- Büşra (7/5): Pleasant - We stayed at **Residenza Briati** in Venice. The room was nice, spacious, and airy, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The hotel’s location was also very good, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful—they even offered us coffee, which we really appreciated. There were mosquitoes in the room, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Also, even when we closed the windows, a lot of noise came from outside, so the sound insulation was not very good. Another point of confusion was that the check-in building was different from the building where we stayed, which caused some uncertainty at first. We had already paid the city tax via Booking.com, but we were charged again at check-in. Since the amount was small and the staff were very polite, we didn’t question it further, but we didn’t fully understand the reason.

- Alessio (8/5): - L'alloggio è situato nel cuore di dorsoduro in posizione molto comoda e strategica per chi come noi ha visitato Venezia in due giorni. Il personale è disponibile e gentile. Ottima la pulizia e la dotazione dell'alloggio. Forse per 4 persone la sistemazio e è stata scomoda a causa del divano letto.

- ΕΛΕΝΗ (8/5): Good accommodation and amazing location - The room was nice and comfortable perfect for a couple. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and caffès nearby. Cleaning service was provided daily which was also a plus. Concierge was really helpful and friendly and there was always someone available when needed. Sometimes there was noise during the night coming from the neighbors but nothing too annoying

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett zwar nicht sehr breit, aber mit guter Matratze. Sehr einfache Ausstattung, sehr dunkel und ein Bad mit sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeit. Die extra hervorgehobene Möglichkeit zum Kaffee kochen entpuppte sich als 2 kleine Tütchen Nescafé, die nach dem ersten Tag nicht erneuert wurden.

- Victoria (9/5): Eine wirklich gute Alternative in Dorsoduro - Ein wirklich schönes Zimmer im für venezianische Verhältnisse noch erschwinglichen Rahmen, wunderbar gelegen am Campo S. Margherita mit vielen netten, auch von Locals besuchten Bars. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Vorraum mit Sitzgelegenheit, der ein bisschen Ausweichmöglichkeit aus dem nicht allzu großen Zimmer bot und die Möglichkeit bietet, auf den Balkon zu gehen. Das Zimmer ist auch 100% sauber und schick renoviert, was man von außen nicht unbedingt vermutet! Besonders danken wir dem netten Herrn vom Check In, uns extra ins Zimmer begleitet zu haben. Schön vielleicht auch, dass es sich um den Anbau eines traditionellen Hotels handelt, was in Venedig doch ethischer ist als eine Ferienwohnung ... Durch die Lage in der engen Gasse kommt nicht sehr viel Licht ins Zimmer, aber das ist in einer solch verwinkelten Altstadt nicht selten ...

Host was amazing. Stairs were an obstacle for us with our luggage. The alley is very dark. A kilt le bit outdated.

- Severine (9/5): Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet hôtel. - Chambre très bien décorée près d’une place animée dans un beau quartier. Accueil chaleureux et très prévenant. L’animation dans la rue et sur la place voisine rende la chambre un peu bruyante en soirée.
- Pasquale (7/5): Ottima posizione e staff disponibile, peccato per la sicurezza! - Punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione ottima, in una calle di Campo Margherita, vicinissimo anche l'hotel in cui abbiamo effettuato il check-in, inoltre l'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha permesso anche il deposito bagagli dopo aver lasciato la struttura, la pulizia nel complesso è buona (da migliorare quella del bagno),la stanza molto piccola e calda ma per una notte andava più che bene, letto molto comodo. L'unica pecca è stata la porta d'ingresso, dopo il portone esterno si accede tramite scale all'appartamento, sito al primo piano, diviso poi nelle varie stanze, ma la porta d'ingresso non si può chiudere in alcun modo, rimane accostata, per cui chiunque abbia accesso all'edificio o superi il primo portone, potrebbe entrare senza problemi ed è un vero peccato perché la struttura merita, ma non da un'idea di sicurezza, suggerisco vivamente di sostituirla, farebbe davvero la differenza. La nostra stanza era abbastanza silenziosa, solo nel corridoio si sentivano le voci provenienti dall'esterno.

- Heather (7/5): Excellent location - Location is excellent, 10 min walk from arrival at piazalle roma. Staff are lovely, very helpful and speak very good English. Very clean. We found our room and bathroom quite small for our personal liking. Whilst you cant hear any outside noise which is great, we could hear the other guests every word in the rooms next to us and unfortunately all the other guests were quite noisy. The bed was also fairly uncomfortable so this in addition to the noisy neighbours meant we didnt sleep very well during our stay. Would recommend a safe is installed in the rooms.

- Anna Allan (7/5): It was ok - The room was clean and bathroom was nice and modern. I mentioned it was my birthday during my stay and they organised balloons and HP message, which was quite sweet. Room was smaller than per photos, there were 2 windows that looked directly at a wall, so no view at all. Storage space for clothes is very very small, suited us for 3 days but kept most clothes in our bags.... Room is located in another building from reception, both have lots of stairs to get to them and lots of walking there and back if you have suitcases.
- Małgorzata (10/5): Świętnie spędzony czas z mnóstwem wrażeń, w otoczeniu zabytków i jednocześnie przemiła obsługa. - Śniadania znakomite, duży wybór, smacznie. Ładny widok z okna jadalni, przyjemna lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko, wokół mnóstwo restauracji, sklep dobrze zaopatrzony w odległości około 200 m, zresztą wszystko było w promieniu 200-300 m. Zdecydowanie godne polecenia. Śniadania były w innym budynku, w odległości może 50 m. Zupełnie nie przeszkadzało. Komunikacyjnie znakomite położenie, trochę na uboczu szlaków turystycznych, jednak wszędzie blisko. Okolica przyjazna. Nie miałem negatywnych odczuć. Wszystko było ok. Obsługa supermiła, bardzo dyskretna. Byli na każdą prośbę, a właściwie byli niewidzialni. Mały hotelik, ale sporo gości a obsługa dawała radę z uśmiechem.

Sometimes the noise from outside was loud in the middle of the night, but I suppose that's the case everywhere in Venice. There was no elevator, so carrying heavy bags and suitcases up to the first or second floor was a bit of a struggle.

A 20 min caminando de la estación/ plaza San Marco. Baño totalmente reformado. Nuestra habitación estaba en un segundo sin ascensor.

- mauro (9/5): - Very kind staff. amazing location in a historic residence and one of the most lively and genuine areas in Venice. Room recently refurbished and absolutely clean. Some smell in the bathroom, which i believe is a common issue in Venice

- Oleksii (10/5): - Our stay was perfect, thanks to this beautiful accommodation! The room was very clean, everything was working properly, we were provided with a kettle, fridge, AC and tea and coffee, shower gel & shampoo and much more. The design of the room was modern and beautiful. The location was also spot on. Breakfast was really nice as well! But what we liked the most was definitely the staff and their hospitality. Special thank you to the worker called Elias, he was one of the nicest people we’ve met!!! Him and other workers really made our days there special and warm. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and will 100% come back again and again.

- Maggiber (10/5): - Il signor Elias was the person who received us, a very intelligent, warm and nice person that was very comitted to help us with everything we need, and make us feel good. The place was great.
