- SAAD (7/5): شكري وتقديري لجميع العاملين في الفندق - الموقع ممتاز ولو انه فيه ازعاج من اعمال البناء طوال الوقت مدير خدمة العملاء المناوب في ذلك الوقت الاستاذ/راشد الرويشد كان في قمة الاحترام وعلى درجة عالية من المهنية والرقي في التعامل انه قائد فعلاً يستحق التقدير والاشادة حيث انه حوّل شكواي وتعامل مع الشكوى بكل تواضع واحترام وبالعكس أعطاني ترقية للغرفة وتم تمديد الاقامة لمدة ساعتين شكراً له اعمال البناء المجاورة

- Abdulrahman (1/5): الحمام كان فيه اثار بول على الكراسي وشعر منثر في كل مكان في الغرفة والحمام ، كراسي الغرفة كلها متسخه جداً وتحت طاولة الغ - تعامل الموظفة كان جميل جداً ، والمكان قريب من صيدلية ومطاعم واسواق الحمام كان فيه اثار بول على الكراسي وشعر منثر في كل مكان في الغرفة والحمام ، كراسي الغرفة كلها متسخه جداً وتحت طاولة الغرفة يوجد غراش ماي وبقايا اكل ماتنظفت ، المكيف يدوي سبليت وليس رئيسي ومباشرة على راسك وانت راقد ماتقدر توجهه لمكان اخر ، الغرف والحمام تطلع منها ريحة بيض وريحة اكل ليل ونهار ، دفعت حجز شامل الفطور واخذو فوق 50 ريال حق الفطور وعندما نزلت للاستقبال قالو ماعندهم بوفيه والمتوفر فقط شكشوكة ، تخيل انه الساعة 6:30 الفجر اتصل علي المطعم يقولك ايش حابه تاكل بنجيبه الغرفة ولما سالته ايش فيه قال بس شكشوكة وطلبت اني ماحتاج فطور ولم يتم ارجاع الفلوس لي

- Mahdi (2/5): J ai fini par changer l’hôtel - Bonjour, Je fais suite à votre message concernant la réservation n° 5331749120. Je tiens à préciser que je me suis bien présenté à la réception de l’établissement à la date indiquée. Cependant, les réceptionnistes m’ont informé que la chambre ne serait disponible qu’après un délai supplémentaire d’environ trois heures. Ce retard est survenu dans un contexte particulier, marqué par la situation de conflit dans la région, qui a fortement perturbé les déplacements et les conditions de voyage. Après un long trajet éprouvant, j’avais impérativement besoin de me reposer. Face à ce désagrément et à l’absence de solution immédiate, j’ai donc pris la décision de ne pas attendre et de changer d’hôtel. Par conséquent, je conteste le fait d’être considéré comme “non présenté” et vous remercie de bien vouloir prendre en compte cette situation et d’effectuer les vérifications nécessaires auprès de l’établissement. - Suzan Farouk (2/5): - The bed is comfortable The breakfast was very poor and awful The hotel was overbooked and at first when we arrived 90 minutes early than check in they wanted us to get a downgrade for the same money and when we refused they said come back at 3 pm, when we arrived at 3 they said there is no rooms and then they said they will give us upgraded room and suddenly they said they will give the same room type we booked. When I asked about my friend confirmed booking they said they have no room for her and they will send her for another branch 15 km away, when we refused they told us to go and check in other near by hotel and I hardly found a room available because of the exhibition was in the city. The room is ridiculous, the tv is not in front of the bed, the design is wired. The coffee pods was only one in a double room and there was no spoon. The breakfast is less than 1 star hotel. I skipped it on the second day. Very disappointing experience
