- Arjen (4/5): room pictures are misleading! - Location is perfect, view on the lake! General look of the hotel is ok. We booked the room with view on the lake, in which we stayed. However, the pictures shown with that room are not correct. Those belong to a much bigger room type. We did not have the little sitting area which is shown. When asked about that at reception, the staff said the picture are for ‘illustration purposes only’, but it is clear they are not honest about it. Staff in general is vey disappointing and disrespectful (with one exception). The door lock was broken, we had to use the key card for many times before it opened. Breakfast is super bad, very very basic and disappointing.

Inner courtyard room dark.

What we got was as a hotel room was far from the beautiful view of the lake but instead a dark and sober room with no sunlight entering ! The rooms are located on a pulmón with Noisy jacuzzi’s! - Dennis (9/5): Superb - Great modern hotel close to the city center of Bariloche. Very good breakfast. Nice views from the lounge area. Friendly staff. In my room the internet didnt work well and there was quite a bit of noise from the corridor.
- Jasmine (5/5): Overpriced - The location and the cleanliness of the hotel was great! There is no internet or cell service at all in the rooms (and the staff said it was the same for every room), so it's really boring and inconvenient in the evenings etc because you can't use your phone or laptop at all. There is very, very spotty signal in the lounge but it's quite noisy from the ping pong table and a really annoying arcade game that repeatedly makes shooting sounds. The included breakfast also isn't very nice, there's a lot of cake considering the hour of the day and in terms of savoury options you only have dry bread, eggs, hot dog sausages, a few fruits and cereal (except there is no cold milk). Considering we were paying £20 per person, per night, we wanted a bit of money back considering all of this but the hotel wasn't responsive at all. We ended up going to the reception desk four days in row because they kept telling us conflicting times that the manager was in. In the end, the receptionist and manager never gave us an answer, Booking.com sorted it for us.

- Lepeshkn (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, just in the heart of the city. Some restaurants are nearby. The hotel has an excellent view from the hall. The kitchen was really helpful. Sometimes it was a bit noisy.
- Sophia (7/5): Good - Well located to center of town and bus stations. Generally clean, functional, good WiFi. The lake views from the main floor (4) are wonderful and it was a nice place to hang out. I paid extra for a lake view room and was on the second floor where there were power lines so a little bit of a let down but I came to appreciate any time I got to spend looking out at the water. I didn’t find the breakfast to be particularly edible (lot of dessert) but I don’t really consider this too important for my hotel stays. The room is certainly no frills, so it’s functional but not cute/cozy. Can’t compare it to other center of town hotels though!

Essas sao minhas únicas queixas.

No quarto tem uma garrafinha pra esquentar água o que ajuda muito pra um chazinho ou cafezinho. O quanto tinha um vista direto para a lagoa , tornando as manhãs mais lindas ainda . Mesmo estando fazendo 1 grau no quanto não dava pra sentir pois o sistema de aquecimento do hotel funciona perfeitamente. O café é bom , só senti falta de fritas e suco natural pois o sus o servido é de caixa . No o mais foi Ótimo , ao lado de tudo e bem no centro .

I stayed for only one night prior to leaving to the airport and it was an accomodation that met my needs. I would stay here again. Helpful and friendly staff who were always willing to support with organising trips etc. Breakfast was good as well and the rooms clean. Unfortunately, we had quite a big problem with the temperature in the room. We were two adults and a small baby, and a radiator on maximum heat with no way to regulate it. It was around 30 degrees in the room every night (we have a thermometer in our baby monitor). We all slept badly because of this, especially the baby who woke up many times and got a heat rash on the body. We asked the staff three times to please turn off the heating in our room, which they promised to do, and I think they might have done during the afternoon, but every night we woke up again sweating in very high temperatures. We tried opening the window, but as the room faced the street, there was quite a lot of traffic noise. Besides that, it seems crazy to have a radiator on full blast with the window open (Especially in an eco-minded hotel). We were quite frustrated about this issue, as it seems to be an easy thing to avoid. Apart from this, we liked the hotel, but unfortunately it overshadowed somehow to have 4 bad nights of sleep.

The staff told something like ‘sorry your room is busy’ On the second day it took about 1 hour of negotiations and even a call to booking support to move to the room we booked. The rooms are cleaning really bad. And leaving the dirty cups on the table😵💫 Poor breakfast. No air conditioning and the windows are in the noisy street.

- Harlen (7/5): Overall experience good! - The location and the view to the lake! Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful! The lobby area is also great with a astonishing view of the lake. The internet is terrible and by “terrible” I mean very slow and unstable! The signal in the rooms is also poor. I could experience a long interruption while the lobby had like 10-15 people. The breakfast is simple, few options. I did noticed a significant change on the variety of items from the Tuesday (when I checked in) and Friday (check-out). It seems they limited the items of the breakfast during the week. Somethings were simply missing, like eggs, bacon.

Pedí por favor que la asearan, pero me comentaron que solo sería posible al día siguiente porque el personal de aseo ya se había retirado. Estuve 2 noches en el hotel con el piso y el baño sin ser aseados. Solo se limitaron a hacer la cama. La caja de seguridad estaba fuera de servicio, lo que es una desventaja al momento de dejar objetos de valor. El desayuno pésimo. Poca variedad para ser considerado "buffet". Loza y vasos sucios, baja disponibilidad de cubiertos. Panes fríos y añejos, sin tostador disponible para poder calentar. Termos de café y té fríos; y café con pésimo sabor. Fruta vieja y poco apetecible. No incluyen huevos revueltos, tiene costo adicional. Lo único con buen sabor fueron las medias lunas, el resto deplorable. Tuvimos que salir a tomar desayuno afuera. En resumen, NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL. No vale lo pagado. Precio/calidad terrible.
