Very good value for money for Berlin standards. Quite far away from public transport. On a busy road so leaving the window open is not really an option.

Wir hatten Außenjalousien, sehr gut zum abdunkeln für unser Baby. Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis im Hof. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Bett war bequem und die Kissen hervorragend. Fällt mir nichts ein..

• Andres (9/5): - The rooms are really nice. Brand new hotel. People was really nice and friendly. Super clean. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Quiet and you can make the room super dark I mean, it was not that expensive compare to the rest of the city for a brand new hotel, but the location was a headache. There is nothing around. The subway is 18-20 min walk. No supermarket or anything near by.

• Adrian (6/5): Mittelmäßiges Hotel - Anfrage auf ein Kinderbett wurde umgehend umgesetzt. Lage ist ganz gut (Sbahn und U-Bahn in der Nähe) Bad ohne Duschvorhang sodass es unvermeidbar war das ganze Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Parkplätze gegen Aufpreis von 21€ die Nacht. Kostenloses Parken auf der Strasse davor so gut wie unmöglich durch die Firmen und Wohngebäude in der Nähe. Frühstück für 18€ pro Person war eine Frechheit für das qas man bekommen hat. Lieber das Geld sparen und eins der umliegenden Cafés gehen

• Rita (10/5): Rita, Magyarország - A hotel jól megközelíthető,mégis csendes helyen található. 5 éjszakát töltöttünk a The Niu-ban május elején, 15 órától van check in, mi korábban érkeztünk, felár nélkül elfoglalhattuk a szobát. A személyzet kedves, figyelmes, mosolygós. A hotel hallja barátságos, kellemes, kifejezetten jó illata volt. A szobánk nagyon tiszta,kényelmes, hosszú városnéző túráink után kifejezetten jól aludtunk,az ágy kényelmes, az ágynemű kiváló minőségű volt. Mi kértünk reggelit, ami a mi igényeinket maximálisan kielégítette, a személyzet itt is nagyon kedves volt! Berlin hatalmas, gyönyörű, sok látnivalóra nem maradt időnk. Ha lesz alkalmunk ezt pótolni, szívesen visszajövünk ebbe a hotelbe. Semmiképpen nem negatívumként,inkább csak jelzés értékkel írom, mert az összélményen nem rontott: a fürdőszoba ajtaja kissé nehezen csukódik,érdemes volna állítani a pántokon. Illetve furcsa volt,hogy a szobában nincs szekrény vagy komód a ruháknak.

• Zane (9/5): A good place for great price. - Considering our main goal was to go the Berlin Zoo, the location was perfect for that. Less then 2km by foot and we were at the Zoo. Breakfast was good, although I would have liked a bit bigger choice of foods, but overall very good. Actually no thing tat we did not like. We enjoyed our stay, and for my 5 year old the best thing was the football table in the lobby, I could not keep him away from that.

• Daniela (10/5): Sehr modern, sehr ruhig, top Lage und mega freundlich! - Ein sehr schönes und sehr modernes Hotel. Es gibt bei den Steckdosen USB-A Steckplätze, elektrische Rollläden und sowohl im Schlafraum als auch im Bad eine Bluetooth-Lautsprecher-Anlage. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und sehr ruhig. Obwohl es mitten in Berlin liegt, hatten wir absolut keinen Straßenlärm und konnten nachts wunderbar schlafen. Das Bett und das Schlafsofa sind sehr bequem. Das Schlafsofa war, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten, beim Check-In schon direkt als Bett aufgebaut und bezogen und trotzdem war das Zimmer mit 3 Personen noch schön geräumig. Ich als Mutter mit 2 Kindern (13 Jahre + 9 Jahre). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Es wird sehr darauf geachtet, dass alles immer aufgefüllt ist und die Kaffee-Automaten immer funktionieren. Außerdem gibt es im Frühstücksraum eine Pancake-Maschine, die kontaktlos gestartet wird und bei der man zuschauen kann wie die Pancakes frisch zubereitet werden. Ein absolutes Highlight für meine Kinder. Ich brauchte 1x einen Druck-Service um ein Eintritts-Ticket für eine online gebuchte Aktivität in Berlin auszudrucken. Auch dies wurde direkt und kostenlos an der Rezeption gemacht. Es gibt zwar weder eine S-Bahn noch eine U-Bahn direkt vor der Haustür, aber es fährt direkt um die Ecke alle 10 Minuten ein Bus ins Zentrum. Mit dem Bus erreicht man in kurzer Zeit viele Sehenswürdigkeit und auch den Berliner Hauptbahnhof ohne umzusteigen was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man mit dem Zug und Koffern anreist. Wir sind zum 2. Mal in Berlin gewesen und hatten beim 1. Mal ein anderes Hotel, was eher außerhalb lag und trotzdem nachts deutlich lauter war. Daher ist das Holiday Inn Flash the nie jetzt unser Lieblings-Hotel und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Berlin-Besuch wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Es gibt’s absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

• Nina (7/5): - Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage war etwas zu abseits und die Sauberkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend (fleckiger Teppich). Die Dusche hatte keinerlei Abtrennung, wodurch das ganze Bad immer nass wurde.

• Stefanie (8/5): Wir würden wieder kommen. - Ich hatte einen Kurz-Trip mit meinem 13jährigen Kind nach Berlin gemacht und dafür hat alles super gepasst. Nur ca. 10 min. Gehweg bis zur U-Bahnstation, ruhiges/helles und gemütliches Zimmer. Alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück auch in Ordnung. Wir reisten mit dem Auto an und fanden auch einen kostenfreien Parkplatz in Hotelnähe. Es war eine angenehm ruhige Gegend.

Breakfast was also excellent - i recommend it for price paid. Staff did their job professional and were present in adequate number to do their job smoothly. Usual hotel quirks known from other hotels - locked windows, could be opened only to tilt position, ventilation in bathroom and room was not working , "hot" protective covers on beds, devices tried to connect via bluetooth - beeping

The shower had no curtain, nor separating walls, so water splashed everywhere - on the toilet, towels, walls. Everything around was wet, even the door. Very uncomfortable. Quite poor breakfast.

There was a strange smell of sewage when I arrived at the room and it did linger a bit. The TV only had German speaking channels.
