• Donovan (10/5): This is truly a home away from home. Host's are exceptionaly helpfull and understanding. - The hosts have put a lot of thought into supplying absolutly everything you need and what you would find in your own home. I cannot compliment the host's enough for everything. Out of all the places we stayed in Japan this was definently the 10/10 we could not wait to get back there for a few day's before our flight back to South Africa. Thank you for making the start and end of our stay in Japan a fantastic memory. I have nothing to dislike about this stay.

• Eric Ang (10/5): The best stay in Japan at Ota City - The place is very clean and quiet near to train station, there are a few restaurants near by. Good location 👌 Only 1 toilet for shower. We have 6 paxs so a little waiting is needed but with te control should not be a problem 👌

Owner is very responsive and helpful It’s a little far from city center but train station is about 15 minutes walk in a nice residential neighborhood

• Eriko (10/5): 最高！ - 離れて住む身内8名(うち幼児3名)で都内観光に利用させていただきました。 施設内の至るところに細やかな心遣いを感じられ、シニアも幼児もストレスなくとても寛いで過ごすことができました。ベッドルームの数がちょうど良く、清掃も行き届いていました。 同メンバーで過去に他の都内の民泊施設も利用しましたが今後はもうずっとこちらを利用させていただきたいです。 都心からも駅からもやや遠いですが、幸い天気が良かったので問題ありませんでした。

• HIROTAKA (8/5): 家族5人で利用させていただきましたが、駐車場付きで我が家のように快適に過ごすことができました。 - キッチンには調味料が揃っており、洗面所にはドラム式の洗濯機と洗剤や柔軟剤、洗濯ネットもありました。滞在するのに必要なものが全て揃っていて、まるで自分の家にいるように快適に過ごせました。 子供向けの玩具やぬいぐるみもあり、子供が喜んでいました。 ミネラルウォーターやワイン、お菓子のプレゼントもあり嬉しかったです。 都心なので仕方がないと思いますが、駐車場が狭く車の出し入れが大変でした。 写真とは違いリビングやダイニングに物が多く、荷物を広げると私物か施設の備品かわからなくなる感じでした。 飾ってあるものに埃が溜まっているのが気になりました。

• Igosan (10/5): - Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter ausgezeichnet. Alle wirklich alle Infos haben wir vor der Anreise erhalten. Anleitungen, Hinweise, Wegbeschreibungen und Empfehlungen. Wirklich Top! Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit dieser Unterkunft und deren grösse war einfach krass. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts alle funktioniert wie es soll. Man fühlt sich wohl und heimelig. Für reisende die es etwas näher oder 15- 20 Minuten gehen zu viel ist bis zur Metro, können auf den Buss ca. 10 minuten ausweichen. Sonst ist die Lage top umgeben von Locals und natürlich 5 min bis zum nächsten Konbini Shop. Eine meiner schönsten Umterkünfte bis jetzt.👍
• Sophie (10/5): A perfect stay - We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, quiet, and truly charming house :) There was plenty of space and everything was clean and perfectly equipped. We especially appreciated all the comfort provided (towels, hairdryer, air conditioning, washing machine, garage, bottles of water, etc.). The check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the tablet. A big thank you to our host for the little gifts, for her responsiveness and kindness. She even sent the coat my mother had forgotten in the house by parcel, at her own expense. We were very touched. We absolutely loved the massage chair (pure happiness!) and the fish in the aquarium, which I enjoyed feeding every day, they were so cute to watch. The location is very convenient: the neighborhood is quiet, there are several convenience stores within walking distance, bus stops are nearby, and the house is very close to Haneda Airport, which is very convenient when you arrive with luggage. The value for money is excellent, especially for such a large and well-equipped house. We truly had a very good stay and hope to come back very soon!! ❤️ Nothing

• Yuuko (10/5): また行きたい - 全てそろっているところ。家電もいいものが揃っており、洗剤とかは置いてくれてるのですぐに使える。調理器具、お皿もきれいな新しいものも用意されて整頓されて収納されており、使いやすかった。水槽に魚がいてて、これがまた癒しになりエサをあげてこどもたちもよろこんでました。トイレもお風呂もきれいでした。素敵な美味しいプレゼントもあり、駐車場付きでこの値段はお得でした。布団もシーツもきれいで、芳香剤も置いてあり、とても居心地がよかったです。 駅から遠いので自転車とかがあるとなお便利かもしれません。あとは調味料、置いてあるものは使っていいのかどうかわからず、消費期限切れのものもあり、いっそのこと全てナシにしてもらうと清潔感が増す気がします。

Our family of 4 enjoyed this house the most out of the 6 different places we stayed during our trip to Japan. Every amenity you could possibly need, clean and tidy, the aircons worked perfectly to cool us down in the summer heat. And we cannot say enough good things about the amazing host! So kind, thoughtful, easy to communicate, and arranged airport transfer for us on the day we left. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

There was a strong smell of sweat on used pillows/ cushions and beddings/ DUVET in the Living room SOFA and downstairs bedroom, very dusty relaxing Massaging Chair, I couldn't use as a result but I think everything else was spotless and excellent,

Great host, always quick response and provide good support for our stay. We would like to stay again if we go to Tokyo next time. We have two big luggages and we have difficulty to find space to open them on the ground floor. Later on we decided to bring one luggage to upper floors which have more space.
• Sukhbir (10/5): Home away from home 🏡 - It’s a 3 storey house. Ground floor there’s a toilet, bathroom fully equipped together with a washing machine and dryer, a room with queen bed and a massage chair. First floor is the sitting area, dining area, kitchen with everything you need and a toilet. Second floor has 2 rooms (1 room with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds). We love the neighbourhood, quiet and peaceful. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the Otorii Station on Keikyu Line. Restaurants à plenty around. Quite a number of convenience stores around too. Host is very friendly and helpful. We drove from Takasaki and arrived at 1.30pm. I requested to allow us to park our car first as the check in time is only at 4pm. The host allowed us to park. We parked our car and walked around the neighbourhood and came back to check in at 4pm. We had a nice surprise as the host gave us a bottle of rose wine and also a superbly delicious cake as a welcome gift. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my family and friends ❤️. Nothing

• Lady (10/5): What a delightful property - A little back story:It's our first out of the country trip that we didn't stay in a hotel because we booked quite late. So we weren't really expecting much but just a place to sleep warmly at night basically. As per normal practice, we bring our own toiletries, we did our groceries prior to check in so could have the essentials like water (the property did mention they had toiletries but we were skeptical to be honest). And oh my god we can't be more wrong. This property had EVERYTHING--literally everything and a lot of everything, like they have a ton of water (with a couple more as back up in the storage), they had a couple of options for shampoo, they have moisturizer, they have a ton of ponytail, they have a lot of plates and glasses in various shapes and sizes and the list goes on and on. We felt really welcomed because they took so much care in the little details to ensure we have a comfortable stay. And we had welcome gifts which was pleasantly surprising. Location for us was great as well: it was round 170m from the bus stop that gets you to the nearest station. It had Family Mart ,7/11 and a nearby grocery which is open round the clock. The owner warned us the way it was cleaned may not meet out expectations but it was great as well. The place in itself was very IG friendly. The washing machine worked just fine by the way. Overall, it was a very delighful and comfortable stay. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Nothing worth writing about really.👍
• Dagiao (10/5): Exceptional - There are everything you need in the house. Too much stuffs in the house.. it makes the house a little bit crowded. Also the aquarium is a little bit annoying. XD
• Hon (9/5): A great place for a family or group of friends - The place was spotless and very comfortable for a family of four. There was enough space so our family could spread out. The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great water pressure. We really enjoyed our stay! It took us a while to figure out how to use everything. The location was accessible to central Tokyo but the commute was longer than expected as you had to take a bus then train.
