and speaks good English. My children really like him. The front desk staff is always welcoming and gives you useful information and support to ensure smooth delivery and handling of inquiries. The swimming pool was massive and even had different access points and a slide etc. plenty of building amenities and it was very secure and convenient having shops across the road. Nothing, it exceeded expectations.

Also inspite of late check out confirmation in writing through message on the Booking.com app they insisted to check out early which was disappointing

- Myungho (10/5): - 높은 아파트단지 내 숙소. 1층에 서머셋 펠리즈 카운터가있다. 1군에서 차로 약20분 거리이다. 숙소는 아주아주 좋다. 모든게 완벽하다. 편의점도 있고 미용실과 마사지,식당도 있다.특히 수영장이 매우 훌륭하다.3-A층에서 연결된다.우리가족은 잠시 쇼핑한거 이외에 대부분 편하게 놀았다. 아침식사는 쿠폰을 주는데(신청한경우) 한장당 15만동 으로 1층 스타벅스에서 음료와 빵종류를 살수있다. 초과하면 추가지불도 된다. 길건너 페밀리마트가 좋다. 옆 마트는 좀 고급 식자재 전문 느낌이다. 앞으로 자주 이용할 생각이다

I booked for a 3 bedrooms apartment the voucher is not enough for us to spend with 5 guests given us 20 vouchers to spend for 5 days stay very uncomfortable.
