Mike (9/5): - Ik heb hier verbleven voor 3 nachten. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed. Kamers zijn ruim en personeel vriendelijk. Faciliteiten zijn goed. Ruim zwembad, ruime gym en sauna’s/stoombad schoon. Hier er daar lopen ze iets achter qua onderhoud.

Petit déjeuner très bien (hors mis pour les amateurs de thé, il n'y avait pas d'earl grey). Bcp d'équipements : salle de sport, piscine et spa. Gentillesse de l'équipe. L'espace de la chambre Brosse à dent + dentifrice offert dans la salle de bain. Mais beaucoup de choses pas en état de marche: frigo qui ne refroidit pas changé au bout de 2 jours, lampes HS qui n'ont pas été remplacés. Problème de mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain, aucun crochet pour suspendre les serviettes ou vêtements dans la salle de bain, difficulté à faire fonctionner la clim/chauffage. Porte cassée dans le spa Les 4 étoiles n'y sont pas actuellement trop de choses à réparer.

Camilla (4/5): - Central location, spacious room, easy check‑in The furniture in the room was quite worn. The hotel was without electricity and water for about 12 hours, and it didn’t seem like they had any kind of emergency plan. The room became extremely hot, and there was no shower or toilet. For five people in one room, it became quite unbearable. It was fine to use the stairs when the elevator was out of service, but four floors had no windows in the stairwell, so it was completely dark. The emergency exit signs were just stickers, with no lighting. We received no information from the staff, and they appeared annoyed and irritated when we asked. Later, we ordered a coffee at the bar and were told they only accepted cash. We only had cards. The staff told us to withdraw money from the ATM to pay for the coffee. It is of course completely unreasonable to withdraw cash and pay a fee just for a coffee. I asked if we could have it for free since we had been without power and water all day, but they just laughed and said we had to pay. In the end, one of the employees brought the card terminal from reception, and suddenly we were able to pay by card after all. We did not receive any refund, but they drove us to the airport at checkout as compensation.
Joseph (6/5): לילה באלבניה - הזמנו סוויטה 70 מטר, מיקום המלון מצוין הטלוויזה היתה ללא קול (הגיעו לנסות לסדר, בסוף החליפו אותה) בריכת המלון אומנם גדולה אבל לא מתוחזקת כמו עוד דברים אחרים, יש בדופן ימין שלה חתיכת מתכת פינתית של הרצפה שמנותק ובולט לתוך הבריכה, סכנת חיים. הג'קוזי בבריכה לא מוציא זרמים למושבים ולא מחומם (הבריכה יותר חמה ממנו). היינו בספא והדלת זכוכית בחמם התנתקה וכמעט נפלה עלינו. אומנם הצוות מנסה לעשות ככל יכולתו לעזור, לפצות במסג' חינם ואפשר לנו להישאר עד שעה מאוחרת כפיצוי על כל הדברים אך בסיכום הדברים החוויה לא השאירה טעם טוב וחבל. יש למלון פוטנציאל לא מנוצל בעקבות אחזקה לקויה.
Joseph (2/5): לילה ראשון באלבניה - המיקום של המלון קיבלנו חדר, קרש הישיבה באסלה היה מטונף מלמטה למרות שהיה סרט סימון שהאסלה נוקתה. המזגן לא קירר, ניסו להתחל 3 פעמים וזה לא עזר. בלית ברירה החליפו לנו חדר (קטן יותר). 4 בבוקר נפל החשמל במלון נשארנו ללא מיזוג וללא מים, בבוקר נאלצנו לסחוב את המזוודות במדרגות בחושך (אפילו אין תאורת חירום) ארוחת בוקר כמובן שלא היתה. בקיצור חוויה לא מה שציפינו...

Parking Première nuit et journée sans eau ni électricité, impossible de se laver, tirer la chasse d'eau des toilettes, pas de climatisation dans une chambre où aucune fenêtre ne peut être ouverte, 30 degrés un vrai four. Le lendemain nous avons même dû demander à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée car cela n'avait pas été fait. La réception de l'hôtel a été informée directement et nous n'avons reçu aucune compensation. Un hôtel qui ne mérite certainement pas 4 étoiles.

Adrian (10/5): Very pleasant stay in Tirana - Nice hotel within short walking distance to all that Tirana has to offer. Also serves a lovely breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool & spa areas were a nice extra treat to help unwind after a long day exploring the city. Staff were all very helpful & attentive, there were even daily treats such as cupcakes and chocolates on the reception counter for guests to enjoy which was also a nice touch! Very close to top bars and restaurants as well (within 5x minute walk) - all in all a very modern hotel in a fantastic location Some areas of the spa were undergoing some maintenance whilst we were there, but this is not a negative point - it is good to to see that proper maintenance is conducted, and it was not too much of an inconvenience (we just were not able to use the sauna and steamroom whilst we were there, but were able to have treatments, use the pool, gym, and the salt room) - it did not affect the fact we had a great stay in the hotel

Abbiamo pagato di piu' ( con 430 euro andavamo al holtel internazionale che e' bello e ha 4 stelle vere.) fidandoci del vostro giudizio che si e' rivelato inadempiente e poco attinente alle aspettative . Abbiamo porso le nostre lamentale alla struttura ma avendo pagato in anticipo nessuno ci si e' filati . In fondo la nostra prenotazione e' stata fatta con booking e quindi ci hanno indirizzati a voi . Chiediamo quindi un indennizzo del sovrapiu' pagato per a camera migliore che non e' stato evaso e indennizzo sul danno recatoci per aver consigliato una struttura che non ha rispecchiato la realta . Attendiamo un vostro riscontro quanto prima per concludere questo increscioso incomodo che ci ha rovinato la vacanza .

Gábor (8/5): Recommended hotel in Tirane - Family room with jacuzzi was big and comfortable. Balcon view to the mountains was great. City center is within a five minute walk. Pool and spa area was clean and not so busy. Rooftop bar was noisy at night. The window in the bathroom cannot be locked.

Clau83Budapest (4/5): Grande delusione, 2 stelle solo per la posizione - La posizione, perfetta per girare la città a piedi, e la gentilezza delle receptioniste Partiamo dalla stanza, luci non funzionanti, il letto era morbido che ci si affondava dentro, in pratica la schiena non riposa per nulla, dalla stanza posta al 4 piano, entrava luce ovunque perché le tende oscuranti non funzionavano, i rumori esterni li senti tutti, la spa non funzionava nonostante ci fosse stato detto 5 min ed è pronta, piscina sporca con acqua fredda ugualmente la jacuzzi. Ancor peggio la colazione, scarsa e priva di gusto.

Jacopo (9/5): Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante a Tirana - Ho soggiornato al Black Diamond Hotel nella Suite con jacuzzi e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. La stanza era ampia, pulita e ben arredata, offrendo tutto il comfort che ci si aspetta. La colazione a buffet è stata ottima, con una buona varietà di piatti sia dolci che salati. L’unica nota negativa è stata la puzza di fogna che ogni tanto si sentiva dal bagno, un problema che, purtroppo, ha un po’ rovinato l’esperienza in alcuni momenti.

Les équipements saunas, hammam, salt room, fitness sont géniaux ! La piscine chauffée est très agréable, petit bémol elle n'est pas très propre... ! Fatiha (9/5): Hôtel à proximité du centre et très bien équipé - La proximité avec le centre ville, on peut tout faire à pied depuis l'hôtel. L'accueil du personnel au top, à l'écoute de nos besoins et leur gentillesse. Petit déjeuner varié. Parking trop étroit. Heureusement une personne de l'hôtel a pu nous aider.
Alessandra (8/5): Colazione ottima, piscina da migliorare - La colazione davvero ottima, ha superato molti altri alberghi dove sono stata sia per varietà che per qualità, la zona bar/reception con patio esterno è stato un bellissimo luogo di ritrovo, c'era sempre gente ai tavolini e la location veramente buona, a 300 metri dal bazar. La piscina purtroppo non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Molto grande e bella ma aveva alcuni ferri a bordo piscina da incollare e poteva essere potenzialmente pericolosa. La cosa per me peggiore è stata la vasca idromassaggio, in quanto enorme e bellissima, con circa 5,6 sedute idromassaggio, il tutto purtroppo rovinato da una temperatura dell acqua fredda (se fai l'idromassaggio vuoi relax e acqua calda e così non è stato) e c'era un odore poco gradevole. La spa invece molto bella anche se divisa su un altro piano.

Peter (9/5): Lovely stay - would definitely come again. - Hotel was in a great location - a few minutes walk from Skandebeg Square. A Spar supermarket just across the road, and a Currency Exchange just down the road. We had never visited Albania before and wanted a hotel with a gym. It turns out that many of the options on Booking.com claim to have one, but when you investigate it turns out that they mean a public gym nearby. We were able to contact the Black Diamond via Whatsapp and they were very prompt and helpful in answering our questions. Not sure what standard of hotel to expect, but it turns out that the Black Diamond is very much on a par with a UK 4 star hotel such as, for example, a Holiday Inn or Mercure that we use regularly in the UK. Room was a little small, but everything else absolutely fine. Fridge/minibar in room, free safe, modern, clean and comfortable. Wifi worked fine. Hotel public areas also very clean. Breakfast included in the price was more than ample. Cearals, fruit, a couple of hot options and a great range of pastries and cakes - we were very happy with it. Gym was quite decent for a hotel gym: treadmills, bike, cross trainer, bench press, multigym resistance machine, good range of dumbells, mats and fitball. Everything was clean, modern and in good working order. Pool was a nice bonus - used it every day during our stay, and also included in the price. Worked out at 218 euros for two of us for two nights, which included the breakfast and use of the leisure facilities, which I felt was very good value for a Friday and Saturday night in the centre of a capital city. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Tirana. Must finish by saying a big thank you to Maria and Ona, who were amongst the most friendly, helpful and thoroughly nice reception staff we have met anywhere. Hope to see you again soon. A couple of very minor points - room could have done with a little more storage. We were fine for two nights, but if you were here for longer you might have been a little short on space. Gym could do with a spray and paper towels so you can clean the machines after use. Nothing apart from these two minor points.

Eva (6/5): - Super bazén, fajn wellness, jídlo OK, hezký, trochu otlučený ale čistý pokoj, krásná koupelna. Při odchodu mě na recepci nechali zaplatit několik položek z minibaru, u kterých jsem si byla zcela jistá, že jsme je nezkonzumovali. Ohradila jsem se, bohužel recepční na to nereagoval a spěchali jsme na letiště, takže jsem neměla čas a ani chuť věc dál řešit. Vlastně je to maličkost, nešlo o nijak velkou částku, ale úplně zbytečně to kazí celkový dojem, protože jinak byli všichni milý a nápomocní a hotel příjemný.

Aroob (6/5): it was good but it can be better in the price we pay - staff mainly was really nice and helpful. Super friendly and made me feel home. room was clean bed was comfy and location is good. Manager wasn’t so pleasant and they charged me for mini bar which i did not use. and strange smell in toilet which was there from the time i checked in. maybe coz of lack of ventilation.

Dardan (9/5): The hospitality is unmatched, the hotel is great and the location is superb! - We had a wonderful time. The staff were incredible. We met Ona, who not only welcomed us dearly but she put extra efforts to respond to every request we had and also helped us with restaurants reservations and such. When we had some issues with the sauna, she came all the way up with us to address the issue and she communicated with such humanity, decency and class. We simply felt home and we are so thankful for the whole experience! Not much to dislike! The pool and jacuzzi would need a tiny bit more cleaning. We felt a smell in the jacuzzi that wasn't pleasant. It was still very good and not a deal breaker at all. Just a tiny bit to maybe improve in the future.

Florie (10/5): Très bon séjour dans un hôtel confortable, propre et parfaitement situé au centre de Tirana. - L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. La literie est très confortable et la chambre était impeccable. L’établissement est très propre et le personnel est professionnel, disponible et accueillant. Rien de particulier à signaler, l’ensemble du séjour s’est très bien déroulé.
