Gareth (8/5): Overall Pretty Good La, My Top 3 Hotel in JB - + Indoor parking + Breakfast level in between room levels; always got lift up and down, no congestions + Cozy room + TV upgraded since last visit in 2024 + 2 malls and plenty of eateries right across the road. Got pedestrian crossing traffic light to cross safely + Breakfast staff very attentive - Parking quite tight, but do-able if park properly - Shower drainage could be better, small issue - Gym no sanitiser + cloth to wipe down equipment - If room is facing the mall street, may hear karaoke until midnight; thankfully they stop at midnight

Aie Ching (10/5): - The breakfast food was quite ordinary with limited choices. The fried noodles didn’t taste good, and the salad vegetables weren’t very fresh. The nasi lemak was nice though, especially with the chili 👍🏻👍🏻. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite a shopping mall, which is a plus. We would stay here again next time.

Manjunath (5/5): Disappointing stay: poor breakfast, next door bar loud noise till 2 AM, Loud exhaust fan noise in washroom, small rooms - Clean I faced several issues during my stay. The internet was very slow, and breakfast was disappointing it’s better to eat outside. Rooms facing the roadside are a nightmare because of loud music from the bar next door that continues until 2 AM. Even on a higher floor, the noise was unbearable. The bathroom exhaust fan was too loud, and the soap and shampoo dispensers felt unnecessary; a simple bar of soap would be much better because the dispensers are not enough. Compared to hotel NY, the room sizes here are smaller, yet the price is higher. My mistake was judging the hotel by its exterior it looked promising, but the experience turned out to be quite disappointing.

The room was pretty good-sized, and Mum and I slept well. The bathroom, though clean, was quite simple. Would have appreciated hand soap and more toilet paper 😁

Alex (6/5): A bit disappointed ! - I liked the location & the Deluxe King Suite room I booked was a good size. When I checked-in there was a sign that said there will be renovation/construction noise during my stay between 1200-1700 (12pm-5pm). This was Friday afternoon (23rd) & I only planned to stay a night so the noise issue wasn't a concern as I would be out most of the afternoon & will likely check-out before 1200 (12pm). The next morning the noise issue started at about 0930 (9:30am) when we were still sleeping ! There was occasionally very loud drilling happening which woke everyone up. It was impossible to sleep once the noise started, I gave my feedback to the front desk during check-out & was only offered a "sorry" !!!
