- Paolo (4/5): Terribile - Posizione e pulizia Tutto il resto. Recapito telefonico sul Sito sbagliato. Messaggi a cui non rispondevano. Riesco a recuperare numero (cellulare) dal sito dell’hotel. Mi dicono che la camera è disponibile e che faranno il check-in anticipato, arrivo e mi dicono che la stanza non è pronta. Tv non funzionante. In bagno neanche un appendino per asciugamani e accappatoio. Uso booking dagli inizi dell’anno 2000 e credo di aver avuto, complessivamente, due tre delusioni. Questa è una di quelle. Invito a fare maggiore selezione delle strutture. Era una tariffa non rimborsabile. Da evitare

Reception reachable during the night, but takes a little while. No elevator. The AC was Not working properly and always Had to be Controlled from the reception. No fridge, No Kettle, nor safe in the room.

- Alexandre (9/5): - Quarto muito confortável e bem preparado. Limpeza bem feita. Excelente relação qualidade-preço com uma localização muito boa com metro a cerca de 7min a pé. O staff foi muito prestável e simpático. O facto de o quarto ter sido mesmo ao lado da receção fez com que facilmente ouvisse barulho, o que foi um pouco chato quando queria descansar.

Posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Nota di merito alla doccia spaziosa e ben funzionante Si potrebbero fare delle modifiche alle porte, un po vecchie che danno l'idea di poca privacy e sicurezza. La posizione è a 10 minuti dalla metro, ma non è così centrale da permettere spostamenti notturni (superata l'ora in cui la metro non passa più), per questo è probabilmente più indicato per chi cerca la tranquillità e ha un budget limitato.

- daniele (8/5): Oltre le mie aspettative - Sono stato una notte, sono arrivato nel pomeriggio, mi sono riposato ed ho lasciato la camera poco prima dell'alba. La camera era pulita, in ordine, spaziosa e luminosa, con due piccoli balconcini con vista su citylife. Il bagno in camera era pulito, comodo e c'erano biancheria e saponi a disposizione. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile anche a notte tarda. Ho ancora difficoltà a capire perché sia un hotel una stella perché per servizi e posizione ne merita almeno 3. L'hotel non ha ascensore ed essendo una palazzina storica credo non si possa mettere

- Xavier (4/5): Décevant je ne reviendrai pas - La gentillesse du personnel L emplacement Bruit toute la nuit de la climatisation qui était insupportable. Des personnes ont tapés à la porte de l entrée de l’hôtel pendant au moins deux heures sans que personnes n ouvrent. Je suis descendu pour allé voir et les clients voulaient rentrer car ils avaient une réservation. La porte de la chambre laisse passer la lumière du couloir qui est allumée toute la nuit. Nous entendons les clients dans la nuit qui montent dans leurs chambres. Aucune insonorisation. Avec mon fils nous avons réussi à nous endormi vers 3 h du matin de fatigue .

Bardzo czystko! Brak małej lodówki, brak windy hotel ma 4 pietra i strome schody, brak czajnika, brak kubków oraz talerzy czy sztućcy jeśli pobyt jest dłuższy niż 2-3 dni jest to problematyczne. WiFi na 4 piętrze czasem przerywało
- Clara (10/5): Excellent séjour en famille à la Villa Giovanna - Très bon séjour dans cet Hôtel ! C’est un très bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre est fonctionnelle et propre, le personnel est agréable et arrangeant (arrivée le premier jour à 22h + possibilité de laisser les bagages gratuitement le dernier jour) avec la clientèle. Le ménage est fait tous les jours (changement de serviettes, etc…) L’hôtel est en plus bien situé (7min de l’arrêt de métro Wagner qui est à 6 stations du duomo)
