- Laura de Los Ángeles (10/5): - En resumen nuestra estancia fue magnífica, reservamos la habitación copecabana todo muy cómodo en el hotel, qué por cierto es pintoresco muy bonito con temática brasileña, lo recomiendo, cerca tiene dos estaciones de tranvía, cualquiera de las dos es conveniente para movilizarse según la ruta, la zona donde esta es muy tranquila, nuestra habitación tenía pequeño juego de comedor esquinero para 2 personas, cocina, microondas y cafetera y utensilios, balcón y una silla colgante dentro de la habitación. Todo me gustó.

- silvia (9/5): - La gente de la recepción super amables y alguno habla español lo que nos facilito mucho. Tiene un lugar para poder jugar metegol,ping pong ,pool. La habitacion es grande con balcón y cocina. Hay café libre en un determinado horario eso es espectacular. Todo super perfecto.

Everything was very clean and bathroom was also nice. Staff were nice. Rooms get very hot and stuffy at night and it isn’t possible to control the temperature, having the balcony doors open didn’t really help either. Some chairs on the balcony would also be nice!

Location is great as has very close buses and trains. Bed was really comfy but maybe a little small for 2 people if you like some space but not too much of an issue at all. Bathroom was decorated amazingly and was super clean and nice. Tv had Netflix and YouTube on it. Had a balcony which was nice Was a little warm in the room at times in which customers can’t control the aircon but for the most part is was okey/fine. The lampshade above the sofa area was way to close where you’d bang your head sometimes. Would love to see Disney plus also added to the tv if it isn’t already (couldn’t find it).

Vielen lieben Dank ♥️ Es sind die Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer die unbedingt ausgebessert werden müssen wie Regendusche reparieren, Lichtschalter beim Bett defekt.

Há uma caixa de som Bluetooth no quarto e outra no espelho do banheiro, curti bastante. Além disso há uma geladeira bem maior que tradicionais frigobares e microondas. Também há chaleira e cafeteira de sachê. Mas o grande diferencial são os funcionários brasileiros. Muita simpatia e eficiência!

- Gabriel (9/5): Moderno y cómodo - Hotel muy moderno y bien equipado. La habitación era amplia y contaba con una pequeña cocina muy útil. Solo mencionar que, al igual que muchos hoteles hoy, no limpian la habitación a diario. Uno esperaría que con esa política cobren menos que cuando lo hacían pero no es así.

- Uwe (8/5): - Die Gardinen waren zum Teil von der Gardinenleiste gelöst. Die hätte man an der Leiste an der Decke wieder einfädeln können. Das macht keinen guten Eindruck, wenn das direkt beim Betreten des Apartments auffällt.

- Jennifer Helene (10/5): Schönes Hotel in der Nähe der Marx Halle - Das Zimmer war sehr groß, schön und ordentlich. Der Balkon war in den Innenhof gerichtet - dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Wir waren bei einer Veranstaltung in der Marx Halle - dafür ist das Hotel super gelegen. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist. Die Straßenbahn Haltestelle war auch nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

- Marion (3/5): - Ja, ein sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist der verständnisvoll am Telefon war, als ich später vom Flughagen kam. Der Geruch im Zimmer, es riecht stickig, modrig und nicht frisch. Der Balkon ist nur ein Mauervorsprung maximal 50 cm breit und die Mauerstücke liegen herum. Es ist auch eine hässliche Gegend, ohne Atmosphäre und kein Grün.

- Lena (9/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σύγχρονο, όμορφο και άνετο. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή, πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και στα μέσα μεταφοράς(λεωφορεία, τρένα, τραμ). Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και η πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα μας διευκόλυνε στην ετοιμασία πρωινού αλλά και μεσημεριανού όταν το χρειαστήκαμε. Μου άρεσε πολύ! Αυτό που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί είναι η καθαριότητα! Δεν θα έλεγα σε καμία περίπτωση ότι ήταν βρώμικο...Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες ήταν καθαρά και ο χώρος προσεγμένος.. Όμως με μια πιο προσεκτική ματιά κάποιος διακρίνει οτι θα μπορούσε να έχει γίνει και καλύτερη καθαριοτητα...

Pokój był przestronny, komfortowy i kompleksowo wyposażony. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Bardzo doceniamy sympatyczne gesty ze strony obiektu, takie jak stały dostęp do kawy i herbaty w lobby oraz możliwość bezproblemowego pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

- Petra (9/5): Ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. - Frühstück sehr gut, Lage perfekt, wenn man in die Marx-Halle oder zum Gasometer muss, Zimmer sind groß und sauber, auch die Küche ermöglicht eine Selbstverpflegung, Außenrollos bei den Fenstern, sehr ruhige Lage In der Dusche war die Gummileiste bei der Tür kaputt, der Frühstücksraum ist eher klein und die Tische stehen sehr eng beieinander
- Burkhard (6/5): Komfortables Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal - aber Frühstück macht man sich lieber selber. - Die Zimmer sind neu, das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Bett und gute Dusche. Guter Kaffee in der Lobby. Gute Lage sehr nahe an Straßenbahn und S-Bahn. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, das Drumherum klappt noch nicht gut. Küchenausstattung muß man zubuchen, und dann bekommt man genau zwei Messer, zwei Teller, zwei Löffel etc., aber kein Brotmesser, kein gezahntes Wurstmesser, kein Schneidbrett. Und genau eine Kaffeekapsel und ein Spülmaschinentab für fünf Tage. Reinigung gibt es offiziell alle drei Tage - aber nachdem ich den Zimmerservice wegen einer Videokonferenz zu genau dieser Zeit abweisen mußte, kam später auch keiner wieder. Das Frühstück war völlig daneben - Um fünf nach sieben waren Eier und Würstchen aus - und wurden auch nicht nachgelegt, die Croissants waren nicht frisch, es gab nicht einmal Butter. Die Margarine in abgepackten Päckchen war so warm, daß sie im Päckchen komplett flüssig war. Brötchen, aber kein Brot. Nach diesem mißlungenem Versuch habe ich eingekauft und mein eigenes Frühstück gemacht. Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr schön und komfortabel, aber leider erinnert man sich an die kleinen Ärgernisse. Bin aber bereit, es bei der nächsten Reise noch mal zu versuchen.
